The phones that support native VoLTE to be used on Jio’s network must have these three things.

1: A chipset capable of establishing a secondary bearer for IMS. In english (:P) a VoLTE enabled chipset.
2: A radio interface library, that has been coded to interact with the VoLTE hardware and expose VoLTE calling, management and reporting APIs so that the phone OS can communicate with it.
3: An Operating System that has support for detecting and calling the VoLTE APIs exposed in the Radio Interface Library.

The chipset vendors like Qualcomm, Mediatek, HiSilicon etc provide the VoLTE enabled chipset.

The Mobile manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, LG, HTC etc provide the Radio Interface Library.

The OS vendors like Google (Android), Apple, Microsoft, Ubuntu Touch etc provide the VoLTE dialers.

By this post, it seems that we have the requirements 1 and 3. We need 2, that is the radio interface library, which needs to be provided by Asus.

Asus making us fool by giving reply that zenfone max doesn't support VoLTE

    This is to inform tht ASUS MAX 2016, 2g ram, 32gb memory version mobile, which have the serious network issue, which ASUS is denying, Its 4G network continuously disconnecting in every 10 sec or m1 min, so this is not a network provider issue as its JIO, its problem with the ASUS max handset which ASUS is completely denying to rectify as according to them its network provider issue then how come the same sim card is working perfectly fine along with the lenovo, moto and many more i tried all of them as much i can do . please take some action against them ... and for new buyer go for other brands as this mobile really sucks, because forget about VOLTE they cant even provide constant 4g network, ,

    I had purchased Asus ZenFone( white 16GB) from Flipkart app on 13.08.2016. The phone was delivered on time but very soon the phone speaker has got damaged. Unable to contact Asus helpline and their complaint management site is also down.

      NOT at all committed to customers just trying to get rid of issues as soon as possible . not that much technically sound persons available. i had issue with asus 970 pro gaming aura, other board in installing amd radeon asus hd6670 graphics driver they didnt even tried to solve issues .. just asked me to do some basic things it didnt solved . but i managed myself to rectify . I am far better than their technical support

        I am using ZenFone max(ZC550KL). But it is not support volte.I want to fone without internet by Jio seem. So I request to upgrade lte to volte. The rate of this mobile set is very high(14000/-). But there are no Volte facilities . Please update this system from lte to vote system in my new ZenFone max(ZC550KL) mobile fone.             We all know that the volte is a much required feature in india and it is available in almost all phones available in market today, it is also hardware dependent. But some manufactures chose not to update the phones even if the hardware supports volte and unfortunately asus is one of such companies.
            To fully understand the ignorance of the asus towards their customers i will give an example, samsung j7 2015 & moto g3, moto x play etc are some of the devices which was launched along with the most of the zenfone 2 series these phones has volte enabled out of the box but for asus with the same specs and price we paid we were denied with this feature! After all the primary function of a phone is for making calls!! And volte is required for making calls directly from our default dialer on jio network. Instead of giving an update they has responded to this matter as the due "hardware limitations" it is not possible to update the feature. But we all know that the hardware is fully volte supported. And the solution they give us is to use jio4g voice app, this is when we don't like to use bloatware in our phones! We are using an additional software for calling only because the asus decided not to update the volte feature.

            Please consult with asus technology pvt. Ltd. (India) to get resolve this issue asap.

              ASUS's website clearly claims that ASUS Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) can record videos 1080p and 720p at 60 frames per second (fps). But when I bought this phone, I realized there's no such option to enable 60fps. Rather the phone records at 30 fps and below. I tried methods like factory reset. This phone used to record at 60 fps but the update patches have simply removed it. They've also changed the spec sheet after I purchased this device. And now it's a disaster for me. I want ASUS to provide a software update to re-enable 60fps capture.

                I have asus_z00ad (Ze551ml), date of purchase[protected], but within 10months i started facing displayed problem... For that i went to asus authorized service centre in ahmadabad and fixed it. After that on dated[protected] some charging problem occurs in my phone exactly after one year one month...
                I submitted my phone in same service centre on[protected] firstly they said phone battery is dead is need to be replaced... And they replaced it. After replacing battery they called me for delivery of my repaired phone... But when i checked phone there it's not working there... After rechecking servicing centre team saying its mother board is having problem... It's need to be replaced...

                I'm not able to decide what's going on... They simply cheating and making money.

                Kindly suggest.

                Marked as resolved??? Dear sir... My matter is not resolved yet!!! My phone is still with servicing centre... Servicing people simply making money .. I just got single call from Asus. But after that no one is responding on that number. They told to wrote a mail, but on that mail no one is responding. Asus people simply making fool of the customer.                   i have purchased this asus phone 09 months before. from the very first day i am facing the problem with the sound system (incoming calls). i have already contact with Asus service center meerut 2-3 times but they refused to solve my problem. Then i talk with customer care about my problem but they also denied. i have talked with the customer care 3-4 times.
                  i shall be highly thankful to you if you will solve my problem. because its very difficult to hear voice of incoming call. phone is having hanging problem as well. please sort out my complaint.

I have a warranty card. 5000msg Battery is getting drain quickly in hours.From 2 days moBile battery is not getting drain even 1% instead o[censored]sing continues data for 2 hours.                       I bought ZenFone laser2 one year back. After 2 months my sim slot 1 stopped working. So i started using sim 2. After few months when i took it to service center he changed my motherboard. One week after that my phone got switched off and was not starting. Then i took it to service center he again changed the motherboard. But after three days again same problem is occurring.

                        Subject :issue for an motherboard in asus zenfone 2.

                        Dear sir / madam,
                        I ishwarlal gupta, boughtan asus zenfone 2 from flipkart 15 months back.in same day there was an issue in detecting memory card, and later there came the problem that my mobile get hanged frequently.in which i have just used my phone for whatsapp, facebook and instagram and nothing else. And now after fifteen monthson 06th november 2016 (Sunday) my mobile stopped working; the screen got blanked, it only shows the charging indication sign on screen.
                        The next day on 07th november 2016 i hurried to asus service centre and they kept my phone for one day; and flashed the mobile; because of which my now my phone is dead. And the service centre people are saying that the problem is on motherboard which will cost 10, 488/-
                        Before i gave my phone to the service centre; atleast there was showing a sign of charging on the screen; but now the phone is fully dead.
                        Now i just want my phone to be repaired or replaced by the company. And you’ll are the responsible for the same and for the lost of all my data on the phone… as how can such a big company can use a cheap quality of motherboard…?
                        I just want my phone to get repaired or replaced …. And if i am not getting this work i will make this issue viral and register a complaint against your company.

                        I am sending the details of the phone with the scanned copy of the phone details box.

                        Only one month old my Asus Zenfone Max but display is not working
                        Dear sir,

                        my name is Ashokkumar.my mobile number [protected].I have used ASUS_Z010D model mobile.some after days my mobile battery charge will be reduces automatically..morning i have charges 100% battery..not used any application full days but charge reduced and mobile will be swich off..please...
                        I have exactly similar issues . Bought a Zenfone 2 via flipkart. After 8 months the adapter and the charging usb cable started malfunctioning and after 14 months one day even the phone stopped working and only thing it shows is the usb symbol. Motherboard replacement costs nearly buying a new phone. Can't believe Asus motherboards are so cheap and short lasting. Customer care facilities are super poor and terrifyingly high.

                          I bought phone in sept 16 found signal problem. Give it for repair to authorised service centre. But proble is not resolved. So i again give it for repair to authorised service centre. I still have problem with this phone. It frequently looses signal and every time i have to disable and then enable Sim. My SIM is working fine in my old micromax phone but not in Asus ZEN MAX. What should i do. I want to get my phone replaced. Can i file legal case against Asus.

                            I have an Asus zenfone which all of a sudden stopped detecting the sim cards . I got it checked by the local technicians and they asked to just replace the sim card slot same did the other local tech but I took it to Asus service centre to get the issue fixed but they have spoilt my phone even more and they are not accepting their mistake.

                              This email is to bring to your attention on how unhappy and unsatisfied i am with the experience with asus customer service. I would appreciate your patience in reading through below and help.

                              I have called customer care many a times but there is no proper response, the phone is having problems since 3 months now, everytime it starts automatically, the battery does not get charge properly. When i saw checked online about asus zenfone 2 i came to know that there are issues with the mother board.

                              I request you to service my mobile or replace the mother board, i bought this mobile exact 1 year before, and you must cover this in the warranty since there is no proper response from your customer service.

                                Regarding my zenfone3 service is totally delay in service centre. I gave my phone for service on 4th november and got the reply that engineer will look into the device and call for confirmation about the price of service but i did not receive any call and again i call on saturday to double check they have tried my mobile and since not reachable they have kept hold, this is ridiculous, i have given. Alternate contact to reach but hesitate to call that no. Finally i confirmed for the price but till today i did not receive any call from them when i receive my phone really no idea. They are authorized service dealer for asus only right why cant they keep stock of spare parts. This is totally time waste. I calltoday to know aboutthe status but no one is answering... Service dealer is f1 infocom solution anna salai address.

                                  Myself Rakes. I have bought a Laptop from Asus and have paid for my warranty extension and till now it hasnt been activated. I have contacted the customer service and no one has helped me resolving the problem. I have sent so many mail regarding the issue to concerned people but no one cares. Now my laptop is not working and i need to repair it. Asus helpline is not taking care if the problem. I am a helpless customer who needs an assistance. Please help.!!

                                    I have bought a new Asus Zenfone arround may or june, since the date of purchase this product is giving me lots of trouble. In august they (Ess kay Services, Janak Puri service center) have changed the mother board of my mobile. And now since 24/10/2016 my mobile is submitted in Ess Kay services, but i thinks these guys are not interested in resolution of this problem. Every time when i visited their service center that guy Ojha says, "part is not available and we don't know how much time it will take, contact on our toll free".

                                    now I want to tell you just one thing, i dont want that garbage back, i have spent 8500 bucks on this garbage product and Asus guys are giving me this kind of poor replies. Now i dont want any service repairing is that mobile, i want my money to be refunded, otherwise guys i am also from customer service industry, i know how to handle this kind of matters.

                                    agar thodi si bhi sharam bachi hai to give my money back or replace this product with the new one.

                                    the launcher and the software issues, the parts are motre costlier than the device.
                                    customer care and service center are not able to do anything. Never ever suggest anyone to purchase asus phone.

                                      My asus zenfone 2 laser 5.5 is showing a display complaint from today morning onwards. It happend suddenly. While im checking my messages my display started showing the problem. There are many line vertically and some horizontally. And the screen's 3/4 part is of one color and the rest on another. Sometimes the screen starts vibrating and its very difficult for me to read. I brought my phone on february 2016. Im totally unhappy with this. Please make a solution to my problem.

                                        Sir/ madam,

                                        I had purchased an asus zenfone 2 ze55 1 ml from muskan on 06/11/15. Since its purchase i have send my cell phone to authorised service centre saffalya computing, tilak road akola. For the same problem that is the sim card slot 2 stops reading the sim card. Last 2 services were provided free of cost and i was asasured that the problem is solved. But again the problem recurred on 29/10/2016.
                                        I tried to contact the service centre but it is closed due to festive season since 4 days. Today again i tried to contact them but they said that the service centre will open on monday. My cell phone was purchased on 06/11/2015 so it is still under warranty but on monday the warranty will expire. I requested them but they denied the request. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am uploading the photos of bill and phone imei and product details.
