I own a transformer series t 100 ha notebook. I bought it 6 months back.. I was having some some issue regarding touch and camera issue. I gave it to asus service centre. They took more than 1 month to solve the issue. Now the touch problem is solved but they could not solve the camera issue. The system is a bit slow too. I suspected from the earlier my product was a bit faulty may be.. I felt so because when i tried to register my newly bought laptop.. It showed that system was registered earlier. I bought it from amazon. So.. I dont know what to do.. I think i got a used product somehow. I emailed my concern to asus.. But did not get any proper answer.

    Hi Team,

    I am very disappointed on buying the Phone IMEI # [protected]. I bought it on 11th Oct 2016 only to realise the very next day, 12th Oct 2016 that its receiver has a problem. I did the initial trouble shooting which didnt help. I wasnt available until today as I had to be out of station on business purposes. Now that I am in Bangalore and the phone is less than 15 days old, I decided to go to service center and ask for a replacement or a refund of the phone.

    The service center said they dont have the receiver at stock and will need to order it and takes about 5 days for me to get it. Well, being a project Manager at Accenture I do all my talks with my client on my mobile phone and without that, its like I am not working at all. The phone is at the service center now. But I cant really wait for 5 - 7 days without a phone.

    I dont need that phone, please issue a refund to me tomorrow so that I can buy a different phone. I have lost the trust in Asus.

      an Asus_ZOOLD Zenfone 2 laserZE550KL through flipkart on[protected].
      Last monday[protected] i kept my phone in my pocket and when i took
      it out it was in a broken condition.It has been only 4 months since
      the purchase.When i went to the Asus authorized service center they
      told that the complaint does not come under warranty.In spite of
      gorilla glass 4 the display is broken, i am surely doubhtful about the
      quality of the product.i hope that the necessary actions are taken as
      soon as possible.Hoping a favourable reply from you.Thank you

      After a firmware update for my asus X003 model, it is shown as the mobile network not available, imei corrupted. What should I do to repair my imei number. Please tell me a legal method to recover my imei and get connected to network.

        The phone doesn't have any battery backup, phone can't charge the battery, instead the remaining charging is being reduced when kept to chatge, given in service centre, the took 1800/- changed new battery, and another tine 500/- for hardware problem, but no use, waste of buying, out of 12 months phone is in service centre for about 4 months. I hardly used mobile. Please make some solution.

          The above product was purchased through snap deal through online purchase. The product was given to service center at jamshedpur to repair defective speaker along with invoice. Now the service center is asking for order confirmation mail when this online order was done & it was told that it is required by asus company for repair under warrantee. At last i could trace a old mail having confirmation of delivery. Even as per service center that is not sufficient. My complain is how you can expect to keep such a old mail unless & until it is specified that warrantee is valid only with confirmation mail? Why the evidence given is not sufficient to avail warrantee support?

            I have purchased an asus zenfone-2 mobile set seriel no. Fbazcy07l803 on 16th marcht 2016 from flipkart. The above set has not been working, because of the charging problem.
            I have contacted asus service centre trivandrum on 30/9/2016, (Phone no.[protected], who has reported that the complaint is on the charger board. I paid rs.1080/- for replacing the charger board. This is the 20th date and still it is not repaired

              Sir,
              I got ASUS Zenfone 2 in January end, thinking its a great phone and features are amazing. But when I started using it, the reality kept ushering over me. In not less than 2 months, I had to take it to the customer care. That was a minor problem then but was the beginning of the bigger ones. Whenever I update the system status software, it starts to show trouble. It starts misbehaving. It hangs, the light fluctuates, touch stops working and it doesn't happen spontaneously. It occurs on your regular normal usage. I have checked with all other possible problems, if any.
              Besides, on a regular note, I'm forced to do the hard factory reset because it hangs. There's hardly been a month when I don't have to get factory reset atleast twice in the month. Now, it has beautifully started showing another problem. It starts operating as if someone is touching the screen. It opens applications, edits settings, takes pictures, deletes files, and there's still lot more to complain about. And it does this all when no one is using the phone and the phone is in idle state.
              Conclusively, it is a defective device and it's ruining my life. I'm a general physician but its giving a headache to me only. I really never expected anything like this from the huge brand ASUS. I mean, a defective piece and I followed up with customer care for similar issues 2 months back also. They assured me that it won't happen again but as I see, this problem Box is not resolving, rather are increasing. The sim slot 1 repeatedly dysfunctions. For all these issues, I have again submitted my phone at service centre ASUS in Gurgaon.

              I really believe ASUS is a genuine company and knows how to keep the faith of its customers in itself. I'm WAITING FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE. Honestly, I never ever expected anything like this from such a big global company ASUS.

                  I had purchased asus motherboard from flipkart 2 years back.
                  ii started giving problems 2 months back.
                  i took the board to the service center in mapusa and they sent the board to asus company in mumbai for repairs.
                  They said it will come in new weeks.

                  After 3 weeks i got the board and it had the same problem.
                  so i took the board to the service center and they sent it back.
                  they said it will come in a few days and 2 weeks later i got the board which still had the problem.

                  They have sent the board to mumbai service center again 2 weeks back and i still have not received the board.
                  whenever i make a complaint, Asus closes the complaint so when i call their call center it shows them case closed.
                  i am studying computer engineering and this is hampering my studies.
                  please help.

                  I have attached the 2 receipts i got when i gave the board for repair/replacement.

                    Hon sir, i've purchaged asus zenfone 2 on 7th november, 2015.but, 1 year warranty having from that date to 6th november, 2016.asus helpline told me warranty 've finished on june, 2015.after that, i believed that..in warranty period 3 times problem comes & also sort out it.after warranty, i've checked another problem.they refused to help me.so, very embarrassed about this company.even uploaded only 2 repair status...another 2 status is where?in 9 months, 4 problems how can come?i want to replace my phone but they told me out of our policy.Humbly, sort out this problem will be grateful to you

                      I bought a new ausu zen phone 2 on 07th of sep. 2015. I had visited service center several times. Now, recently i have deposited my phone on 5th of sep. 2016 and recived on 8th of sep. (Out of warranty), now i am tied to visit again and again your service center. Asus zenfone 2 hanging issue has not been resolved by the service center since last one year. They have changed several times the mother board of my phone. Asus company service center was not able to solve this issue. I have a big complaint regarding this, your product quality was not good. My problem was not resolved till yet by your service center.

                      Now, my concern is this :-

                      1) how much time i have to visited service center?

                      2) is your product quality is good.?

                      3) why you not mentioned the service quality information at the time of purchase and in television and internet add also.?

                      4) i needed the refund of my money?

                      5) what is inside the phone except mother board?

                      I need an appropriate action to resolve my concern within a week period from today.in case of failure, i have no option to take matter in competent authority as per law for justice and will be bound to share this incident to social media to aware other consumers about incompetency.

                        It is great displeasure to say that, i had purchased one asus laptop, model, x554ld, c3, 2gb, 5oogb, dos on 15.06.2015 and this laptop was totally damaged on 26.12.2015, which was repaired at f1 info solutions & services private limited, plot no. 100, first floor., saheed nager, bhubaneswar-7. The same time i had complained about the battery backup of the same laptop, it is only showing 25-30% always, the system is running only 10-15 min only when the electricity have not available.
                        But they were not looking in to the matter seriously and told me they change, the processor, hdd, motherboard, at the same time i also asked, can the battery is in workable condition, they agreed and told it will be take 100% backup now.
                        After 2-3 months, when want to use the same laptop, it is giving me problem, at that time i was admitted in tata memorial cancer hospital, mumbai. It is very much regretted to put forth my views that, i am unable to buy a battery as the service centre told me it will be cost appx. 7, 500/-. Again when i return back bhubaneswar, i had visited the said service centre, on 16.06.2016, but they refused to accept my complaint "told you have already completed the warranty period", but again i said, when you changed all three components of the laptop, that time also the battery was damaged, because it does not take up charge near about 6 months.
                        Further, this laptop has been insured with asus in search of incredible for 2 yrs, they given me contract code: ekdknbiwep2yrmmmmmrqm and pw-2ltpeydd5a, which has been login by the undersigned and till date, no one responding my requests.
                        I am enclosing herewith my all records from purchase to servicing with insurance papers for your ready reference.

                        A line of confirmation about the receipt of this msg to your good self be acknowledged and hope waiting for your suitable action for giving me justice for this financial hardship, please.

                          I have given my phone to service within warranty period. At the time of handover to service centre mobile camera is working good. And now its not working and they are saying that internal damage happened in your device and front camera is damaged. What i have to do know? Their person also checked the phone camera at that time and its good at that time and after 3 days i got call from them saying your cell front camera is damaged. and now rear camera is also not working.

                            My Asus notebook hinges have been broken when I was closing my notebook.The reason behind this might be-Hinges were jammed due to poor quality product used by manufacturer and other parts like LCD bezels/covers got affected for this.
                            The product is new and it is within warranty.There isn't a single scratch present in notebook and functionality remain same as it had on buying time.
                            Could you please explain me the reasons:

                            1. Why shall I pay for the spare parts for the manufacturer faults-the hinges were broken at the time of closing notebook-due to poor quality product used by manufacturer/Asus.

                            2. What is the meaning of warranty if I have to pay for the service charge over the price of spare parts to get the notebook fixed.

                            3. LCD resolution quality is poor since the beginning

                              Hello,

                              I will suggest no one should buy Asus mobile (ZenFone 2 laser), the worst products I saw I my life.
                              I had purchase this product last year in month of September till now I have to visit Asus service center for three times with same problem, touch screen was not in working conditions.
                              In spite of my repeated complain for same problem they would only say we can only repair the product, if you have any queries you can call to customer care.
                              Asus have third party service center so I this case both party does not take responsibility & ownership to fix issues permanently of customer.They just transfer issues on each other.

                                The panel was changed, but the performance of battery was degraded like anything, including
                                1. Unable to charge the phone due to unrecognisable charger (Asus original)
                                2. Switch off at 30% battery
                                3. Fast discharge of battery
                                4. No charge after even 3 4 hours

                                The problem of battery was not there while submitting the phone for lcd panel repair. But afterwards it resists

                                  My brother purchased asus zenfone max - 3gb ram on[protected] from jai mobile zone. However, following issues were faced within usage of few days :
                                  1) phone was getting too heated while usage.
                                  2) with battery of 5000mah, there was low battery back up
                                  3) aux cable port was not working
                                  4) while usage of inbuilt applications, phone hang
                                  5) during a call or playing game, the upper part of phone gets overheated.
                                  All these complaints where brought into notice of asus service centre in pune on[protected]. The phone was submitted for 3 days. However it was provided on[protected] with replacement of main board & sub board. (As mentioned on service centre bill)
                                  As the phone was brought into use on[protected], we found the mic of the phone wasn't working. The person who called, couldn't hear what we are speaking; however, we were able to hear them.
                                  My brother visited the service centre again on[protected], to resolve the issue; the issue was resolved saying that mic contained some particles which are cleared.
                                  As he was using the phone today, i. E, on[protected], following were the issues:
                                  1) file manager was not working.
                                  2) if we use the camera, it shows us the warning to insert storage card & try again (Though the phone contained sd card)
                                  3) neither he could access gallery nor sd card.
                                  My brother visited service centre for the 4th time today, i. E,[protected], issues were resolved in service centre, but after 6 hrs, same issues are being faced again.

                                  We have requested asus india with the replacement of handset, however, we did not received any positive revert from them over mail.
                                  We got their revert over facebook, that they will get back to us soon, the post was made on[protected] & today is 2nd day, there is no reponse from asus india.

                                    After registering complaint I immediately receive a call from this number [protected] asking my debit card number to refund full amount of mobile. Sir, to deposit money in account need account number only not debit card number.
                                    On regarding of above I'll purchase the ASUS ZenFone 2 550 ml on flipcart order id OD[protected]
                                    But today my mobile display was broked
                                    I don't know how it is
                                    Asus says that this mobile have corning gorilla glass 3

                                    Please slice this problem as early as possible

                                      I am continuously suffering alot by this phone and for service i am going 50 k.m away "Bareilly famous computers service center" but still i m not satisfied with the service, i gone 5times there but still the problem is not resolved, i want replacement of my phone. I bought phone last month and after that I suffered by phone's l.e.d. and now suddenly my phone is dead, I want proper action in regarding this, it's the matter of customer reliability and relationships.

                                      Dear sir I am the big fan of Asus mobiles, now I planned to purchase asus zenfone-3 only golden color, but I tried online and ofline nowhere it is available . within tomorrow I need it . pleeeeeese can u tel me wer it is available, please call me [protected] .

                                        Hi, Mobile has a problem with memory card reading, you have given me a defective mobile, i just inserted the memory card and since then it is not reading, i have not damaged the phone, kindly repair for free since it is under warranty or refund me .your service centre have damaged the mobile not me, i never dropped the mobile. i am very serious on this matter
