    Dear asus team,
    I would like to inform you that I am totally not satisfied with your way of communication and other services. its very frustrating that you have nearly taken 1 week time just for updating the warranty status. I have a gut feeling that I made wrong choice in buying the asus product. From your previous email its very clear that you have stated it would take 7 days for updating the warranty status but right now there is no update moreover I have a feeling that asus has sold me a device with manufacturing fault for your kind information i have replaced motherboard for 3 times and this going to be 4th time, battery for 2 times charger for 1 time, SSD hardisk for 1 time and USB port for 1 time. Just imagine if this is the status of a device can we consider it as a laptop? so with this all in mind i would like get a refund for the device as i have invested about 41000 rupees in it which is totally a crap. else replace it with a new product at any cost i will not accept it as device worth for the money that i paid if this not going to be done i would take it very seriously and take it to any extend. further for you kind information let me state the present problem that i am facing right now in the device

    Firstly the the battery doesn't get charged fully which is a clear significance that there is some internal problem. There might be issues with the charger which causes the battery to get charged up-to a level only (88%) I still strongly believe that this problem is not due to my constant use, more over i state that the battery was just replaced in previous services and within such short duration, this anomalous activity of the battery cant accepted at any cost

    The USB port in right side doesn't work properly, where there is need to place the pen-drive or any other gadgets in particular positions then only the gadgets gets detected. the port is very shaky which has to be resolved

    The back cover of the laptop is damaged where one of the screw is not placed in the right side of the hinge zone in the bottom side. While questioning about the screw to previous service center he replied that the screw zone was broken before itself and he said that the bay cant be replaced! I would strongly rise a question Was the product damaged by me or the service person? the screw zone was damaged by the service person due to mishandling of the product. i kindly request the service engineer to replace the bay at-least now. The LAN port has also lost the tightness where I couldn't use the LAN cable

    For my studies I am using windows and linux and during project I am forced to use other versions of linux so i kindly request the service engineers to provide the original OS that i got with the laptop in DVD where, i will be able to install when ever there is a need to do so. Please kindly remember yourself that i have paid some amount for the original version of windows 8 during the purchase and its clear that i must be having the OS as i have paid for it

    the display was working till the last shut down. When i turned it on I didn't get any startup or any signal in the display, there was not even BIOS display. Apart form this, left Conner in the display is having some problem which i couldn't explain in words but if you clearly notice in left side of the display you can find it which is the manufacturing fault.

    The screws that are being screwed in the laptop are not the suitable screws for the laptop. because of this mistake the longer screws has been screwed in the wrong place and damaged the laptop in the left side of mouse pad itself, due to its longer length there has been impression in the upper side of the laptop. while contacting the previous service engineer I came to know that many screws are missing inside the laptop which has made the laptop loose enough

    finally i would say that i am fed-up with this product I strongly believe that the laptop is having so much problem i need it to get the product replaced totally because you might have noticed that i have changed the motherboard for 3 times battery for two times, audio card for 1 time, SSD hard-disk for 1 time, charger for 1 time, display cable for 1 time above all these i have been reporting to the service center for several times. The motherboard is major part of the laptop i have been such severe issues with the laptop means its something wrong with manufacturing of the product itself so i request you to provide me a total replacement of the product

      My Asus Notebook (Model: ASSLA) had keyboard issues.
      The first two complaints which promised resolution within 2 days, placed on 16th june and 19th june (complaint no A[protected]) respectively, were ignored.
      After the third complaint, placed on 21st june (A[protected]), the company sent an engineer within 2 days, that is, 23rd june.
      The engineer told the keyboard needs to be replaced and he will do so within next 2 working days.
      So from 23rd june, its 3rd august, and no service has been provided yet. I am calling them almost everyday but the problem remains unresolved.
      Kindly bring this ridiculous service to your notice and do something about it.
      Resolve my problem, ASAP, replace this one and provide me a new laptop.

      Hi smritichugh,

      I'd suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps that may help you to solve the issue.

      1. Open the Control Panel.
      2. Select Device Manager .
      3. In the Device Manager, expand Hardware Devices.
      4. Right click on your controller and select Properties.
      5. In the new Tab, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".
      6. Restart your PC and try to access the device again.

      You may also try to install "Keyboard filter driver". You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Then you can install and reboot.

        I bought Asus zenfone selfie before six months.. Now I am unable to use the mobile. Tower problem in my mobile. I bought this through flipkart and all the customer service centers are provided in Andrea but I stayed in chennai.. I am unable to use free service so I went for payable.. They are telling like it is a board problem or network ic problem. I didn't even paid my emi but I am having this problem. I am not satisfied with this. Kindly replace the product with new one.

          Purchased a ZenFone 2 laser, on 27th July'16. After 10 days it started giving trouble. When I make a call or receive a call from some 1, person whos on other side of the call, can't here my voice. But If I hold the phone horizontally near to my mouth, person can here me properly.

          I took it to service center and they kept it for 2 days. Today 30th July I got my phone back and I didn't have my SIM that time. So couldnt check properly. When I check it at home issue was not resolved.

          Now when, I called customer support they said to submit the phone again. I asked them a simple question what if even this time issue didn't resolved and they don't even bothered to answer my question.

          Shubham, the CC executive confirmed that I can call them and they will talk to the person in Service Center to fasten my request, when I asked him to send me the confirmation on mail, first he said "Please be on hold I'll send the mail" but after some time he confirmed that He can't send any confirmation on mail because his senior asked him not to do so.

          Shubham confirmed he will arrange a call back within 2 hours and then didn't call.

          I have wasted my money my time and the problem I am facing is beyond Imagination.

          Please do something.

              I went to asus service centre for repairing my zenfone2 551ml there were some white spots around the lcd display and the touch was not working properly they took my phone for inspection and after checking the phone they created the job sheet but during opening my phone the technician broke my phones back cover from side key slot from where the back cover is removed and when i complained about the same they said it was already broken n let us check the cctv footage of the whole issue... After checking the cctv footage it was clearly seen that the back cover was broken by the technician during opening the phone... When i asked to replace the back cover they started misbehaving... I called asus toll free number the executive assured that he has forwarded the complaint to the concerned department and has forwarded me the mail as well and will revert me back asap... But there was no such mail forwarded to me... Highly disappointed by asus service... I request you to get my back cover replaced and take proper action...
              After filing the complaint now the company is saying that our technicians are well trained and they wont brake the back panel of mobile. The email is as follows-"dear apoorv,


              This email is in reference to the previous telephonic discussion we had for your unit’s backcover issue.


              Serial number: f5azfg19z150.

              Issue: broken backcover.


              Based on the telephonic discussion we had, i have again reconfirmed your case with the concerned dept. And it seems the engineer was not informed or he did not notice about the hair line crack your unit’s backcover had due to damage.

              Since the backcover was already damaged at the time of handing over to the engineer, hence we cannot find problem created from the service center side due to them being trained in taking proper precaution with unit.

              In this case the backcover can be purchased on chargeable basis."


              Now why should i pay for the back cover broken by the service centre?

              Actually i brought new asus laptop but i 'm facing some issues regarding this.But when i call asus as they transfer call to customer care executive he gives the blank call tone and after wait for 5 min no one is responding a call.
              Also mail and chat option are not supporting.

                Hi muthusurya,

                I'd like to assist you, have you tried another power cable? Sometimes the power cable can go faulty and computer doesn't get enough power to turn on.

                Is there any power light turned on when you try to switch it on.

                If the laptop is under warranty I'd suggest you to contact the manufacturer for further help.

                  My mobile is having problem. My mobile is still under warrenty.
                  List of problems -
                  1. Charging time is taking 2 days to complete charge. After 38% not charging.
                  2. Display side edges is coming lines.
                  3. Double tap on screen is not on. But double tap on screen is off.

                  These above complaints i notice n mobile and i called to flipkart, but they are saying pl contact to service of asus.
                  I went to asus service service center, but they are saying to replace battery and screen. You have to pay for these around 5000 rs. But mobile is under warrenty, why should i pay the amount. You people are cheating customer.
                  I will post this complaint on social networks like facebook, tweeter and whataap for to buy asus mobiles. Service is worst.

                    This is to inform you that from last 10 working days i continuously doing followup and today i had discussion with the service centre bm also he told that your mobile part was drop on 15th dont know the reason and now next date is 26th so this is very pathetic service and it still customer care executive and senior mr. Lakhan & mr. Jadav says same thing that we are unable to get details please wait for few more days and same problem we will escalate to senior same sentence is said from last 5 working days and as per the customer care centre my phone was to be repaired and delivered on today but today they told for more 5 working days. I need my phone replaced with new phone or standby phone till i not get my phone.

                      I am a college student and bought my asus zenfone 2 551ml phone for 22999/- (Buying date 6/5/2015 — warrenty till 6/5/2016), firstly my parents were against me,.. That you should buy a phone from a reputed brand like samsung, htc, apple etc... But i went against them and said that asus is a trusted brand,,.. So i bought and suggested many of my friends to buy it
                      The phone... The phone was working fine in first 5-6 months but after than speaker issue came (In both front and back speaker-distortion in sound)... So i went to service centre for replacement and got the speaker replaced... Then phone was fine... Now after 1-1.5 months another issue came (In july 2016) — phone stopped responding with connection to pc but charging was fine but after some time the phone stopped charging also, but now my phone was out of warrenty. So i went to the service centre and then the said that we have to replace the usb board and some other board worth 1750/-... I never thought that asus gives so cheap quality products... I will never buy any asus products and never suggest anyone for it... I will run a campaign against asus!

                        On sight service engineer comes in 12 th july proposes to replcae the main board to rectify the problem, since then no one from asus or service centre guys (f1) don't know when the part is going to come and, i am fed up with such a pace of service, suddenly one fine day, they say that 28 july is the estimated day of arrival, clearly 16 working days in a city like bombay, where time is money. pitty you asus, you hire low quality people who can't even talk properly.

                          My name is siddharth solanki from palanpur. I have purchased asus zenfone 2 laser ze550k phone through flipkart on[protected] at rupees 8549. The details of same are given below

                          Now it is out of order...
                          I have faced hanging problem & restarting problem since it is purchesed...
                          When it has gone complete out of order i have visited asus ahmedabad service center... For (2 times)... The service center person said that "it is water damaged & cost of repairing the phone is rupees 12642".
                          Sir... I know repairing charge is applicable... But how can it possible that it is bigger then phone purchasing cost.
                          Kindly arrange to repair or replace my phone at sufficient cost...

                            Sir,
                            I regret to state that, i bought asus zenfone 2 ze550ml from flipkart. The product was delivered to me on 16.06.2015. Thereafter, around the month of january, 2017 i noticed that the google play store is not responding. Thus i rushed to the authorized service centre of asus at chandni. The problem was resolved.
                            The same problem cropped up again after few day. I was so disappointed that i did not revisit the service centre and managed with that condition.
                            But most of the apps need to be updated from google pay store. Hence, i am confronting lost of problems, please help me out.
                            Many people warned me not to purchase asus product, yet i believed in it and bought the same.
                            Now, i want proper redressal of my problem.

                                I purchased asus ux305fa laptop on 08/04/2016. The power button stopped functioning after a week. I complained to the customer care. It was attended after two days by the engineer and after two days he visited and change the adapter. It worked for one day and then stopped functioning. On complaint, the engineer took it to the work shop and after one week it was delivered to me. It worked for one day and again developed the same defect. Again the engineer visited and told me that new key board is required and will be demanded and replaced. It was done after a week but it still did not function. I was told that mother board will be changed. It was taken to workshop and was returned to me after 10 days. It worked on that day and again stopped functioning next day. I have registered the complaint again, it has not been attended so for though promised for today.

                                    Hey i bought asus zenfone 2 laser before 6 month and now i was facing an issue of speaker so i had visited service centre and as usual they ask me any other problem i said that after updating to marshmallow there are many bugs in the phone so please downgrade my phone software to lollipop version so i called on next day they revert that your phone speaker is installed but while downgrading the phone software motherboard get corrupted so need to replace the same and same is order to warehouse department and in a day or two you will get your phone get repaired but as on today after 4 working days they are unable to give appropriate answer at what time they will provide my phone back and service centra person says to call customer care and customer care says that u need to contact service centre .Now what to do please do needful pathetic service

                                    Still as on today only they only say wait for some more days sir we have ordered the part it's on way and contacting and asking for supervisor to talk on same in customer care they say they we will arrange a call back on your number and u will receive a call before EOD and not a single call ya message and they send the message that we tried to contact you but not able to contact what a pathetic service it is and now they start lying also now it's beyond a head .

                                    So please provide me the procedure if any to file a legal site if availabe against service issue on asus .

                                    zero support zero feedback worst worst worst worst service ever i seen big black mark on asus brand name.

                                      Sir i have one complain in asus zen phone max 550 kl.In this mobile one sim contact and also sim card automatically hided.In this situation incoming is allowed but for outgoing only one sim card show in calling sim selection option.In that situation i have more problem in this mobile. So i want please resolve my this problem as soon as posible

                                        I am completing about your service. My asus zenfone max was not getting signal. So i submitted it at your service centre real value it services, thrissur, kerala, india. They just hold my phone for 21day and just given back. Compliant was not cleared. This is really cheating me. For 21 days i adjusted without phone. And the complaint was not removed. I went to collect it only after a got call from asus that complaint was removed. But when i use phone complaint is still there.
