Purchased this mobile on jan 15, had problems of otg, wifi, dislpay and many, gave to service center on feb 8 it touch solutions. that service center gave my mobile after a month and problem didnt solve faced the same issue. gave to new asus service center on april 20 and they are with my mobile for 10 days and ordered spare only on april 29, and still with mobile. i am facing many problems but this company not doing replacement or refund. you asus person make a proper decision and do my needs. old rma number inwf620050, new rma INW3640222

    I bought a asus zenfone 2 ze550ml from flipkart on july 2015. Its having several issues from day 1 when i purchased it, sim slot was not supporting, then i replaced it with new one.
    Now again its automatically switched off and is not switching on,
    i showed it to service center on april 2016 they denied it to take under warranty because motherboard has a small spot which they were saying that its a water mark. They showed it to me. And said its moisture which will not cover any warranty. But it couldn't be a watermark it is like soldering machine spot. And motherboard costing was 12536 while i purchased the phone worth 12995, it means you are looting people.
    After 2---3 days phone automatically switching on and off. And is taking more than 12-15 hours to charge,
    now i just want to ask you if there is problem in motherboard how is it working again. And how there is moisture in motherboard while phone never dropped in water.
    I am looking for your favourable response

    I gave my laptop on 6th aprill on service center but it's 29th Aprill issue on my laptop is just a battery but Asus companies service center takes more than 24days just for changing one battery very disappointed with Asus service it's very slow.
    My asus ZenFone microphone is not working properly.what I do now.when I switch on the loudspeaker during call then voice goes very clear but when I off the loudspeaker then voice does not go.

      Hello,

      Hope you are doing well after harassing and oppression treatment with your loyal customer.No offences with the reader of this mail but buying an asus zenfone 5 was the biggest mistake which i ever made . Your company provide the worst product and hell customer support in the smartfone industry. I trusted asus 2 years back when it was new in indian market of smartphone and i made my investment and bought asus zenfone 5 and from there the saga of harassment started .

      Harassment saga 1:

      I bought asus zenfone 5 from flipkart for rs 10000/- on order date -[protected] and invoice date-[protected]. The phone worked good for 2-4 months after that problem of call drop started .
      It was very annoying problem as my important call use to drop in just 2 mins . I contacted asus they said it is the issue of telecom operator so i ran after them but they said no there is issue with phone . But ohh.. Poor asus does not have any service center in panipat. Cmon even cheap chines phone company have there center tire 2 city like panipat but fine i delt with this menace found your hidden service center in gurgaon. Seriously you people call the 1bhk flat in some unknown village as service center . It took me two hours to find that hell place. They made me wait for 2 hours and not even offered seat oops sorry they don't have any. After soo long wait what i got . My phone was given back with just software update. It worked fine for 2 days and again the call dropping problem started and again i started following asus on phone calls and customer acre number.

      Harassment saga 2:

      In august 2015 finally asus service center told me about pick up and repair service. I availed that service and requested you people for hardware replacement instead of just software update . Pick up and repair service was given and i was given a token number from asus mumbai center and asked to drop that packet at blue dart office . Yes nobody came my house to pick the parcel. I was so cooperative with your company but you people just screwed it. My phone came back after a week from service center after repair . It worked fine for again a month and after that issue of hell call drop started again. I missed a lot of interview call just because of this pathetic phone .

      Harassment saga 3:

      In last week september 2015 you people told me that you can not provide me pick and repair service again because according to you my warranty was over . Hell man hows that even possible because my invoice date was[protected] but you people have some warranty approval which need to be done to avail this so i get that i maid asus and send my invoice copy and i got the mail the my warranted was approved (I am attaching those mails as proof ) and so i called the service center for pick up an drepair service and my complain was registered between 1 oct 2015 to 4th oct 2015 my not sure about date and i got the empty box on 9 oct 2015 . I got the call from asus mumbai that courier boy wont be able to come my house to pick up the parcel and can i be kind enough to drop the parcel at blue dart office and a token number was given to me which i have to tell at blue dart office i.E token number - 82452. I droped the parcel and that was the last time i was that dabaaa phone.

      Harassment saga 4:

      Its been whole 6 months now i didn't get my phone back . I have been following your silly customer care center . I have almost called your center 60 -70 times and even memorized your center phone number ..Whats dat yaa . [protected]. Hell i don't even remember my girlfriend number so confidently. You make people wait soo long and then every time i call you center you people have my details check up ...Omg 60-70 times i have given that details check are you people kidding . I even remember the sequence of that details check now. Many times your senior employee put me on hold and then disconnect the call . Does customer mean nothing to you . From past 6 months this rat race is going on this game of hide and seek .. Please i am fed up now . I have called your gurgaon service center 10-15 times they give such a bad response and have even abused me too for calling them .

      Case imortant points:

      1. According to customer care center they don't have any record of pick up and repair service requested by me in month of october 2015.

      2. According to gurgaon service center (F1 infosolution pvt limited) they have not received my parcel and so they don't know any thing about it .

      3. According to blue dart panipat they have delivered the parcel to ( f1 info solutions & services pvt. Ltd., 1st floor, raghunath chambers, 1st floor (Right side), opp. Pnb sukhrali, mg road, guragaon-122001. ) .
      For which they have given me a receipt i which it is written that parcel is received with a stamp from company an i am attaching that receipt with this mail proof number 1.

      4. According to me ( nikhil chawla) . I have send that box with zenfone 5 inside that to blue dart office and i got a token number - 82524 from asus mumbai headquarters and blue dart delivered that box because of that token number because they charge the parcel shipment amount from asus by this token number . Had i not have that tokenb number how would blue dart delived that box to gurgaon service center so one thing is cleared that you people have given me pick up and repair service which people have not recorded and now running from this fact

      5 according to asus headquarters mumbai ????????. Lets see what you people figure out.

      What i will do if i didn't get my phone back :

      1. I will write all this problem and harassment to public forum, on your facebook page, on twitter and other social media platform

      2. I will lodge a fir against asus india for stealing my smartphone.

      3. I will file a case in consumer court against your pathetic product and worst user experience.


      According to me asus has stolen my phone and harassed me . I know i am getting rude to the reader of this mail because he/she has no fault in this case. But just try to be in my shoes for a while to will certainly realize my problem .
      10000 rs is not a small amount it was my hard earned money . I am not going to say kindly and please because your management and company does't deserve so.

      This mail is not a request better consider it a warning because if i didn't get my phone back i will certainly lodge a fir against asus india . This is high time tighten your seat-belt.

        Hi, I recently bought a ASUS Zenfone 2 from Flipkart. I have facing problem in my mobile auto call drop and incoming outgoing issue. This Issue only in Sim 1. Sim2 working good.I complaint many times to ASUS via call and email. I tried all solution said by customer care asus but not solved issues in this mobile. I m disgusting about ZenFone 2.

        CPU - 1.8Ghz
        RAM - 2G
        Android version - 5.0

          I had purchased "asus zenfone 2 " mobile on 10th august 2015. After purchasing it i have visited thrice to the service center for the same board(Hardware) issue till march. Now again same problem has arise in my mobile phone as on 24th april and i have to visit again.

          Their quality of service and repair is not up to the mark. My request is to replace the handset, because the same issue is going to arise in future again and again, and i have to waste my money to visit service center to get it repaired.
          Kindly look into my matter promptly.

            I have purchased an asus zenfone-2 mobile set on 16th august 2015 from the authorized dealer; alif mobiles, alif communication, penta menaka, shop no-81, shanmugam road, ernakulam -31 for rs 20, 500/-. The above set has not been working for the last 2 weeks. As directed by the dealer; alif communication, alif communication, penta menaka, i have contacted asus service agent at cheriya parambu, kadavanthra who has reported that the complaint is on the charger board. He has advised me to send a complaint letter to mr. Eldho, manager of the asus, cochin ([protected]). After sending the mail and contacting mr eldho, the mobile was serviced from kadavandra service centre. After the service the mobile was taken, just after 2 days the speaker problem came, micro phone also was not working. I contacted the concern person mr eldho he told me to go to the service centre since it might have some software issue so on[protected] i went to the same kadavantra service centre, there on mr biju (Service person) he told that the issue is not on phone, the sim which i am using should be changed, i took the sim to airtel offfice and changed the sim to micro sim but the same issue exists as the same earlier. Today ie on[protected] when i went to trivandrum, kerala asus service phone no - ([protected]) center reg some complaint in the speaker of my mobile directed by mr eldho (Manager of the asus, cochin), the service agent took the mobile set and after half an hour he came and told that the mobile board is having complaint/damaged, it has to be serviced. This is the 5 time i am servicing my mobile.

            I am working as asst branch manager in a nationalized bank, now posted at nagercoil, every time i cannot come to to service my mobile, since there is no service centre in nagercoil.
            For the last two months, the mobile set is found over heated while talking. Only one sim is working for the last few months.

            Since the set is under the warranty period, ay be replaced at the earliest or my money back.

              I had bought an asus xonar u7 on may 2014 and the warrant is for 3 years, soon after 6 months it started showing complaints and i contacted customer care and it was said that it was because of driver problem and to reinstall, the problem still persisted and i ignored it and by march 2016 i contacted customer care and they confirmed that warranty is for 3 years and told me to give the product to the service centre for repair/replacement. Now they are telling that warranty is only for 1 year and they cannot replace it.

              So before every buying a product from asus think twice, i lost my 7000 bucks by purchasing this crap product.

                I am the owner of asus zenfone 2 laser for the past 2 months, i was a big fan of the zenfone laser series. Firat month i was fully 7satisfied with the phone. But aftwler 1. 5 months my phone had a slight fall nd "the gorilla glass 4 shattered" i cant beleive it.A popular mnc company like asus cheating poor customers by bluffing things like so nd so.. My display is not working properly, the service centre tells me display has warrenty but screen doesnt, ie bith display nd screen comes together so nd so. They told me my phone will be fixed at rs 5000 ... Phone cost was jst 9000.. Thanku asus for this great help from ur side.. Atleast give us customers some satisfaction by not bluffing around. I was a big asus fan.. I am facing a lot difficuilties on typing..

                  I submitted my mobile to allahabad asus service centre with job sheet no 2092 on date 07/03/2016 and today is 19/04/2016 during this long period they are not fix my mobile motherboard related problem and still my mobile is on the service centre. I go to service centre 6-7 times but every time they make a new excuse.Dont know why ASUS hire such faggets and see the dream to become a leading brand in INDIA. If any solution exist please contact me on [protected]. I am very frustrated with the service of ASUS.

                    Dear sir, so far I bought 3 Asus zenfone via Flipkart because I liked its features and its nice functions. Among these mobiles i found so many problems with the second mobile Zenfone laser 2 500kl, I took first time to service center and there they accept & returned me after some days with new touchscreen. But real problem started then that the screen replaced by them was not a genuine gorilla glass one as it breaked even though I didn't dropped it on the hard surfaces. I am very frustrated. I once again took it to your service center & I complained about the glass, but they rejected my request saying glass is not under warranty. So finally I decided to complain you & Sue in the consumer court if you won't give me replacement. I hope my application will be considered soon.

                      Hi sir,
                      i bought asus zenfone 2 mobile through flipkart. after one month its taking 12 hours time to get full charge. i went to service center in bangalore they said it will cost around 1000rs and will contact you later. i waited two weeks there is no status mail from the service center and thers is no call .after two weeks i only called to service center guys and i asked the status of the mobile.then they forwarded the mail saying that you put it in the water so mother board got damaged like that if that is the case why my touch screen is not damaged if i put it in the water.i went to service center i talked to them they said we will forward your mobile images to the higher managers and will give status.five months gone i didn't get any mail from service center. i don't know what to tell about your mobile service. In bangalore itself you are not able to provide service to the customers. what about other places?. if you can't able to provide service within one month which mobile i need to use.do i need to buy new mobile..

                        I went to the service center on 5th april 2016 as my asus screen got damaged.
                        I came to know that this would be chargeable, so i thought of taking my phone back, so i asked for my phone, he had taken out the back cover of the phone by himself, but now he wasnt able to find the back cover. I was still cooperative and was helping him find it around his table, but he instead accuses me of not giving him the cover at all, in a very rude and pathetic way. He used slang and after a few more minutes of searching for the cover he was able to find it.

                        Even after knowing that it was his own fault, he still instead of apologizing, argues. Such behavior with customers is not acceptable on any terms. I ask you to train your representatives to be atleast cooperative with the customers.

                        I submitted my phone, it got repaired and returned. That process was ok and fast.


                        But the behavior of the incharge there was so insolent and rude that i literally felt infuriated.

                          I purchased my mob 6 month ago. in that 6 months i have gone to service center approx 7 times 5 times for speaker issue one time they replaced my motherboard one time they replaced my mic. now again i am facing the same speaker problem. and they again saying to replace it takes 3 to 4 days replace to be done. i am fully stucked in that case they are not providing me a proper solution and not replacing my product..

                          I purchased j1800-C motherboard for my organisation 9 months ago, it became faulty with in weak time from date of purchase, three times i approached service center for repair/replace the same, but every time customer care refused to repair / replace it.

                            Item was bought in Dec ’15 through Flipkart (OD[protected] Dtd. 20. 12. 2015). Since Jan ’16 mother board and faulty battery was detected. Battery was replaced without rectifying mother board (Ref.:- RMA No. : INR 6610216 Dt. 12.01.16.) After this during our trip to Kolkata we contacted authorized service center called M/s. Compuage Infocom Ltd., 19, R.N. Mukherjee Rd., Kol– 700 001. Found problem with battery charging and keyboard issue. Poor service ensured that the faulty parts never worked properly beyond few weeks. This is terrible service and the laptop could never be used with such issues. I demand a full refund of Rs. 30, 000/- along with compensation for continued harassment. Within 3 months the item will complete its warranty/guarantee period. I had emailed Asus India on their website, their Facebook page and received a useless response.

                              Purchased ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE550KL) from flipkart.com on 20th December 2015. On the night of 13th March 2016, the phone was kept for charging(phone was fine) and the next day morning after detaching the phone from charger I saw a crack in the internal display. The phone was handled very delicately by me and there is not even a single scratch on it. It wasn't fallen even once nor any accidental damage was ever done to the phone. After discussion with the flipkart.com we contacted the service center of Asus at Lamington Road, Mumbai, India. They said that the internal damage is considered customer's fault and they will charge me for that around Rs 4000 something. Well I said test my phone to decide but they refused and asked us to contact [protected]@asus.com. Well I contacted Asus through asus.com website as well as I sent an email to [protected]@asus.com. Their replies comes after more than 7 days. They replied by highlighting my statement
                              "when I took the phone in my hands there was a crack in the internal display. The previous night phone was fine"
                              in such a twisted way as if the damage was done by me. I asked them to test my phone to decide whether the damage is done by me or it's because of manufacture defect. There is no reply since, and I am 100% sure that it's manufacturing defect because the phone was handled very carefully by me.
                              Asus was one of my favourite brand before this issue. I hope that this will be my last purchase from Asus.

                              I am completely dissatisfied with Asus company and hence decided to blacklist and boycott it for my life. So I am withdrawing this issue. I would like to heartily thank to cosumer complaints.in for their kind support and for making this world a better place.

                                I purchased the Zenfoen in April Last year, but with in 6month stop working the Screen pad. Same issue raised in 11 Month. And service centre denying to repair because of following reason..
                                1) He required the TIN No of shopkeeper, Bur as per shopkeeper he don't have TIN no. Let me know is it my foul?
                                2) How can now i will trust that after repair it will work 6 month also. because last he repair then he run for 5 month.
                                3) instead of repair I need new phone.

                                  A horrible cell phone.
                                  On 25th October 2015 I purchased an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML, for Rs. 17, 500 from Flipkart.(Invoice No [protected]) Within about 2 months the cell stopped working. The main motherboard was defective. Obviously the cell was a defective piece. On contacting the company they flatly said that they would not replace it but only repair it. Flipkart claimed that their refund policy was valid only for a month and refused to help any further. Having no other choice I handed it over to the company service centre for repair. They claimed to have replaced the motherboard. But now, on checking the cell specification, I find that it has been replaced by the Asus_Z00AD model which has a selling price Rs. 10, 000 cheaper than what I paid.. I have been horribly cheated by the company as well as Flipkart. I would like to share this experience of mine with other people so that they are forewarned before purchasing any Asus product or for that matter anything on Flipkart.

I have purchased one tablet, But it is not working properly, from the begining, The port is not working although the same has been given to service center they have return after 2 months but with same problem, The tablet is again submitted but they have denied to do any thing after keeping it with them,

                                      We bought abovesaid cellphone through flipkart in november 2015 at 920 sector-9 faridabad, haryana 121006. but to our dismay the software of the handset got crashed/hanged and it is not at all working. despite making several attempts at asus customer care on 17th march 2016 .
                                      but in the end we were advised by the customer care executive to approach their service centre at gurgaon, panipat or karnal available in the state of haryana.
                                      according to asus customer care pickup policy is also available but 50km onwards only.
                                      1. my serious question to countryhead marketing asus zenphones is why you people have put on your electronic display boards in the entire faridabad and ballabgarh region when you have not got any service centre in this particular fardiabad and ballabgarh region ?
                                      2. isnt it a malpractise of buisness/unfair trade practise?
                                      3. when you have put on your display boards in any particular region have you ever mentioned that you hold no service center in this region in case of any complaint relating to your handsets mobile ?
                                      4. when approached different shopkeepers displaying your asus boards they were simply laughing and showing their inablility to answer why the company has put the display boards on their shops?
                                      would you please come and throw light on your marketing/misleading strategy?

                                        Very bad expriance, have rched service counter at 5.25 and service executive tolledigisnclosed as its 5.30.
                                        I travelled 3 hrs to reach the center, but with all request Ms Priyankaservice executive was so rude in speaking that makes me feel, i did the lifes biggest problem with buying asus phone
