MODEL NO - ASUS ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) I had given my phone for repair as within two months of purchase the soft keys stopped working. The service center where i had given the phone is F1 InfoServices, Cunnigham Road, Bangalore.. I had deposited the phone on 17th of October 2015. It has been ONE MONTH today and it is still not repaired.(18th November) As per the website the repair is to be done by the 28th of October. They take forever...

My phone slipped out of my fingers and fallen on the ground...The exact distancw was 50 cm/15 inch like that...When i picked up my asuszenfone2 laser ze550kl...It ha a big scratches on the screen...And the problem is how the gorilla glass 4 is broken simply by falling from 15 inch...And big problem is when u went to service center they say gorilla glass isnt repaired in warranty...Omg......

Myself thej working in infosys bought asus zenfone2 2 months back, in an accident the display has damaged and i took to regenersis store in hyderabad. they took 5400 for display and gave it ome, it looked good for 2 days and after that it just fell from my hands into sand from feet, thats it the so called gorilla glass has broke as if a car was ran over it, i belive those asus store guys doesnt wore original gorilla glass. i...

I have registered a service request at asus service centre baroda as my phone used to hang alot and sim doesnt get read. After a month still my parts havent come and i am not attended by service centre guys as they blame their company for not sendin the parts ! i want my money back. My RMA no INYN5A0074...

I purchased mobile through amazon india in the month of March 2015, initially one month the mobile worked vary nicely, after that 5 times i am running around service centers still i am running, i just ask those people to change the mobile till now they are not giving any answers as well there are not going to take care .
i told them that i dont have another mobile, i request them to provide me some back up mobile for that they regretted....

Today, I have booked nokia 130 mobile(odered id -AB7522351). I have made payment through my credit card, it was successful and got message to my mobile. Now, I got message that my order was cancelled.
This was my first order in askmebazaar. I didn't expect this kind of behavior from such a great application.

On 02.11.2015 I bought above mobile through Flip-kart. But above phone is totally disappointed me. While supplying phone company has not supplied ear phone piece. Company has not given any volume button to reduce and increase the sound. During call continuation phone screen is becoming dark, there will not be any display. Due to which it has become very difficult to disconnect the call.

I purchased Asus Laptop some months back which is under warranty..
Around after three months its hard drive failed..
This indicated Asus give inferior quality spares in its product..On claiming warranty, I got the hard drive changed but the old drive has all my Valueable data
