I have a Zenfone 5. Recently the charger gave some problems so I took it to the service centre here in Shillong Meghalaya. The service centre has asked me to drop the charger there and also that I would get a new one within 5 days. It's been more than a week yet they still have not got a new one and they don't even have some Asus chargers on board so as to be able to buy... Poor service...

    I recently bought an ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE550KL Product S/N : FAAZCY128004) through flipkart on 9th of Nov 2015. On 20th dec 2015 a software update was forcefully made on the phone without any confirmation from me through ASUS update and after that the display went haywire. First the screen was reduced to half the size with screen flickering and after multiple soft resets the problem still continued and display got even worse. The entire screen was flickering and there was no physical damage (scratches/glass breaks) on the screen or the body. However, when I brought the phone to the local authorized service center F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited (T +[protected]/33/70) an authorized service center in Bangalore, the attendant told me that the phone LCD was internally damaged without even checking the phone properly and also wrote the reason for damage to be scratches and dents on side portion of the plastic phone body when no scratches or dents were the on the screen. To add upon they also said it won't be fixed in warranty because the reason was scratches which they had written on their own. Now after 2 weeks they are asking me to pay ~4K for screen replacement, while the phone is still in warranty and without any physical damage. I have added the images that were sent to ASUS as well and will be advising all to stay away from such nuisance products, quality and services which pay no heed to a customer’s issue but rather blame them by selling faulty product.I want this issue to be resolved within the warranty as there is no physical damage with my phone LCD.

    ASUS india still not looking into the issue properly and taking the easy way out. Will not advise anyone to buy from them. Customer care and service centers are irresponsible and in-competitive.

      I had purchased Asus tablet FE171 on April 12 through Flipkart. In September -October, the touch and screen started behaving oddly - applications starts automatically without touching the screen. In mid october I gave the tablet to their service center where they told me it'll need screen replacement. However, even after 2 months time, there was no solution on this issue. On December 4, I received a call from them stating the I'll be receiving a new unit. However, till today there is no update on it tht when I'll be receiving it. Whenever calling their customer service, received only one reply - wait for sometime. But till today there is no solution of this solution. This is the pathetic service from Asus company.

        My phone had been working very well since last day my mobile got stuck, and i had no other option rather than doing a manual restart by taking out its battery.it also get over heat sometimes.so i request you to please have a look on my complain as soon as possible.

            My notebook was approved for refund and I was asked by the company's finance department to perform some set of actions from my icici atm and all my money got transferred to their account. On enquiry they informed me that thus a protection money being locked and shall be refunded with the notebook refund amount thereafter I am continuously calling and emailing the company but there there is no proper response from their side I need your assistance as I am now helpless and want to sue company for fraudulently transferring the money to their account and thereafter not replying

            Same thing happended with my friend today. fortunately we didn't follow the phony call and mail.

            ASUS please be notified that someone is using your domain name and asus is paying no heed to it :

            We are planning to file an FIR against the same tomorrow.
            Hi Syed, if you have received any email or have any proof please submit them to [protected]@asus.com, because previously I had my query solved by them!!

            Battery problem

            My Problem is weak battery ... after charging of 100% it becomes 20 or 30 % within 4 hrs even without using the phone ...please do something.

                order no. OD[protected] Asus Zenfone 2 delivered on August 15th 1. Very poor reception, unreachable to callers most of the time 2. Same sim card in a different mobile catches signal properly 3. Its giving a lot of trouble on a daily basis since I am not reachable to people most of the time despite the network being good. IT IS NOT A NETWORK PROBLEM!!!

                  I had purchase Asus E book from eBay on last 16 Oct 15, within 1 week its started problem of display and deleting of recovery partition, when I complained regarded this to Asus, they inspect the unit and diagnosed motherboard is defective.now I request Asus to replace the unit, but they are refused to replace the device and always revert same answer we are working on your case from last 23 Oct 15, so request please do needful ASAP.

                    I Purchased this laptop on 30th September 2015 from Simple Technology Private Limited 17 D, E Deepak Building, 13 Nehru Place New Delhi 110019.
                    right from the time I purchased the laptop is was giving trouble. the touch pad was erratic and the speakers had very low volume even at full volume setting, also the battery was getting drained very fast. i had lodged the complaint with ASUS however instead of replacing the laptop they told me that they will replace the battery, speakers and the touch pad.
                    The service center informed me that they have ordered the parts as the same is not available with them. The service center informed on 25th November 1015 that the the parts have arrived and they need to pickup the laptop for change of parts. The lap top was picked up by their service center Ess Key Outsourcing Pvt Ltd 111, 1st floor, Satyam Plaza, Civil Lines Gurgaon. Phone no[protected] on 26th November and told me that the Laptop will be returned to me after fitments on 27th Nov. however they did not return the same and when i called them on 30th Nov they informed me that they have not yet received the touch pad and the same is awaited.
                    I am sure you will understand how frustrating it is to buy a new laptop and not able to use the same.
                    I would appreciate if the consumer Complaint forum insists on the company ASUS computers to replace the Laptop with the new one as i have not been able to use the same. i would also like the forum to ask the company to compensate me for not able to use the laptop now for the last two months after purchase.

                      I bought ASUS A555LF model Notebook on purchase i was not acknowledged with the fact that this model does not indicates caps and num function. On speaking to the customer care center technical support they told me that it might be a defect and asked me to visit their service center. On my visit to service center i was told to contact company through email as they also don't know about any such specification. I e-mailed the company and was replied after 10 days of my purchase that their model does not have any indications either on screen or on panel. Mr Madan the Service Specialist called me and mentioned that they were also unaware of any such modifications in the basic designing of the model and told me that they cannot do anything. Because of such basic disability i cannot identify that whether my text is in uppercase or lowercase on typing the passwords. I want company to acknowledge their mistake in designing the model and rectify the same by providing such indication on screen while pressing caps key.

                        Hi Team,

                        I bought Asus Zenfone C mobile in Feb' 2015 back. I have problem with heating mobile hanging from day one but i managed it and started using it. After few months ago i am started facing issue my mobile sound modes like silent vibrate and sound. when i want to put in silent or vibrate i will press side button down it has to put the phone in silent or vibrate but it is not working and also FM also stop playing in middle and again i have to turnoff the FM and and turn it on for starting again. Unable to install any app from Playstore. with these complaints I went to Asus service center twice they are saying they changed the motherboard but still issue not resolved. what i found is whenever i do factory reset then it is working fine but everytime factory restore is not possible to me and also again and again visiing Asus service center is also not possible to me .

                        Please refund my money or replace my device as it is eating my time and money every . I am totally fed up with this mobile.

                        Till now I didn't get any call or communication from Asus.
                        How much time will it take to address my Asus zenfone C mobile issue .

                        Day by day I am having new issues with my mobile now voice is not audible to other side. Please prioritize and do address this issue.

                          Dear Concerns, This is very bad experience i got on first time buying of ASUS product My Zen-phone2 which has been faulty in just 1.5 months after getting the brand new phone which cost me 19000/- Inr. i was very much trust one asus products and services as i heard from my abroad and local freinds and i choosen best featured phone on good faith of ASUS. i given this phone to your ludhiana service centre on dated :- 13/11/2015 and they given me time to take back within 3 days from service centre i go again to service centre after 3 days they still want more 3 days to give my phone back. i said ok i will come back after 3 days. the same episode happens still phone is not ok... The person showing me open phone and said this has mother problem i changed now i think it has problem with led screen also as i said him two faults while giving phone to him. 1. phone was not detecting sim 2. phone was flashing on screen blinking and then off Then i called today on his mobile number as they are not picking land line phones mostly so i requested for mobile number, today he said it will take 3 more days. So respected Asus Concern please let me know customer is faith on your company support and given you his pocket money just on your brand names and is this your brand names who harrasing people in this way as i am waiting from 10 days for my phone and loosing my business due to non android i am using these days there is no backup phones by your side, from last 10 days i am in depression due to this phone hadick. i spend money for use and analysing of your customer support centre when they will find this is ok to give then they will give back to customer. it was only 1.5 months or two months and i am in trouble of this much problem and how people gona trust in future on asus mobile products. but even i requested to flipkart to replace my product but they said as per there policy they cant bcz they can do only in one month, i am very much upset on this kind of harassment on both side, , please give me solution within 24 hours . i am waiting for your response for your reference i am attaching BILL COPY And service centre Receipt.                           I buy a zenfone 2 it had speaker problem till starting when i gave my phone to service center it resolved but after 2-3 days i have charging issues. my phone charge 8-10% in a hour. so i again gave it to service center. on 22 Dec i took my phone from center & when i check it s not resolved properly.
                          Now its take 8 hours to get full charge from 10%

                          I am totally totally disappointed from asus service & thinking to call consumer court for its service.

                            I bought ASUS notebook ASUS A555LA-XX1560D on 29/10/15 through on line store and got it delivered on 09/11/15. I registered for Diwali offer within 7 days. But my offer was rejected due to wrong seriel number entry on registration application. The problem was in invoice bill where the seller printed the seriel number wrong. (one letter changed). I found that mistake and sent mail to [protected]@asusfestival offer mail ID and I enclosed the photo of the sticker on box indicating all details. Still I didnt get any reply from their side and I made telephone complaint too. Nothing has happened so far.

                              Asus currently ran a offer called har pal happiness offer. All their offers are fake and imagined. I bought a x200ma notebook on 1st november. Register for the offer on 4th november'15, claim approved on 18/11/2015. But I never received the payment link to complete the offer and they dropped my claim for non paying. I have wrote 7 emails, contacted more than ten times, chatted more than 10 times. They aswered same rotten answer that I will receive my payment link, but that never happened till today. on 23/11/2015

                                I recently purchased a laptop from Asus. The system broke down. Its been more than a month of constant complaining but the company officials are not responding. We are having a hard time as we have been chasing them and calling them on a regular basis but to no avail. This is an advice to all those who are planning to buy their products: Please dont buy it as their services is next to zero or as i may say that there are no services!! Issue: laptop not working and the company is not responding.

                                  I placed an order of "Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (Gold, With 2 GB RAM, With Full HD Display, With 16 GB) " on 03 November 2015. My order ID is "OD[protected]" . I received my order on 07 November 2015. The product delivered is well and good but the in box accessories provided are different from what was promised in the product specification. The product description states a "7 watt Adapter", but the one delivered is 1.35 Watts. This is very shameful and a never expected act from Flipkart. I am very disappointed

                                    MODEL NO - ASUS ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) I had given my phone for repair as within two months of purchase the soft keys stopped working. The service center where i had given the phone is F1 InfoServices, Cunnigham Road, Bangalore.. I had deposited the phone on 17th of October 2015. It has been ONE MONTH today and it is still not repaired.(18th November) As per the website the repair is to be done by the 28th of October. They take forever to place an order/get the part. Although, these are plain excuses. The attitude is extremely nonchalant, with every other week the same excuse Or the phone will be replaced but absolutely no action about it.The service center employees are extremely clueless and I hear different excuses every time we have a chat. Honestly, I am really shocked with this kind of pathetic behavior. As a customer who has used various brands of Smart phones, I can say that this is the worst experience I have had. Firstly, the soft keys malfunction within two months. Secondly, the extremely callous and slow behavior. The last time had called, I was told I have to wait a week more. I would like to say that as a customer, I am highly dissatisfied with the product and the service. I am pointing out that i know colleagues of mine who have had similar issues in other brands and which were swiftly sorted in a two weeks time. This is testing my patience and causing a great deal of inconvenience to me. This kind of pathetic service and irresponsible behaviour of not resolving the complaint even after repeated calls and making your customer wait endlessly is not acceptable at all and has caused tremendous inconvenience and mental stress to me. I strictly advise anybody to NEVER buy ASUS phones. They are pathetic and even more so their management. I want a refund. I want people to be aware about how slow this brand is and the fact that they have absolutely no concerns about their customers.

                                      My phone slipped out of my fingers and fallen on the ground...The exact distancw was 50 cm/15 inch like that...When i picked up my asuszenfone2 laser ze550kl...It ha a big scratches on the screen...And the problem is how the gorilla glass 4 is broken simply by falling from 15 inch...And big problem is when u went to service center they say gorilla glass isnt repaired in warranty...Omg...

                                      it happens to mine phone also. zenfone selfi. i think its duplicate phone. i have also complaint it on flipkart but no customer hearing they have sold it and from their end its ok bye bye, no return policy accepted as it was only 8 days i got that mobile. and service center said the same to me only paid service for that.

                                      how come gorilla glass 4 can be soo...

                                        Myself thej working in infosys bought asus zenfone2 2 months back, in an accident the display has damaged and i took to regenersis store in hyderabad. they took 5400 for display and gave it ome, it looked good for 2 days and after that it just fell from my hands into sand from feet, thats it the so called gorilla glass has broke as if a car was ran over it, i belive those asus store guys doesnt wore original gorilla glass. i took again and they said again i need to pay 5400 rupees, what the is this. the mobile itsekf is 10000 and it repair costs 12000.what wrong with asus india service to the customers.i want an answer.
                                        As i need my mobile again i agreed to pay 5k to them and submitted the phone.
                                        5400 costs gorilla glass simly broke if in fell on sand...what quality does asus india is maintaining i didnt understand..please look into it...this is crazy...hate u asus :(
