I have purchased mobile around 6 months back and found that battery of mobile is not working and mobile is not getting charged, I have checked with charger and its pin and found there is no issue with those, seems issue with battery.

Its been a very annoying experience so far using your Asus Zen 5 mobile phone.

I've recently brought a ZenFone 2(16gb golden colour). I'm using an 3g internet pack, whenever I go to data selection and turn it out to 3gb.
