I have purchased a ASUS zenfoen 2 laser mobile from flipkart. I have issues with the battery like discharging fast and hanging up, battery getting overheated and switching off immediately and i have raised the replacement request twice. But flipkart has rejected them. After a week, i charged my mobile and a heard a blast from the mobile and it fell down. Nothing has happened to the screen and the back panel. But surprisingly, battery got dents and my mobile is not switching on. I have taken the mobile to the service center, they said it is a physical damage. I am claiming that the damage has hapened to the mobile because of the defectieve battery provided by ASUS. Now i am claiming that the mobile has been a damaged product and sold by flipkart and they are simply escaping which is not the proper service. Again if i go wth paid service, asus is declaring that, the service cost may go beyond the mobile cost which is nonsense. Also a mobile falling from 2 feet damages internally in this way without being damaged externally what is the quality being provided by ASUS.

Similar thing is happen with me my phone getting damaged they said that this physical damage of screen so no warranty and service centre took 5000 for it change it with in some hour even though it was gorilla glass 3 and it should must be cover under warranty .But after 6 moth I have faced issue with mic phone . I gave them to repaired it since last 8 days .So i called them in morning asked whether my phone is ready or not, they said me ya it is ready but when I reached there they tried to explained me that phone is ready but warranty is not approved formed bangulor so can't deliver it to you. Which is worse service I have ever seen .If you not getting approval with in 8 days even when india move towards digitisation, it is too much worst ever ever experienced by any mobile services.

    I own zenfone 2 551ml my recent experience with its service has been really bad, i have given my zenfone for repair on 19/10/15 but i am waiting to get my phone as service center is extending delivery of phone every time i visit them, it has been 18 days that they have informed me that i have been allotted a new phone but still i can not see any updates online portal, .I cannot buy a new phone for temporary use neither i am getting any positive response from your side, kindly look in to the matter seriously otherwise i will put this matter in consumer court.

      On 02.11.2015 I bought above mobile through Flip-kart. But above phone is totally disappointed me. While supplying phone company has not supplied ear phone piece. Company has not given any volume button to reduce and increase the sound. During call continuation phone screen is becoming dark, there will not be any display. Due to which it has become very difficult to disconnect the call.
      Phone brightness and contrast ratio is too poor. It is looking like a second hand old phone screen. Please replace the phone or suggest other device of the company. I have purchased first time ASUS phone in my life it disappointed me. So far I have used Nokia Lumia720 & Samsung S-.4. I never faced such problem.

        I bought asus zenfone 2 551ml on 12.09.2015 and after one month use it suddenly hangs and then totally dead . I went to service centre at sector 22 chandigrh and they told me that its mother board has totally damaged and it will take 5-7 days for repair. First of all company should give me new phone its only one month old but they refused. And now it has more than 15 days passed and my phone has not been repaired. Now my interest in asus zenfone has totally gone and i want my money back which is rs. 15000/-.

        i have mailed several complaints but no positive answer received.
        I dont want asus phone now i want my money back

          I bought a new notebook on 10/17/15 but there was problem in notebook while surfing net with wifi.I registered a complaint on asus web site.Finally after 10 i got replacement from the same showroom where i bought.The new replaced notebook also have the same problem and again i registered a complaint on asus website.It has became 1 month i bought the notebook and i am unable to use my interest is on.The engineers from asus gave me the time but he didn't came on that day due to which i could not attend my office and my job is in danger.I don't know but it's totally a fraud both the new notebook have problem.

          Finally after 10 days i got replaced notebook from same showroom.But it also have the same problem as previous one
          i again registered a complaint to asus website.It has became one month i bought notebook but iam unable to use
          though i am paying interest.My time, money and my work everything is hampered.

            I have bought Asus phone on may 2015. now it's socket is not working. i wandering to asus customer care since last 15 days. and now they demand directly 7000 rupee to repair my phone. my phone's cost was 9600 and it is still under warrenty.

              I purchased Asus Laptop some months back which is under warranty..
              Around after three months its hard drive failed..
              This indicated Asus give inferior quality spares in its product..On claiming warranty, I got the hard drive changed but the old drive has all my Valueable data
              I asked their service centre to give me time so that I can recover my Valueable data from the other recovery agents..
              For that they asked me to keep deposit of Rs.6, 000 for the old hard drive which is a failed hard drive and its market cost is Rs3, 500
              I made a huge mistake that I bought this Worst Company Laptop..
              I want to recover my data for which I am ready to pay extra data recovery charges to other data recovery agents..but the company is not co-operating..
              I can't let go my Valueable data because of the inferior quality product supplied by this Worst Company Asus..

                  Dear sir/ madam, I had submitted my Asus Zenfone2 mobile to service centre on 9th of oct for some speaker issue, they given me time of 5-6 days max. when i'm taking follow-up for my mobile they are not responding. parts not receive, it will take more 4-5 days, when product will repair we will call you... I am a service person, i really need of smart phone for office mail, personal mail, official what's app communication, internet surfing... my routine hampered due to this bad service..

                    Hi I'm Akash Vispute, Two months ago, I bought new Asus X series laptop from Pune, Maharashtra and I got ASUS BACK TO SCHOOL OFFER which will gave me wireless mouse, headphone, antivirus and 2 year extended warranty worth approx.₹890. So, I registered for the ASUS back to school offer 1 month ago then after 1 month I received the payment link. Here is my ASUS offer claim no. ASUS37912 . After online payment they said you will get the products, but till date I didn't get any mail or messages or update from Asus after 1.5 month. Very poor and third class service I got from Asus back to school offer service centre of Mumbai, Maharashtra. I called at service centre of offer but I didn't get satisfy. Now they are not receiving my calls.Also they are not giving me any updates related to my product. I hope, after complaining they will improve their service as well as I'll get my product as early as possible... Thank you.

                        My ZenFone 2(ZE550ML 1C/Z3560/16GB) was facing problem with not charging. It is under warranty and given to my nearby Asus authorized service center on 21/09/2015. Now its been 25 days and still they have not fixed the issue. They are delaying that saying, parts delivered are as per their request were not functional.

                          It is with deep regret and sadness I write to you this e-mail informing to you in Plain, Clear and Concise terms that I puchased one of your product: an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML on date[protected] and was very excited to use your product even before-hand just because "Asus" this name has always stood for finest quality as well as "professional & prompt" after-sales service which "un -fortunately" in my case, both were lacking. To explain to you my ordeal o[censored]sing your product: 1.) Just 15-20 Days o[censored]sing your product under Normal and Human Usable Conditions, the Mobile Phone's Charger went corrupt (The Charger automatically stopped charging my Asus Zenfone 2). and "No Sir", the Power Outlet/Power Source of my house is all working in fine, pristine condition and there seems to be no problem with the other Electronic Devices in my house. 2.) Then, the Mobile Device itself stopped working (even though) the Mobile's Battery was charged to a good level but one fine day it just stopped working on it's own. I also have a habit of "Switching Off" my Asus Zenfone 2 everyday before going to bed at 10:45PM and switching it ON in morning once I get up at 5:00AM. So an "Over-Heating" or "Over-Usage" is out of the question. Instead the Mobile Device receives more than ample amount of rest everyday. Now, To make matters worse at your "World Class" ASUS Service Center (at Thane, Mumbai location), the Service Center Staff themselves didn't had a clue as to when the Mobile Phone Motherboard and 2 way sim slot will be available to be installed into my ASUS Zenfone 2, Nor, I was not offered a 2nd/back-up Mobile Device from the Service Center till my existing Asus Zenfone 2 is received. The Delivery Dates (from the 1st day of visiting Asus Service Center i.e on 29th Aug, 2015) has been fluctuating with just about "No Concrete" Information available with your Service Center (Thane Location) regarding availability of the MotherBoard and 2 way sim slot for my ASUS Zenfone 2. As a Customer, How many times you expect me to follow-up on this "Non-sense Issue" when your own Service Center Executives have no Concrete information on a small and simple issue of a Circuit board/Motherboard and 2 way sim slot. More so, the Dates keep extending and no backup/spare Mobile Phone has been offered to me to be used (till the time my Zenfone 2 fault gets rectified). I submitted my phone on 29 Aug 2015 then the minimum time of arrival of parts was 24 Sep and when the 1st arrival date has gone now the date has come to 16 Oct. Asus being such a brand in Computer peripherals and electronic device making their Smartphone customer to wait for long period of 1.5 months for such small parts gave me an impression which i would not never forget and would never recommend any of my knowings to buy ASUS. This is a mark of total un-Professionalism executed on your part with no care for your customers. I am taking up this matter with the Consumer Grievance Cell, Mumbai region to highlight the extent of Customer Dis-Satisfaction faced by customers like me for a small problem that could very well should have been solved by now, but Alas and Shame. If this complaint of mine is not taken seriously then i would not hesitate to go and compliant in Consumer Forum for such an awful services provided by ASUS.                             I submitted my phone due to speaker problem in Asus service center on 18.09.2015, according to the site the problem was to be resolved on the 28.07.2015. The several times I contacted the service center and Customer care the only thing they told me was to wait as parts were not available.After several attempts finally they told me the the part would be dispatched on 7th Oct which obviously didn't and today they say no further information can be provided. This amount o[censored]ncertainty and speculation its highly disturbing. If getting a part part takes so long I WANT A REPLACEMENT.. I want a solution as soon as possible. RMA No.: INXK590485

                                I have purchased mobile around 6 months back and found that battery of mobile is not working and mobile is not getting charged, I have checked with charger and its pin and found there is no issue with those, seems issue with battery.

                                So, would you please advice me how I can request for new batter as my mobile is in under warranty period.

                                    Hello,

                                    Its been a very annoying experience so far using your Asus Zen 5 mobile phone.
                                    Ever since I bought this phone from Snap deal its been a series of bad events.

                                    Within a period of just 2 months this phone went out of order as the touch keys stopped functioning.
                                    My wife not only felt bad finding your service center ( which is not all updated correctly anywhere) and also situated
                                    hidden in the old city where if someone reaching at one touch is a big achievement.

                                    Even if you reach there the staff will bluntly deny to accept the phone saying that they are for laptop and other peripherals only
                                    somehow I managed to located your other service center in Peth (PUNE ) area which is again a tough challenge to find for any one.

                                    Also lucky enough that I could see your service center open and get my phone repaired but again hardly a week passed there was another issue popped up with voice quality which is diminishing.

                                    Again went through the same pain again travelling 50 km in day just to get my cell phone repaired hardly a couple of days passed and phone touch not responding again, not charging either, unable to share anything.

                                    When I checked your customer details on internet I don't see any single email listed where I can get this escalated believe me I am not a big fan of escalating issues but this situation prevailed me do so.

                                    Finally this is my humble request to you to get this faulty phone replaced else I would be left with no option other than going to the consumer forum.

                                      It is with deep regret and sadness I write to you this e-mail informing to you in Plain, Clear and Concise terms that I puchased one of your product: an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML on date[protected] and was very excited to use your product even before-hand just because "Asus" this name has always stood for finest quality as well as "professional & prompt" after-sales service which "un -fortunately" in my case, both were lacking. To explain to you my ordeal o[censored]sing your product: 1.) Just 15-20 Days o[censored]sing your product under Normal and Human Usable Conditions, the Mobile Phone's Charger went corrupt (The Charger automatically stopped charging my Asus Zenfone 2). and "No Sir", the Power Outlet/Power Source of my house is all working in fine, pristine condition and there seems to be no problem with the other Electronic Devices in my house. 2.) Then, the Mobile Device itself stopped working (even though) the Mobile's Battery was charged to a good level but one fine day it just stopped working on it's own. I also have a habit of "Switching Off" my Asus Zenfone 2 everyday before going to bed at 10:45PM and switching it ON in morning once I get up at 5:00AM. So an "Over-Heating" or "Over-Usage" is out of the question. Instead the Mobile Device receives more than ample amount of rest everyday. Now, To make matters worse at your "World Class" ASUS Service Center (at Thane, Mumbai location), the Service Center Staff themselves didn't had a clue as to when the Mobile Phone Motherboard and 2 way sim slot will be available to be installed into my ASUS Zenfone 2, Nor, I was not offered a 2nd/back-up Mobile Device from the Service Center till my existing Asus Zenfone 2 is received. The Delivery Dates (from the 1st day of visiting Asus Service Center i.e on 29th Aug, 2015) has been fluctuating with just about "No Concrete" Information available with your Service Center (Thane Location) regarding availability of the MotherBoard and 2 way sim slot for my ASUS Zenfone 2. As a Customer, How many times you expect me to follow-up on this "Non-sense Issue" when your own Service Center Executives have no Concrete information on a small and simple issue of a Circuit board/Motherboard and 2 way sim slot. More so, the Dates keep extending and no backup/spare Mobile Phone has been offered to me to be used (till the time my Zenfone 2 fault gets rectified). I submitted my phone on 29 Aug 2015 then the minimum time of arrival of parts was 24 Sep and when the 1st arrival date has gone now the date has come to 16 Oct. Asus being such a brand in Computer peripherals and electronic device making their Smartphone customer to wait for long period of 1.5 months for such small parts gave me an impression which i would not never forget and would never recommend any of my knowings to buy ASUS. This is a mark of total un-Professionalism executed on your part with no care for your customers. I am taking up this matter with the Consumer Grievance Cell, Mumbai region to highlight the extent of Customer Dis-Satisfaction faced by customers like me for a small problem that could very well should have been solved by now, but Alas and Shame. If this complaint of mine is not taken seriously then i would not hesitate to go and compliant in Consumer Forum for such an awful services provided by ASUS.

                                        I have a notebook of asus. ipurchased it this year. the laptop is not working for 2months.i am calling to service centre for everyday. i have called atleast 100 times.my registered no is [protected].they are ignoring the issue and i did not find any progress in my problem product is in warrenty period.so i need it.i am enclosing the envoice....
