My phones battery backup is very poor. If I made the battery 100% charge, hardly I can use it for 2 and half or 3 hours.
But if am keeping it idle battery won't get low. My phone is in warranty period. I went to a service center in Bangalore seven times with the same complaint. The fact is still they can't identify what is exact problem. They told me they have changed battery. And software is a new version now but the problem is not yet resolved.
If this is the situation what is the need of a cellphone. I need to keep it for charge all time.
The service center I went is ' F1 info service'. They made me to go there seven times still the same problem.
I need a resolution for this.

    My ASUS T!00CHI Notebook was not charging properly (connecting and disconnecting the charger) from the day I purchased it from AMAZON in USA on 16th Aug 2015..
    when I took it to the service centre in India on[protected] I was told that the USB socket which is a part of the motherboard is broken and hence not under warrenty. They gave me a quotation of Rs. 14800/- for it which I reluctantly agreed to as the repair cost was almost the same as what I had paid for the new notebook. (USD 279/-)
    The RMA number provided by them was INUL5C1558. till today 4th feb 2016 they have said they could not find the spares.
    ASUS should provide an alternative New equivalent notebook free of charge or at a discounted 50% rate.

      I bought Asus Mobile on 9/9/15 & Nov. last week I saw orange spot on my screen & 29/11/15 I went Customer Care F1 Info solution(BARRAKPORE).They docket my phone & return 3/12/15. After servicing My phone become more useless & when I went for that they said they do nothing at frist time because the phone is ok but now I face battery & start problem.

          Brand new laptop not even 4days was given due to technical issues. Kept following the updates from! 8 the to 28th. It crossed a month I lost my cool and spoke after keeping the patients . found out the company has not even bothered to send the parts over a month and when requested to have the device back. They state they can't and the device can only be given back after the required unit arrives. Which is still not send . f1solutions Bangalore and Asus India both these business are more of a fraud and not able to do anything nor return or provide a new devices. Wonderful to know there are screwed up company's like these. Feel sorry for your customer support for having to say sorry for people who should be kicking the of the managers

                  I am facing the problem regarding SIM slots of my mobile. My mobile does not detect the SIM and even if it does then also for very short time. I have this problem since last few months. I had also given it to the service centre. After 15 days of repair it again started as previous. It also disturbs my call many times. It always gives me a pop-up saying "Please install SIM 2 or 1". My mobile is in warranty. Asus has provided me a defective piece and I am repenting for choosing Asus. Please take action as early as possible. If possible, replace my cell with new one as this happens very often.

                        I bought an asus zenfone 2 laser from flipkart.com on dec 6th 15.I had to give it n Asus service centre on 02/01/16 because the phone wasnt turning on, a speaker issue and constant update notifications which were probably the reason why the phone switched off.I was told it'll be fixed in Two Working Days.which dint happen.I checked on 5/01/16 and was told i wil be contacted once fixed wich again dint happen.I called cx service on 11/01/15 and was told to wait COUPLE MORE DAYS.Asus return my phone back or give me a full refund since it had one year warranty on it.and just because i'm asking for it dont just fix the phone for the time being not in a proper way...return my phone in perfect working condition, without having to contact you again atleat till the warranty ends.

                          I have given my phone asus zenfone 2 laser a week ago n till now no update on it.. everytime i call asus service centre they say that it would take more time, no reason given. Fed up of this. Ridiculous. No update whether i would get it or not

                            I have given my cell to authorized service center due to network did not work properly on dated 10th of November 2015 but still not get it, If I call to service center they make fake promise they are not give truly date how I don`t know.I am being much frustration about my cell phone, I submitted my cell before 10 days of warranty period, Now warranty also finished in service center Company did not response me .So kindly needful help to get my cell phone as earlier

                              Hi, This is regarding my worst experience with the purchase of Asus Zenfone2 Laser bought from Flipkart bought Sep 2015!!! After 1 month o[censored]sage I repeatedly had Mic issues where the other end people could not hear my voice properly/low volume. I gave it in Asus service center in Chennai Kilpauk behind Ega theatre on 12th dec. There they took 5 days and they are least bothered in giving info to the customer. At last I was asked to receive the device after service. To my shock when I got the device in my hand I saw several scratches and heavy marks on the camera lens cover. When I removed the battery the oh God .. the Sticker with IMEI info was completely torn in to pieces. Common this is just 2 months old I argued ! but in vein.. See now no one can beleive this is anew mobile .. no one will beleive this is the new mobile any more. Because of Asus, My MONEY TIME and ENERGY is wasted totally because of this bullsh** .. I requested a replacement from ASUS but till now the service people arguing me to take again to service center. Are they going to change the hardware parts again what is the use? F1 INFO SOLUTIONS SERVICE CENTER ARE NOT EXPERIENCED IN ANY WAY IN SERVICES PROVIDED... I expect an Immediate action from the concerned dept.                                 I had bought asus laptop X555L on 25/5/15 and since then i am experiencing the problem no sound is coming in the ear phone when i connect ear phone to the ear phone port of the laptop. many time i have registered the complaint but still my problem has not yet solved, actually not a single time did any service guy came to see the problem in my laptop. i dont know what to do. i din expected these kind of treatment from asus india. please help me out and solve my problem at earliest. hope for a good and positive response from your side and guys won’t disappoint me for choosing asus

                                  I have a Zenfone 5. Recently the charger gave some problems so I took it to the service centre here in Shillong Meghalaya. The service centre has asked me to drop the charger there and also that I would get a new one within 5 days. It's been more than a week yet they still have not got a new one and they don't even have some Asus chargers on board so as to be able to buy... Poor service...

                                    I recently bought an ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE550KL Product S/N : FAAZCY128004) through flipkart on 9th of Nov 2015. On 20th dec 2015 a software update was forcefully made on the phone without any confirmation from me through ASUS update and after that the display went haywire. First the screen was reduced to half the size with screen flickering and after multiple soft resets the problem still continued and display got even worse. The entire screen was flickering and there was no physical damage (scratches/glass breaks) on the screen or the body. However, when I brought the phone to the local authorized service center F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited (T +[protected]/33/70) an authorized service center in Bangalore, the attendant told me that the phone LCD was internally damaged without even checking the phone properly and also wrote the reason for damage to be scratches and dents on side portion of the plastic phone body when no scratches or dents were the on the screen. To add upon they also said it won't be fixed in warranty because the reason was scratches which they had written on their own. Now after 2 weeks they are asking me to pay ~4K for screen replacement, while the phone is still in warranty and without any physical damage. I have added the images that were sent to ASUS as well and will be advising all to stay away from such nuisance products, quality and services which pay no heed to a customer’s issue but rather blame them by selling faulty product.I want this issue to be resolved within the warranty as there is no physical damage with my phone LCD.

                                    ASUS india still not looking into the issue properly and taking the easy way out. Will not advise anyone to buy from them. Customer care and service centers are irresponsible and in-competitive.

                                      I had purchased Asus tablet FE171 on April 12 through Flipkart. In September -October, the touch and screen started behaving oddly - applications starts automatically without touching the screen. In mid october I gave the tablet to their service center where they told me it'll need screen replacement. However, even after 2 months time, there was no solution on this issue. On December 4, I received a call from them stating the I'll be receiving a new unit. However, till today there is no update on it tht when I'll be receiving it. Whenever calling their customer service, received only one reply - wait for sometime. But till today there is no solution of this solution. This is the pathetic service from Asus company.

                                        My phone had been working very well since last day my mobile got stuck, and i had no other option rather than doing a manual restart by taking out its battery.it also get over heat sometimes.so i request you to please have a look on my complain as soon as possible.
