I buy zenfone 2 ZE551ML from i buy phone i have issue of hang and application not run problem with that i have problem of sim 1 network problem i have call 30 times in asus coustomer care service but i have not get satisfiction even i have give up my phone 9 times in asus coustomer care center but my problem is same as same in service center have replace my all parts of phone for solve my problem but its same problem plese resolve my complaint

this is really aweful that purchased on 16oct2015 has issue in just 3 months of its use.
sir i purchased an Asus zenfone 2 lazer for the first time due to its good name and quality and i am very sad to tell you that it is not working and the screen has gone all blank and i can just feel the vibrations.
after collecting my pocket money i purchased this phone and now as it has gone dead i am very sad and if this product is not returned then i will lost my trust on the company. As this is just 3 months old phone and i kept it with such a care is now not working due to the companies fault most probably.
i want you to please look into the matter carefully as it takes into account your product as very as feelings of your customer. and the trust we have on company.
in any case i want my money bacj as this is not an ordinary fault i have a lot of inconveinience due to this.
Hope that you will be concern about it ant will give a satisfying reply soon.

Hi guys i bought a phone from asus at the cost of 9600 four months back. It was working fine but all of a sudden the display went black but i am able to feel the vibration and charging sound. I stepped into service centre who said they will fix this issue in 5 days of time . Today morning i recieved a mail which has driven me insane. This company is a crap and a real joke. Is this the way you increase your bank balance

Due to water damage i am not able to get a normal battery backup... it has been 5 days this problem is prevailing...it accidentally felt into a bucket full of water due to which it is problematic now...i need a new piece of that phone...

I have asus zenfone 5. i have face to software problam. and i m updade my mobile but not updated. after that i called customer care but solved my problam.

My phones battery backup is very poor. If I made the battery 100% charge, hardly I can use it for 2 and half or 3 hours.
But if am keeping it idle battery won't get low. My phone is in warranty period. I went to a service center in Bangalore seven times with the same complaint. The fact is still they can't identify what is exact problem. They told me they have changed battery. And software is a new version now but the problem is not yet resolved.
If this is the situation what is the need of a cellphone. I need to keep it for charge all time.
The service center I went is ' F1 info service'. They made me to go there seven times still the same problem.
I need a resolution for this.

My ASUS T!00CHI Notebook was not charging properly (connecting and disconnecting the charger) from the day I purchased it from AMAZON in USA on 16th Aug 2015..
when I took it to the service centre in India on[protected] I was told that the USB socket which is a part of the motherboard is broken and hence not under warrenty. They gave me a quotation of Rs. 14800/- for it which I reluctantly agreed to as the repair cost was almost the same as what I had paid for the new notebook. (USD 279/-)
The RMA number provided by them was INUL5C1558. till today 4th feb 2016 they have said they could not find the spares.
ASUS should provide an alternative New equivalent notebook free of charge or at a discounted 50% rate.

I bought Asus Mobile on 9/9/15 & Nov. last week I saw orange spot on my screen & 29/11/15 I went Customer Care F1 Info solution(BARRAKPORE).They docket my phone & return 3/12/15. After servicing My phone become more useless & when I went for that they said they do nothing at frist time because the phone is ok but now I face battery & start problem.

Again i got my mobile problem which was replaced few months back because of mother board problem...
again im facing the same problem so m not getting what to do

Brand new laptop not even 4days was given due to technical issues. Kept following the updates from! 8 the to 28th. It crossed a month I lost my cool and spoke after keeping the patients . found out the company has not even bothered to send the parts over a month and when requested to have the device back. They state they can't and the device can only be given back after the required unit arrives. Which is still not send . f1solutions Bangalore and Asus India both these business are more of a fraud and not able to do anything nor return or provide a new devices. Wonderful to know there are screwed up company's like these. Feel sorry for your customer support for having to say sorry for people who should be kicking the of the managers

I am facing the problem regarding SIM slots of my mobile. My mobile does not detect the SIM and even if it does then also for very short time. I have this problem since last few months. I had also given it to the service centre. After 15 days of repair it again started as previous. It also disturbs my call many times. It always gives me a pop-up saying "Please install SIM 2 or 1". My mobile is in warranty. Asus has provided me a defective piece and I am repenting for choosing Asus. Please take action as early as possible. If possible, replace my cell with new one as this happens very often.

I bought an asus zenfone 2 laser from flipkart.com on dec 6th 15.I had to give it n Asus service centre on 02/01/16 because the phone wasnt turning on, a speaker issue and constant update notifications which were probably the reason why the phone switched off.I was told it'll be fixed in Two Working Days.which dint happen.I checked on 5/01/16 and was told i wil be contacted once fixed wich again dint happen.I called cx service on 11/01/15 and was told to wait COUPLE MORE DAYS.Asus return my phone back or give me a full refund since it had one year warranty on it.and just because i'm asking for it dont just fix the phone for the time being not in a proper way...return my phone in perfect working condition, without having to contact you again atleat till the warranty ends.

I have given my phone asus zenfone 2 laser a week ago n till now no update on it.. everytime i call asus service centre they say that it would take more time, no reason given. Fed up of this. Ridiculous. No update whether i would get it or not
