Dear sir, I have Purchased an laptop of asus . On that time i have submitted the money to get the items which are available in back to school offer. Till now i haven't received any items from asus. I have contacted to the contact no. given in the email id, but no response. Please educated me in this matter.     Hello,

    Its been a very annoying experience so far using your Asus Zen 5 mobile phone.
    Ever since I bought this phone from Snap deal its been a series of bad events.

    Within a period of just 2 months this phone went out of order as the touch keys stopped functioning.
    My wife not only felt bad finding your service center ( which is not all updated correctly anywhere) and also situated
    hidden in the old city where if someone reaching at one touch is a big achievement.

    Even if you reach there the staff will bluntly deny to accept the phone saying that they are for laptop and other peripherals only
    somehow I managed to located your other service center in Peth (PUNE ) area which is again a tough challenge to find for any one.

    Also lucky enough that I could see your service center open and get my phone repaired but again hardly a week passed there was another issue popped up with voice quality which is diminishing.

    Again went through the same pain again travelling 50 km in day just to get my cell phone repaired hardly a couple of days passed and phone touch not responding again, not charging either, unable to share anything.

    When I checked your customer details on internet I don't see any single email listed where I can get this escalated believe me I am not a big fan of escalating issues but this situation prevailed me do so.

    Finally this is my humble request to you to get this faulty phone replaced else I would be left with no option other than going to the consumer forum.
    Happy to share all the details.

      It is with deep regret and sadness I write to you this e-mail informing to you in Plain, Clear and Concise terms that I puchased one of your product: an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML on date[protected] and was very excited to use your product even before-hand just because "Asus" this name has always stood for finest quality as well as "professional & prompt" after-sales service which "un -fortunately" in my case, both were lacking. To explain to you my ordeal o[censored]sing your product: 1.) Just 15-20 Days o[censored]sing your product under Normal and Human Usable Conditions, the Mobile Phone's Charger went corrupt (The Charger automatically stopped charging my Asus Zenfone 2). and "No Sir", the Power Outlet/Power Source of my house is all working in fine, pristine condition and there seems to be no problem with the other Electronic Devices in my house. 2.) Then, the Mobile Device itself stopped working (even though) the Mobile's Battery was charged to a good level but one fine day it just stopped working on it's own. I also have a habit of "Switching Off" my Asus Zenfone 2 everyday before going to bed at 10:45PM and switching it ON in morning once I get up at 5:00AM. So an "Over-Heating" or "Over-Usage" is out of the question. Instead the Mobile Device receives more than ample amount of rest everyday. Now, To make matters worse at your "World Class" ASUS Service Center (at Thane, Mumbai location), the Service Center Staff themselves didn't had a clue as to when the Mobile Phone Motherboard and 2 way sim slot will be available to be installed into my ASUS Zenfone 2, Nor, I was not offered a 2nd/back-up Mobile Device from the Service Center till my existing Asus Zenfone 2 is received. The Delivery Dates (from the 1st day of visiting Asus Service Center i.e on 29th Aug, 2015) has been fluctuating with just about "No Concrete" Information available with your Service Center (Thane Location) regarding availability of the MotherBoard and 2 way sim slot for my ASUS Zenfone 2. As a Customer, How many times you expect me to follow-up on this "Non-sense Issue" when your own Service Center Executives have no Concrete information on a small and simple issue of a Circuit board/Motherboard and 2 way sim slot. More so, the Dates keep extending and no backup/spare Mobile Phone has been offered to me to be used (till the time my Zenfone 2 fault gets rectified). I submitted my phone on 29 Aug 2015 then the minimum time of arrival of parts was 24 Sep and when the 1st arrival date has gone now the date has come to 16 Oct. Asus being such a brand in Computer peripherals and electronic device making their Smartphone customer to wait for long period of 1.5 months for such small parts gave me an impression which i would not never forget and would never recommend any of my knowings to buy ASUS. This is a mark of total un-Professionalism executed on your part with no care for your customers. I am taking up this matter with the Consumer Grievance Cell, Mumbai region to highlight the extent of Customer Dis-Satisfaction faced by customers like me for a small problem that could very well should have been solved by now, but Alas and Shame. If this complaint of mine is not taken seriously then i would not hesitate to go and compliant in Consumer Forum for such an awful services provided by ASUS.

        The pc is shutting down frequently due to motherboard malfunctioning. Complaint was registered with asus (usa)(mplaint no.-a[protected] but no action was taken. The motherboard was taken to the service centre several times but defect was not rectified. I am facing a lot of problems due to this. Customer care service is extremely poor. I want my motherboard to be replaced or rectified . I want home service because i had already gone to the asus service centre several times.

          I have purchased an asus zenfone 2 from flip-kart. in may 2015. after few month its rear speaker stop working from 12 sept 2015. On 14 September 2015 i have given my handset to jamsedhpur service center for repairing. but according to them they are unable to service the product because asus is unable to provide the spare parts in time. asus is ignoring in providing the parts in time. As i am working man and my work completely depend on my phone for my work. it is already 10 days, and due to this negligence i may lose my work. I called toll free no- they told me that the spare parts for asus zenfone is not available in India, it will come from tiawan. and they provide me maximum time frame of 7 oct 2015. but till date they are making excuses of parts unavailability. if you are unable to to repair the product then please replace my handset or provide me the refund. thank you.             The cell phone ASUS MODEL AS ZE551ML 6J/Z3580/64G/4G RAM Serial No.F4AZFG08N330 was purchase on 08.05.2015 thro’ flipkart for an amount of Rs.22, 999/- by home delivery. Within a week or while on using the cell phone it is found that the phone which you have delivered is a defective piece. Immediately after noticing, I have contacted the service centre for replacement. They have guided to connect the phone via WIFI/net to check the defective part during that time the (sim was not in the slot) and they said it is ok. But while putting the sim in the slot it is some time detecting and some time not detecting with that the phone was somehow managed to be used since 02.09.15 then it was failed totally to detect the sim and I have given for service at the service centre at Egmore. I have contacted thro phone to service nos. frequently (many time no reply not even lift the phone even tho’ it is ringing continuously) • [protected] • [protected] • [protected] • [protected] At this juncture I have to intimate my position and the need of the costly phone :- I am working as Senior Section Engineer/Works in Southern Railway, Civil Engineering department and the present roll is to contact the Engineers’ of various sections of entire Southern Railway zone and collect the information regarding safety of the bridge against flood, rain fall details and the same to be conveyed to the Executive Engineer at Chennai thro phone calls and messages. The phone which I have selected to suit my requirements, but the handset you have given is not working. The reply from the service centre to me is also not satisfactory. On date they replied to extend the warranty period. Keeping the defective phone in the service centre and the extension of the warranty period? Then what is the need to spend Rs.22999/- By this I am requesting that either to exchange the defective phone to a new one or send the money back within a weeks’ time from the date of this letter.

              ASUS28064 This code is given by Asus to me for despatch of goods to me under their offer. I had made few emails to their customer service but neither goods supplied to me nor my Rs. 890 is refunded to my account. They have taken money one month back through online banking and now goods not being supplied by them.

                Our zenphone 2 sim1and sim2 are not detected and showing not installed from 23.9.15, we approched F1 info asus service center (F1 info solution and service pvt/ltd, thillai nagar, trichy) on 24/9/15 and they told that spare parts is required and they had ordered, but till now we had no replay from the service center to kindly arrange to replace the instrument

                    I had registered for Asus back to school offer and made a payment of Rs890 by debit card on 08.09.2015 for the Asus back to school kit against my claim n.o. 70143. My kit was supposed to be despatched by 10 day s of payment. I called several times in their provided contact number and was assured several times falsely regarding despatch of my kit.                       i am also facing the same problem.It seems that asus is cheating on its coustemer.After making payment also we even do not recieve email to confirm extension of warrenty. just we recieved cofirmation of payment.

                      I had purchased one note book, I registered Asus back to school offer and I got reply pay amount then I paid, after 20 days ur product has been dispatched to ur address. Now I have seen, show me ur product has been successfully delivered where it delivered we don't know, I think make us fools can file case against this type cheating I have every proof, tel me what should do
                      Me too facing the problem. I have paid 1499 to extend my warranty but they didnot extend my warranty . I have call more than 100 times to asus service centre number which is given on the site it always seems busy . They are not responding my phone. If you cant help the customer then just close your service centre it is of no use .

                        I've recently brought a ZenFone 2(16gb golden colour). I'm using an 3g internet pack, whenever I go to data selection and turn it out to 3gb. The network I receive goes blank as if it's in an Airplane mode. And if I turn it to 2g network speed without any technical fault the net starts working. I thought it may be the sim's dailyfault but after checking it to airtel the let me knew that it was the phone's technical problem

                            I have bought this phone in may since then my handset is submitted to service center for repair and now the sixth time i have to file a complaint again for same reason that is hanging of screen during incoming call. Not a single person from company as well as the service center is not giving any satisfactory reply. So i am planning to sue them in consumer court.

                              This is to inform you that, i have given zenfone 2 for servicing for last one month on 27th august 2015, since phone is in warranty period . still they have not given my phone back as parts are not available, every time company is giving different date for availability of parts . 1.                                 I submitted my handset for mic repair on 14 Sep 2015 to ASUS service center at Bhubaneswar. Its been more than 14 days and I still have no solution from their end. I have written to ASUS twice and still waiting for some one to respond. The service center at Bhuwaneswar, Shahid Market, is worst and chaired by most unprofessional people. Can you guys help me out, as I see no solution to this problem.                                   Hi I gave my asus zenfone 6 for gorilla glass replacment in service center addressing 210 Shivai towers Saku naka Mumbai on 1 Sept 2015. They told me about motherboard issue also so they asked me to replace it then I said yes for motherboard replacement. But they havent given my phone till now. My RMA no is INUL590376.                                     I have given my ASUS ZENFONE 2 ATAsus Service Centre, Nehru Place, New Delhi, on 11.09.2015 due to touch problem. And it was intormed that it will take 7 days for replacemt of the part. (RMA NO. INU9590414) But now it was more than 12 days and the problem not get solved and I made several times of call to service centre but they are giving a same reply of "WE HAVE ORDERED THE PART, ONCE WE RECEIVED IT WE WILL INFORM YOU". It seems to be ASUS is not interested to supply spare parts to its service centres, and if there is no sufficient stock of spare parts in service ceners how Asus will provide prompt service to its existing customers? And I took this issue to Asus customer care cell several times and they are simply replying wait for some time your problem will get solved but still my problem not get solved (COMPLAINT NO. A[protected]) I want to know when the spare part will reach the service center and when I will get back my phone, why this kind o[censored]nlike delay causing. otherwise I will take some legal action.

                                      I have updated my phone to lollipop version manually. After updating, it is hanging like anything. I have to press start button for 5 or 6 times, then also it won't open. Some other times it will work normally. The screen also, it will hang for 10mins, after that it will work. This is very problematic issue. and whenever i open an application it's showing red blincks in the corners of the phone. I did factory reset, then also it is coming like that. The hanging problem is not resolved.
