I have given my ASUS ZENFONE 2 ATAsus Service Centre, Nehru Place, New Delhi, on 11.09.2015 due to touch problem. And it was intormed that it will take 7 days for replacemt of the part. (RMA NO. INU9590414) But now it was more than 12 days and the problem not get solved and I made several times of call to service centre but they are giving a same reply of "WE HAVE ORDERED THE PART, ONCE WE RECEIVED IT WE WILL INFORM YOU". It seems to be ASUS is not interested to supply spare parts to its service centres, and if there is no sufficient stock of spare parts in service ceners how Asus will provide prompt service to its existing customers? And I took this issue to Asus customer care cell several times and they are simply replying wait for some time your problem will get solved but still my problem not get solved (COMPLAINT NO. A[protected]) I want to know when the spare part will reach the service center and when I will get back my phone, why this kind o[censored]nlike delay causing. otherwise I will take some legal action.

    I have updated my phone to lollipop version manually. After updating, it is hanging like anything. I have to press start button for 5 or 6 times, then also it won't open. Some other times it will work normally. The screen also, it will hang for 10mins, after that it will work. This is very problematic issue. and whenever i open an application it's showing red blincks in the corners of the phone. I did factory reset, then also it is coming like that. The hanging problem is not resolved.

      I have given my ASUS ZENFONE 2 AT Regenersis India Limited - Bangalore, on 16.09.2015 due to multiple issues (Sim Slot 1, battery and charger). (WARRANTY EXP. DATE 18.06.2016) and it was intormed that it will take 3-4 working days max 7 days for replacement of the same. (RMA NO. INUL590965) But now it is more than 7 days over, the problem not get solved yet and I called up several times Regenersis India Limited but they are giving a same reply of "WE HAVE ORDERED THE PART, ONCE WE RECEIVED IT WE WILL INFORM YOU". I took this problem to Asus customer care and they are telling me a date that is 7 Oct 2015, If you include the time for the resolution as per the date given by them It'll be 25 days. Delay reason told to me from Asus Customer care is, part is not yet deliver due to due to bulk order. Bulk order or a single order is not my concern, my concern is I'll be without my phone for 25 days. It seems to be ASUS is not interested to supply spare parts to its service centres, and if there is no sufficient stock of spare parts in service ceners how Asus will provide prompt service to its existing customers? (Complanint No. A[protected]).
      As a consumer we are expecting Asus to give us a good and prompt service but due to this ASUS is failing to keep the promises fullfil.

      If I'll not take this up now then I need to wait a whole month to get my phone back from servuce center. Please help me with getting this to higher concern department for resolution of my problem ASAP.

        Purchased Zenfone 2 in June, and had been facing the software issue from the 3rd week, and then started my regular visits to the customer care.
        The phone has been taken in for service thrice since, and I have not used it for more than couple of days when i realise some issue or other.
        This time round, the phone has been with them for over 20 days and they donot have the spares, and refuse to either replace the unit or reimburse the amount citing the policy.
        Asus has left a bad taste with me and would not recommend it to anyone in future. Vix

            I purchased ASUS zenfone 2 from flipkart on 21 july 2015. This phone not good and has number of issues. I gave it for service at F1 info solutions and services on 07 Sep 2015. Since then they are saying that the spare parts are not available at the service centre and they have ordered it from outside. The phone will be repaired as and when the spare part shipped and delivered.

                    I have made online payment of Rs 890.00 to Asus Company for Asus Back to School Offer against the purchase of a laptop. The payment was made through Payumoney transaction Id 64937345 on the 6th September '15. But till today I haven't receive the gifts yet. Therefore please confirm whether the consignment has been dispatched and if dipatched I want to have the AWB Number for tracking it. Thank you

                    I am facing the same thing. I made the payment on 25th August and till now my claim status is Payment successful and I haven't received any updates from them.

                    The phone number that is mentioned on their website is also not reachable now or switched off. I don't know when I'll be getting any update about it.

                      I own an tablet of asus. the display was broken so i gave it in authorized service centre of asus. the replaced the display and call me that the tablet work is done you can collect it and pay the bill. we i show the tablet its back body was broken. i asked they about it they told that we have not broke this. i contacted with asus they told me that the replacement will be made soon by the service centre. from that time it is going to me 25 days. yet i have not received any reply from the company not the service centre. it have attached the email screens of the conversations.

                        I have owned asus zenfone 2 in the month of april 2015 now mother board, sim slot, battery spoiled so i have given it for service on 26th aug 2015 till today i have not got my cell phone and didnt got proper response from the service center so pl resolve my problem and i cant wait any more

                            Dear Sir, I had purchased "Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG (Red, with 8GB)" on[protected] from FLIPKART website. As per specifications given by "ASUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED" to Flipkart, SAR Value of this product, shown on specifications was "At the Head - 0.710 W/Kg, At the Body - 0.607 W/Kg", but on dispatched packet SAR Value is showing 2.0W/Kg. Some days before, I have read on newspaper that Mobile phone having beyond 1.6W/Kg SAR Value is not permitted to be manufactured or imported in India, because this may cause serious health problems. I saw on Department of Telecom website, as per Department of Telecom, Govt. of India: • All the new designs of mobile handsets shall comply with the SAR values of 1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of human tissue w.e.f. 1st Sept. 2012. • The mobile handsets with existing designs which are compliant with 2.0 W/kg averaged over 10 gram of human tissue, continue to co‐exist up to 31st August 2013. From 1st Sept. 2013, only the mobile handsets with revised SAR value of 1.6W/kg would be permitted to be manufactured or imported in India. "As per Department of Telecom, Govt. of India guidelines, mobile handsets having SAR Value beyond 1.6W/Kg not permitted to be manufactured or imported in India. Despite this, It was imported by "ASUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED" and sold to me and many others, which is violation of Govt. guidelines and It may cause serious health problems to ASUS Zenphone users. kindly look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis.                                 Have bought a new zenfone 2 before 4 months. From the day I bought the battery performance in worst than the worse. Am really not satisfied with this phone. Very poor customer interface.when the phone is idle the battery is discharging up to 10 to 12%. Help me out with this as soon as possible. With regard Sivateja

                                  Asus are the worst in Service.. While replacing Faulty parts they use old parts to assemble and give us the replacement. they replaced my one of my laptops faulty module and that started malfunctioning in a month but now they refuse to give service of that module as now the product is out of warranty.. is it fair to use product for replacement that will get faulty in a month and then refuse to accept their own mistake.. written almost 15 emails but they dont care.. Friends be aware of ASUS...

                                    I purchased ASUS Zenfone 5 at may 2015, only 3 months it's working fine August it had issue with Mic. I have given my mobile at F1 info service center at Kilpauk, Chennai. They assured they will make the device ready at 5 working days. But when i asked them I'm also got the same reply "spare parts are not available, we ordered spare parts ". I have given my phone to service center at 19th Aug but still now they are telling the same reply. I feel very worst, for getting spare part they are taking more than 2 weeks. It's frustrated. I hope they will resolve problem and make the device ready soon. My service RMA number: INF8580492

                                      I purchased a zenfone 5 a501cg 16 gb from the amazon on may 12, 2015. ( and two more after getting this) one day the data connection was not switching on, i tried and restarted several times. I took the phone to your service centre, at thrissur, kerala state. After restaring and software change etc, they told that may be a board problem. Received my phone there and told i will be informed when the repair is completed. One week after this, my other two phones (the same model) shown the same problem and i called this service centre. They asked me to bring those phones also to the service centre and the repair of the phone already given them is not completed. I couldn’t take the phone there. But after one week one of my friends checked my phone, interchanged the sim cards and the data connection worked. I tried this in the second phone too and it also worked. I called the service centre and told this, and asked them to try this method to the phone, with them. But they told their repair is not complete yet.They asked my rma no, but at that time the receipt was not with me. I sent the serial no of the phone, by sms. On 3rd sep 2015 i went to the service centre. They gave me the phone. But when i tried to switch it on, the switch was not pressing down. The man there tried by him self, opened the phone and found the swich button was glued. I told them that mine was not glued the cover may be different. They didn’t agree. Later i found that is not mine, except the battery on which the serial no is written. Coz my phone was with mat finished display cover and was clean and with out scratches. When i told this they were not even listening to me. They told, that would be me glued the cover switch, they are not using such glues there, and my displey skin cover is glossy, i am lying about this. But i believe, the entire phone is changed by the service people. I didn’t bring back the phone. I am totally disappointed. I still believe on the reputation of asus. Pls take some steps not to reoccure such incidents and also to solve my grievence.

                                        I give a mobile somthing 8 days ago..for the loudspaker in your service center, surat, gujarat(compuage info com ltd.) but they r not gives us to a any response for my mobile repairing.. its a very bed service..
