I bought a zendone 6 on march 18 from amazon within a few week i experienced a problem with sim slot and i gave it to service centre in hyderabad.. pierara building they didnot evenn called me i directly went after a 3 days and brought it after 2 days again memory slot stopped working and they again took it for 3 days i took it back from them after 3 days of normal usage i again encountered a problem with navigation buttons.now they took 7 days for repairing it again i got a software problem and even now they took 7 days ... after that it worked fine for 4 days and again now it is dead again i again took it to them and it is 10 days now i didnot get any responce from them u called them they said to wait for few more days... today is july 24th in this 3 months the phone is service centre more than a month. What they are dong please take a severe action on them

    My Asus laptop purchased from Dubai, had international warranty. However I had to go through the trouble of making more than 20 phone calls to several customer care numbers over a period of 45 days to get the warranty approved. The hard disk complaint was sorted by replacing it under warranty. However I lost trust in Asus product as it is a new laptop and had to go through service in its early life. ... Service quality was poor, because, now when I boot my system, the right cursor key seems to be pressed by default always, and I am never able to put my system in sleep mode ever since. It just wakes up instantaneously up on putting sleep. Now Im tired of taking this system to the service center over and over again and again. So fed up of this laptop, and the bad service company offer. I wish if for once I was offered an onsite service. Im so fed up of taking the laptop over to the service center too many times in a few days time. ...       I have send my mobile for repairing at your registered service center at Nashik (Maharashtra) on 23rd June 2015, immediately after one month of purchase of mobile. After 8 days, I communicate with the person-in-charge of that center and he replied that its water damage so I have to pay the cost for the same. I immediately said him to send me quotation for repairing. But he didn't send or even reply to my calls un till 17th July, 2015. He said he already send me mail but I didn't found it in my mail box. and the cost as per your company quot is 10120+1220 (taxes extra). In this cost I may purchase new phone then why I need your service after 20 days from giving Mobile? Also my mobile was in working condition at the time of giving it for services. and now it is totally damaged. I need justice for it. I'm going to file the case in Consumer Forum regarding this as my mobile not repaired within 20 days from the date it given and my time and money waste for communicating with your service center. I hereby attached scanned copy of Service order form and photos of mobile which was as it is in the situation from the day I given for service.

        asus zenfone 5 have a very bad screen m using it from last four months and screen broke twice i have used many mobile but dey dint break like asus zenfone 5 even after falling many times n company wants a huge amount for replacement of screen dis is very wrong asus

          I have ASUS zenfone 5. the phone is in the warranty period. my phone got a little problem of not charging due to error in charging jack in the phone. i have submitted it to Service centre the have commited me to get it repair within a week. ithas been two weeks passede & the person accountable is not picking up my call. hen i called to main service centre they are saying that our ESTIMATE is more 10 days MORE. I want to take an action against them. please provide your suggestions.

            my Zenbook' screen was cracked open from where it is joined the main body...its been only a couple of months since I bought my laptop...its a big frustration...never expected to see that ...I paid almost 15 hundreds to this laptop and its total disappointment...I want you to take care of that...

              Complaint had been registered last month before ending week. I got the reference Case ID. ID is A[protected] not resolved. For this ref. ID i called up more than 8 times. But no response from Asus support. ASUS Case ID A[protected] this i got second time first week of this month. For this issue i called more than 6 times but no response. I thought this is the too worst service from ASUS. I could never seen anywhere. My handset had a still warranty. Kindly go through this reference and favor us.                 Sir, I am not able to make a call to anybody. After few seconds of making a call there is a crackling sound and the call is disconnected. I am using dual sim. how to rectify this problem. I had used lower standard of mobiles so far and I have not faced such problem. Kindly rectify it.

                  I have purchased an Asus Zenfone 5 on 13.12.2014 through flipkart. The phone was delivered by Acyutam Etrade Pvt Ltd, New Dellhi who is an authorized dealer of Asus Phones and registered with Flipkart. There was a problem with the phone within one week of delivery. When I contacted the authorized service center M/s Regenersis (India) Pvt Ltd., in Bangalore, they informed me that there was a problem in the motherboard and the same had to be replaced. Since the phone was bought through an authorized dealer with flipkart, the return policy for the product was only ten days, due to which the phone could not be returned. The motherboard was replaced on 8.1.2015. Within six months of purchase of the phone, i.e from 1.7.2015, the videos shot be me, could not be sent through the Whatsapp appllication. The video was either not being sent, or was being sent as a scrambled picture to the recipient. When I visited the service center once again on 8.7.2015, they informed me that a part of the camera module had to be replaced. Within one year of purchase of the phone, I have already encountered two major problems. The Company Asus Technology says that they cannot replace the phone, and after the warranty period of one year, they would charge for the services. The company is being unfair and has given me a defective phone.. There are three other family members who have purchased the same model of Asus, and are not encountering any problem even after one year of purchase. This was what prompted me to buy the phone costing Rs.10599/- but the company has cheated me, by refusing to replace the defective phone.

                    I purchased asus laptop core i3 on 14th march 2015 at hubli in bright systems / hubli (Invoice enclosed) . In the laptop there is a horizontal line formation on top edge of the lcd screen, and on the left corner there is an ink mark formation. I have visited asus service center on 8. 7. 2015 and explained the defect but there was no positive response. Asus product service form enclosed.
                    I like to bring to your kind notice that the laptop was handle with care by me preciously. I alone handle my laptop personally and i assure you that there was no any mishandling by me. I purchased asus laptop first time thinking that it gives good service and a reliable product.
                    I am here with enclosing all photos of laptop, invoice bill and asus service center form.
                    I am hoping a positive response and trusted service from your end.

                      Hi there i bought first product from ASUS and that is ASUS X550CA-X110D Notebook after 9 months its battery stopped working, and i tried to contact at service center, they said this product is not available, when it will be available they will let me know, now its about 7 months more and still they are saying the same. Why the hell they have vigorous services, i am being using this product from 7 months like a desktop.
                      Even i tried to buy it from other online websites such as flipkart.com and amazon.com but this product is not available for India.
                      Then why the hell ASUS is launching and marketing such product in India.
                      Now there after i shall never and ever recommend any one to buy any product of ASUS.

                        I have zenphone 5 i have been purchased jan 2015 and my set got problem with speaker yesterday i have been gone to your servicecentre at 5.40 they said we close at 5.30 they have been answers like so what i have been come on driving form 30 km my home at vijaywada city but i work in faraway from city what should i do did i leave the job for your service i have been used samsung, nokia and micromax but i did "t get answers like your end and one thing i did"t ask them to repair immediately i said keep at your and start service from tomorrow they saying come tommorow kindly give soltution to me.                             I have purchased one ASUS Zenfhone 2 through flip Kart. The following are the details:- Model No:- ASUS_Z00AD ( ZE551ML) Invoice No: #BLR_WFLD[protected] DT[protected] Product number FSN: MOBE6CG6JGMYDZAS WID: VJ27916 IMEI/Serial No. [protected]. Unfortunately due to abnormal warming up causing pain to ears I can not use this particular hand set. Initially no SIM was inserted for few days, but now the problem has been detected. The SIM slot1 also seems not working. At this point I can not point out of any other problem if it is there. I have battery heating problem as well as battery low. Your service people informed me, your battery is out of order we replace the battery as soon as possible. Now your service centre coordinator informed me we changed new battery, but old battery label only we fixed in your new battery, this is our asus service norms. But still I am suffering with unit heating problem & battery low problem. Please let me know, If you are changing new battery, are you fixing old battery label or not?                                   Hello my name is nikunj and my complaint is about zenfone 5 battery life i normally use 3g but this battery sucks.you will not believe that i have to charge this handset 3 times a day and now you are not also giving lollipop update every month you are delaying it.i will wait till lollipop if my battery gets change then its ok and if it remains same i am not going to use then any asus products in my life.i have also visit asus service station 2 times and changed my battery .thank you...

                                    I have asus zenphone 4 and it is in warranty. In this having issue of network lost completely (SIM). It is happening randomly. Also gorila glass is damage not screen and phone is in working condition. When i went to service center they are saying that i have to change screen first then and then only they are going to check network issue. It means i have to spend Rs.3700 firts to resolve my network issue. Such kind of after sales service is not suitable to such good and growing company like Asus. If company wants to achieve its goal then you have to provide better after sales service. I have faced worst after sales service . Please contact me on phone and i am going to consumer court for this. This is seems like cheating without checking phone you are asking to replace screen. Thank you.                                       I am fan of asus zenfone, but recently my phone had ringer problem. I 200 km travel i reached my nearest Asus care ( F1 Info solutions Services Pvt Ltd, Hubli). After basic process they said me to collect my handset after 15 day. i Was shocked. for just basic ringer replacement 15 day !!!. horrible. I have to travel again to care for one more day sending nearly Rs. 400 again and one day leave from office again. I requested then lot and told my problem but no response. still waiting for my handset... RMA Number : INR3560145 Serial Number : E8AZCY224105

                                        last month i bought an asus fone pad from paytm website, the web site showed that it can upgrade to next android version but actually its not an upgradable device and it has another problem its charger is not an original product so its not charging speedily and i have to charge the whole night for 100% charge .. and another problem is that this tab only come with a fake charger which can't be an usb cable, nor it has otg cable or year phone, memory card in the box, so you to buy all those things from out side
