zenfone 5 battery life

I have asus zenphone 4 and it is in warranty. In this having issue of network lost completely (SIM). It is happening randomly. Also gorila glass is damage not screen and phone is in working condition. When i went to service center they are saying that i have to change screen first then and then only they are going to check network issue. It means i have to spend Rs.3700 firts to resolve my network issue. Such kind of after sales service...

long repair time for just basic problem.

I am fan of asus zenfone, but recently my phone had ringer problem. I 200 km travel i reached my nearest Asus care ( F1 Info solutions Services Pvt Ltd, Hubli). After basic process they said me to collect my handset after 15 day. i Was shocked. for just basic ringer replacement 15 day !!!. horrible. company ignoring my problem with phone & replacement

Defective product

I had bought asus zenfone 6 worth rs 16999/- in july 2014.There started arising several problems after 2 3 months.

First time when i visited the service center, they just did formatting and gave it back to me as the problem with its ''gallery not responding'' was corrected. But touch problem remained as-it-is which i got to know within 2 3 days o[censored]sing it.

Unreliable products and super frustrating after sales service

Hi bought Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) on 19-Apr-2015 from Flipkart. Sometime by start of Jun my fonepad developed yellow lines on the display. I submitted my fonepad for repairs on 13-Jun-2015 (because i was told that it will not be replaced even though its under warranty). I was told that the main board and LCD needs to be replaced. Display Not working properly

I purchases Asus laptop on 7th of june and on 19th of june the screen was not working properly, a corner of the screen was blank and rest part was ok. I was traveling so could not make a complaint on that day . Now as I am back in Delhi I am writing this to ASUS customer care. I went to the service center as well . I don't need repairing of my Laptop, I need a replacement for the same after all it has happened to me within 12 days of purchase....

Asus fonepad 7 FE171CG

Ive bought the fonepad last tuesday in one of the retail store here in Makati Philippines but after a day there is a diacoloration in the display and it was checked and replaced. I got the replacement. The next day but when I'm about to use it same problem, discoloration again. It feels like I bought the wrong brand and unit. I cant use it because I need to return it again for the 2nd time....
