1 BOUGHT ASUS VIVOBOOK TOUCHSCREEN NOTEBOOK, FORM AUTHORIZED DEALER 2 YEARS AGO 2 ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THE TOUCH SCREEN- ALWAYS LAGGING, AND SOMTIME DOES NOT WORK AND HAVE TO RESTART FOR IT TO WORK. 3 LOTS OF DESIGN FAULTS- SCREEN WEIGHT MORE THAN BASE WEIGHT- SO OFTEN TILTS, THIS CAUSED THE BACK SCREEN HINGE TO LOOSEN AND ALMOST COME OUT 4 HAS ALSO THUS CAUSED BACK PLASTIC PANEL TO COME OUT. 4 SUDDENLY LAPTOP STOPS WORKING, NO CONTACT WITH WATER, EXTREME TEMPERATURES OR ANY LIQUID, NO ROUGH USE. NEVER FALLEN, NEVER BEEN MISHANDLED, NO CORRUPT SOFTWARES INSTALLED FOR IT TO BECOME DEAD. BUT SUDDENLY IT DIES. SERVICE CENTER SAYS REPAIRS WILL COST RS.30000, WHICH IS MORE THAN THE COST OF THE LAPTOP ITSELF.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am having so many problems in my phone, Asus Zenfone 4 (A450CG), from December, 2014. I have visited service center too many times, but problem didn't resolve. They say sometimes that it has software issue, sometimes hardware issues. They update my software so many times, replace motherboard too, but problem didn't resolve. they have taken the phone for observation too but problem didn't get resolved. I complained in customer care service too many times, but they always ignoring me by saying you reset the phone, change the memory card, format the memory card. I asked them to let me talk to senior executive, but they always said they will contact you till evening so many times but i didn't get any call. I mailed my problems with all complain numbers to the support mail that the customer care executive said but didn;t get any response. Then again i send the mail then the mail is forwarded from one person to other but i didn;t get any response. So, i am attaching here the mail photo too for proof, and all documents like mobile phone receipt, service center receipts with RMA number i.e. complain numbers. I even said them that they solve the issue or replace my phone otherwise i will go for consumer court, but they again ignored so i am filing the complaint here. Please help me for replacement and from 6 months i am suffering from the issue of my phone. Warranty of my mobile phone is upto 30 september.       Rampage IV Extreme went bad after 1 year tried to get replaced keep telling not in stock I final get one in stock and now they wont do an advanced RMA [CASEID=WTM[protected]] ITS TAKEN ME OVER 6 MONTHS with out ever being solved I will not send in my 500 dollar board to them because the reviews are so bad about getting your product back Product Model : Rampage IV Extreme Product S/N : D2MCAD577444

        I had bought asus zenfone 6 worth rs 16999/- in july 2014.There started arising several problems after 2 3 months.

        First time when i visited the service center, they just did formatting and gave it back to me as the problem with its ''gallery not responding'' was corrected. But touch problem remained as-it-is which i got to know within 2 3 days o[censored]sing it.

        Then, after a month it started showing "no sim" problem due to which i again approached the service centre submitted it.

        The problem with touch still persisted. Moreover, after one month, the sim problem again popped up which in turn forced me to visit the customer care center. This time it took a week to get it done.

        Now, i'm having the problem with its speakers sound, mic( my voice is not audible to the other end of the call) along with the problem of touch (Which is there since the beginning).

        The warranty is about to end next month. I visited the service center to get it fixed before the warranty ends. I asked them to replace the set altogether as it has been rankling me persistently since i bought the handset. But they said that they do not have any provision of replacement. However after the prolonged query they gave me a email address and asked to mail my problem and wait for response .
        So i mailed and they responded as ''we have a replacement policy of 7 working days from the date of purchase for any mfg. Defect and post this a repair warranty''

        Am i as a customer is supposed to run from pillar to post to get my handset repaired? The handset has proved to be of such a sub-standard quality that it has refused to work properly despite its being given for repair so many times within its warranty period. What sort of "customer-care" you are providing when in fact i am being harassed than being cared. When the handset has already time and again proved to be of low-quality, the minimum you should do to me is to replace it with a new one. Why i am using the words "the minimum" is because after so much of trouble and harassment i have lost my trust in this so-called big brand -asus, and i don't want to be associated with any of its products. The reason why i purchased asus moblie phone only and bypassing all other options available was its quality and thus reliability. But all such things are conspicuous by their absence.
        It is my humble request from this platform to raise the awareness about this issue and wake them up from their complacency.

          Hi bought Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) on 19-Apr-2015 from Flipkart. Sometime by start of Jun my fonepad developed yellow lines on the display. I submitted my fonepad for repairs on 13-Jun-2015 (because i was told that it will not be replaced even though its under warranty). I was told that the main board and LCD needs to be replaced. Within 2 months of purchasing, main board and LCD develops an issue?? Seriously ASUS?? I emailed [protected]@asus.com on 17-Jun asking for status. No reply. I sent a follow up email on 23-Jun. Got a reply on 24-Jun with standard apologies and asking some [protected]@asus.com to help me with my query. No reply from rajasree_k. In the mean time i called up their customer service number and got a date of 24-Jun and then 30-Jun for me to get my fonepad back. Today, 29-jun, no signs of my product. so called up ASUS customer service again and they gave me a new date of 7-Jul-2015. Guys, i have bought many gadgets and this is the worst product and customer support I have ever got. I hope ASUS is serious about their business in India because going by my experience, it does not look to be so. I hope whoever is reading this compliant is willing to take the risk of possible faulty product and super frustrating after sales service.

                I purchases Asus laptop on 7th of june and on 19th of june the screen was not working properly, a corner of the screen was blank and rest part was ok. I was traveling so could not make a complaint on that day . Now as I am back in Delhi I am writing this to ASUS customer care. I went to the service center as well . I don't need repairing of my Laptop, I need a replacement for the same after all it has happened to me within 12 days of purchase. There is no cause of mishandling from my side. I am also attaching few picture for your reference. If i didn't got a replacement i am going to file a complaint in consumer forum as well and also i am gonna spread this issue on all social media sites everywhere on Facebook, twitter and whats app . I am not satisfied with ASUS hardware as well. I am a student and I can't afford another laptop. I need immediate replacement for the same.

                  I had bought a Zenphone 5 from flipkart about 8 Months ago and in last january the phone sim was not detecting and had given to the service centre also the panel had come out they repaired the same and after 1 Month of the same panle had come out again and when showed the same they saying the board is bent cant do anything how come the board could get bend they saying putting in pocket is the product such a low quality bought for 10000 Rs please do neeedfull and also the phone sim was not detecting last week had to give to service centre.

                    Ive bought the fonepad last tuesday in one of the retail store here in Makati Philippines but after a day there is a diacoloration in the display and it was checked and replaced. I got the replacement. The next day but when I'm about to use it same problem, discoloration again. It feels like I bought the wrong brand and unit. I cant use it because I need to return it again for the 2nd time.

                      I am really disappointed about this, I live in Sri Lanka, and my friend in USA sent me this phone as a gift, I cant complain him that headset is missing, since its gift and not ethical, when i contact the vendor Newgg they asked me to contact the Asus, then when I contacted the Asus they tell me that they dont have any headsets to ship and asked to contact asus in India which is near Sri Lanka, Could you please look into this personally, I hope you will understand what it feels like to see the best part is missing in the phone a friend has shipped you as a gift for birthday, and the worst is that you cant tell it to your friend because it is a gift, please look into this im admirer of asus and dont let me dissppointed like this from calling around from vendor to manufacturer and then to India who keeps me diverting like this. when i called asus and told the problem she asks me where is the Sri Lanka the serial number of my zenfone 2 is the serial number F5AZFG10X794 my address is - No 42/1, Wata Mawatha, Nawinna, Maharagama, 10280, Colombo, Sri Lanka,

                        Dear sir, From My purchasing of ASUS mobile with in 9 months, I am facing the following problem.. 1.Mobile not charging quickly its taking more than 8 hrs for 100% charging and some time not at all charging, only shows 15% and charging light not getting on. 2.During the Speaking time, More frequently call ended and Last spoken calls not getting register. 3.More frequently both the sim Card showing No network.i need to switch off and on every time and than i am getting complete network. 4.When i am trying to Use WiFi Hot spot, Its connecting to the PC and getting on and off more frequently. 5.Mobile getting automatically switched off some times. 6.Mobile getting hang more frequently, so i need to switch off and on the mobile every time. 7.Mobile not ringing during the call, I missed lots of important call due to sound is not coming loudly. Its give the feeling, i taken wrong decision to purchase the ASUS mobile. Its upto you to decide and give suggestion whether i need to go with new mobile in different company or it will be solved immediately.

                          Dear Sir, I am Kunal Sah and work for Pratham Education Foundation. A new Asus notebook was allotted to me for office uses on 19th May 2015. The product comes with one year on-site warranty. On the very first day I noticed that its touch-pad is not working and have some hardware issues. When I lodged a complaint about it to the customer care and did several requests, then they sent an engineer. He couldn't fix the issue and told that it might get replaced and will take 3-4 days. After following them several times, after one month they said that company has no stock and generated credit note which according to them, customer is supposed to go to the vendor and collect the cheque for the same showing the credit note. I do not understand that why then they claim that its a on site service warranty and if they need to refund the money, why they keep me awaited for month long and disturbed my work schedule. Now the vendor is usually not picking the phone and postponing it endlessly. Asus customer service is only giving new dates but not taking any action to resolve it. Interestingly, they have updated in their database that issue is resolved 20 days back. We are in dilemma that whether I will get replacement/refund and when, due to this couldn't order a new laptop and so my work is badly affected. What to do now? After paying so much amount, I am still at the receiving end and Asus is not at all caring for all these problems. I have requested many a times that please connect me with the seniors, but they are not ready to do so. I am attaching the invoice copy with it. Please suggest the needful.

                            my laptop model number x553m. laptop are Repair bathinda service centre for mother board issue, then motherboard change it but processer (core 2 duo) are not change, they are low capacity processor (intel petium R) change .so I requested to processor (core 2 duo) change it.

                              I submitted my fonepad before 20 days to service center regarding battery backup and heating issue then after 8 days they called me to pick my phone as it was ready. so went there pick my phone and came back to home and what get to know is my device has only 4gb inbuilt memory(its suppose to be 8 gb) so i called them again, but they were not in condition to accept the fact so i went again there and i taut with the manager, and i was agreed with the mistake done by technical person and told me again i need to kept my phone there and they will call me when it will ready but after 8 days of waiting i again called them today. But 1st person told me that we do not receive the part yet so i need to wait. After some time same person told we received your part yesterday but it was faulty so they told me we order again and let you know but when ask the person that i wants to talk to your manager then firstly he refuses my request but after some time he agree with that. When i taut with manger he told me we do not receive the part yet, it will take time so ask them, its your problem i need my device as early as possible or replace my whole device as it is in under warranty..but he refuses the same...same day in the evening he called me and told me that my device is ready..how it is possible if they didn't receive any part of my device. But still i accept that and ask them to deliver me at my place..but they told me my device will not able to update to new operating system (earlier was didn't have this issue) ...still they didn't reply. I don't know what to do? please help me

                                    Respected Sir Myself Jaspreet Singh residence of amritsar i own asus zenfone 5 ..i m here to complain against asus employee for unethical beahaviour and making my phone almost dead..actually the problem was that..my phones headphone jack was not working so i go to service centre and they said that they will replace my phones motherboard for that ..and my phone was under warranty they give me my phone after 7 days and the phone was rooted supersu installed in it on kitkat update and the board inside it was not working the phone began to freeze then restart automatically and got heated and also got stuck at any time during phone call or other function then i have to press power and volume button to restart it ...i think they havnt replace my phones motherboard or just put the wrong models into mine phone and when i go it back to service centre the employee Mr Pankaj([protected]) was not avalaible then i tried his mobile no to contact him and they talk with me very abusive and wrong language and said that he will not fix my problem and refused ...plzzz helpp anybody what can i do now my phone is still in dead condition..

                                      I had purchased asus zenfone 2 on 10th june 2015 from one up infotech that is asus dealer in borivali (west), mumbai. That mobile phone worked good for 7 days and now battery of mobile is not working propely. it gets down quickly after charging and also mobile phone generate more heat at the time o[censored]sing the phone. and 1st slot mobile phone is also defective. 3g internet is also not working in 1st slot. i want replacement of this mobile phone or money back.

                                        Dear sir I have bought a asus zenfone mobile six months ago..but unfurtunately its mother board not working . I diposite it to asus mobile service center bhubaneswar . It happens about one month..but still I donot recieve my phone from them...neither they give good response to me...please help...
