date of incident-06/06/2015 after my asus tab k00z charging point is damaged i visited nearby service center, F1-INFO SOLUTION & services, barakpore, kolkata-700120 They estimated 3300.00 for replacing the the motherboard, for that i paid 700.00 as advance. and on 17/06/2015 when i visited the service center to receive my tab found that the motherboard was not replaced and they are started charging 3300.00 for only the charging point, by saying cost of that charging point is 3300.00. that's really disaster which cost not more than 100.00 for samsung tab..

A[protected] I am a student In poornima university, Jaipur. I recquir the laptop urgently. when I call your service the service people replied that they have dispatched the product, but the service center denied, said that they have not received the laptop, I am in a great trouble so I need a solution as soon as possible. I request u to please accelerate the process or give me cash back.       Hello Team ASUS, i am a ceo of BrandMaster and my company base on web and software related. We had purchased 7 laptops and 4 smart phones and 2 desktop monitor for our company. We are very much like your product. But recently we getting problem with your guy. They behave very rudely and never keep their commitment. Recently I had purchased an eee book and getting problem on it. It comes with pre installed windows. I was getting problem on system restore. My RMA no is INUY560026 and serial no F3NLCX[protected]. Your service center guy told me that take 1 days for repair it. So i leave my eee book on service center. I contact with service center after two days for progress also I am leaving Australia for business. I had sold that laptop only for light weight because I want some light weight day to day use for meeting where I have another Samsung notebook. I requested to service guy for delivering my eeebook before 12th jun. I want to take that to my Australia tour and they promised me they can make it before 10th jun. But it never happen and can’t keep their promise. Also service center manner and behavior was too rude. now hey told us its take many days and cant give me before 10th July. Now please tell me when I can get it. We never got that of problem on other product. If that happen again then we never ever buy any product from your company or never suggest buying your products to others. We are a software developing company so I have very much knowledge about that process. If we don’t get my product in two days then we return your entire product and make a legal step against your company also contact with Indian consumer forum. Thanks

        ASUS zenfone 5 mobile has been given for maintenance in guwahati city service center and they told me to pay around 1500 rupee while it is in warranty. they told me the reason is damaged due to liquid, which i don't know how this happen because it never sink in water or used during rain or some other related. i need solution from the company to wave the payment.           ASUS zenfone 5 MOBILE PHONE with S.No. E6AZCY814245 under warranty has stopped working its flash light and speaker then i have given to Guwahati service center for service after 6 working days when i asked them regarding the status of the service, they asked me to pay around 1500. when i am telling them it is under warranty, they replied me that there is liquid damage, my mobile is never sink with water . I am really shocked by the service centers request the same case also i read on the complaints forum, why this happen in ASUS service center only. please make some correction in your service center to attract and keep your customer, if no change i may not going for ASUS product. really it is annoying to hear such thing from a big company like ASUS Hailu G. +[protected]

            My glass cracked, i went to the Asus Service Center in Bangalore for replacement on 16th May 2015. I was told i will be called within 8 days. but still no call has been recieved. Whenever I call them back i get a response where they say it will come in 2 days. They ask me to call asus toll free number, there also i get the same response. This is pathetic service from Asus. Please look into this

              ASUS (zenfone 5) MOBILE PHONE S.No. E7AZCY311730 UNDER WARRENTY Today on 09/06/2015. I visited to your service center situated in sector 32 Chandigarh(F1 solution). I told the problem to the concern person that mobile is heated and display is not working properly. Then he asked me that is this mobile is under warranty, I told him that yes mobile is under warranty, Then he told to wait and after 20 min he told yes your mobile will be repaired but you must pay money for this. I asked him why I pay for this, still my mobile is under warranty .He told that there is liquid damage, I asked him what is liquid damage and also would like to see, that my mobile is never sink with water . He told me that this is technical term I am not able to show you. If you pay your set will be repaired otherwise you will take back. I am really very astonished to see the behavior and the service provided by you. And I tell you That my mobile never sink with water contact and if there is question of sweating it is biological. First time I used your commodity and if I suffered such kind of services provided by you .In future I will never used your any commodity and also never recommend to any friend and relative.                 My Phone details: Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG [IMEI/Serial No:, [protected] / [protected] ] Bought on 5th June, 2015 from Flipkart Problem and warranty: I went to service center today informing them the full scenario and also told that I never use any other charger other than the originals, but the service center personal told that the warranty is not covered on this set as because there is a black burning mark on the charging data cable port and possibly the port of the phone is burnt as well.. I told the person that every other mobile service providers repair that under the warranty, why can't ASUS.!! The person told that ASUS has a policy where he pointed on a paper showing that "TAMPERED" mobiles are not under warranty.. I have never tampered the mobile neither did I break anything nor did I open the mobile, then why the Harassment?? The person told that Tampered means everything including Opening/ burning/ etc... I told him that this is not an intentional burn. Fault might be with the charger or cable as well!!! But he told that there is problem with my electric connection.. My family use 9 mobiles in my home and not a single mobile got damaged other than the ASUS Zenphone 5 then in what scenario the problem is with my electric connection??? The person told me that I have to repair the mobile without any warranty and would cost 1600 to 1700 rupees or more... I paid 1000 in advance and he told he will inform me the rest amount required once the mobile is being repaired... Now my question is that why ASUS is selling warranty whereas their own product can be faulty and they are blaming on others/ electric supply etc...this is not a service but indirect robbery from the customers...for a 8K mobile i have to shell out 1.6k just for repair and that too something internal which is not done by me.. I will surely inform each and everyone not to go for ASUS just because of their poor support and illogical warranty clauses...

                  Dear Sir, I am Dr.U.Arunachalam, Zonal Officer, Anna University, Nagercoil Campus[protected] purchased Asus phone during the last December 2014 ordered through my Friend Mr. Edwin my colleague. The phone was hanging twice in a day. Kindly keep in mind that I used it for only talking and SMS only. I hvae contacted your madurai office and it was not located in the mentioned place. They simply told bring the invoice [ In practice how it is possible to keep it six months with me]. I faced many problem that it was simply blank and how I answer to my superior if the phone like this. I felt very bad to go for your ASUS product and the service provided by you is very very bad. Sorryto say this sir. If any remedy for this. I need just to re install the software and your service people will ready to do without invoice.Please contact me through [protected]@yahoo.com.

                    Purchased zenfone5 on 13th November 2014. My products SNo E9AZCY187685. Had some problems with charging, data cable and battery were replaced. Now the instrument gets overheated and has changed the shape(twisted). As my instrument(mobile) is still under warranty period I would like to get it replaced with a new one. In reference to this complaint i had emailed earlier on 5th June 2015 and my request ID isWTM[protected] but still no news received from company.                           I have given my phone at service centre on 04/05/2015 regarding touch and hanging related issue. It is more than a month, no positive reply have been initiated from their end. after lots of telephonic and personal visit to service centre, nothing is happening, even sent several mail but no positive reply.

                              I gave my Asus zenfone 5 A501CG (purchased on[protected] from SreeLakshmi Jewellery D-6, G C D A Complex.Marine Drive, Ernakulam Tel;[protected] Bill No;A501 ) for repair at F1 Info Solutions &Services Private Limited .Cochin-682020.Email;coc [protected]@f1infoservices.com on[protected]RMA No;INS 1550072 )with two complaints (SIM1 not detecting &no internet connectivity) till date it is not attended stating that part is not available.If this is the quality of service ASUS is giving I humbly request to take back the mobile phone and return the amount so that I can purchase some other mobile phone.

                              i gave my phone on 12 July 2015 in service center, As per the service man, due to water logging it is paid service, thats not an issue. But till 29th June there is no update till when it will be serviced. Can Asus kind of company can be so ridiculous in servicing, its shameful to ASUS.

                                I am a customer who bought the Nexus7 Asus product for the first time with my hardly earned money. Usually after buying the product people feel happy, and i was expecting a lot as i bought an ASUS Nexus but i am sorry to inform you that from the day i have bought the product i am running through the service center. When this product was in warranty i send it twice to the service center. Again the mother board was replaced. It didn't work for even a month with me. After when the product warranty got expired i came up with same problem- the product was dead and I paid Rs. 12, 300/- against RMA No ING 2520536 on 12th March 2015 to get the motherboard replaced, with an assurance that there after there won't be any problem. Again i submitted the product to the service center on 13th April 2015 with the same problem- Dead Product with RMA no- ING2540293, which i received back yesterday afternoon 04-May 2015. After hour an hour at collection point itself i reported that touch is not working, they again fix it back wasting my another hour. Now when i was working at night it got shut with same problem ITS DEAD. again i have to send it to service center at F1 Info Solutions & Service Pvt Ltd. Nehru place. Please replace my product as you see since the day i bought it i am just running after service center. even by paying extra Rs. 12300/- to the some of Rs.30000/- i am standing no where, just getting RMA nos, and wasting my time in dropping and picking the product. Again i received another RMA no- ING 2550100. Since then i am calling customer care, writing mails, nothing has been received apart from receiving the update that the defective product replacement is approved, but will take time. I am just getting harassed by the company as i made a mistake of buying there product. I need the replacement asap. if not possible then please refund my money Rs.30, 000 + Rs.12300/- and as i see the product has been discontinued, they can charge me an extra amount in exchange of other better product, instead of harassing me further.

                                  model no AU X553M N3540/5AG5/2G serial no EBN0CV[protected] above mention model no of ASUS laptop purchased around on 2nd may 2015 has an issue of hanging just after bootup then i submitted on 18.5.15 at ur service center in lucknow regarding hanging issue.they said hard disk n mother board will b replaced n it will b delieverd after fortnite so after fortnite on 1.6.15 i collected my laptop then on reaching to my office i startup my laptop but same problem of hanging persist but i was astonished to see windows 7 installed instead of windows 8 but i think no hard or mother board has been changed yet kindly resolve this issue of hanging in my laptop as soon as possible

                                    my asus zenphone 5 (product s/n E6AZCY864544 ) (Rma no- INU9550640) speaker got damaged on 22nd april under warranty. Its been more than a month but is not repaired till now...service center is saying that the parts are not available..i am very unhappy by the service of asus..tthe company is least bothered...please help

                                        I had problem with my display for zenfone5. All of sudden my display changed to dim and shaking the screen while talking to phone. So i submitted my phone to authorized service center on 15.05.2015 but still i could not get any response from them till now and even contacted toll free number[protected] but they said it will delivered by 28.05.2015
