I gave my Asus zenfone 5 A501CG (purchased on[protected] from SreeLakshmi Jewellery D-6, G C D A Complex.Marine Drive, Ernakulam Tel;[protected] Bill No;A501 ) for repair at F1 Info Solutions &Services Private Limited .Cochin-682020.Email;coc [protected]@f1infoservices.com on[protected]RMA No;INS 1550072 )with two complaints (SIM1 not detecting &no internet connectivity) till date it is not attended stating that part is not available.If this is the quality of service ASUS is giving I humbly request to take back the mobile phone and return the amount so that I can purchase some other mobile phone.

i gave my phone on 12 July 2015 in service center, As per the service man, due to water logging it is paid service, thats not an issue. But till 29th June there is no update till when it will be serviced. Can Asus kind of company can be so ridiculous in servicing, its shameful to ASUS.

    I am a customer who bought the Nexus7 Asus product for the first time with my hardly earned money. Usually after buying the product people feel happy, and i was expecting a lot as i bought an ASUS Nexus but i am sorry to inform you that from the day i have bought the product i am running through the service center. When this product was in warranty i send it twice to the service center. Again the mother board was replaced. It didn't work for even a month with me. After when the product warranty got expired i came up with same problem- the product was dead and I paid Rs. 12, 300/- against RMA No ING 2520536 on 12th March 2015 to get the motherboard replaced, with an assurance that there after there won't be any problem. Again i submitted the product to the service center on 13th April 2015 with the same problem- Dead Product with RMA no- ING2540293, which i received back yesterday afternoon 04-May 2015. After hour an hour at collection point itself i reported that touch is not working, they again fix it back wasting my another hour. Now when i was working at night it got shut with same problem ITS DEAD. again i have to send it to service center at F1 Info Solutions & Service Pvt Ltd. Nehru place. Please replace my product as you see since the day i bought it i am just running after service center. even by paying extra Rs. 12300/- to the some of Rs.30000/- i am standing no where, just getting RMA nos, and wasting my time in dropping and picking the product. Again i received another RMA no- ING 2550100. Since then i am calling customer care, writing mails, nothing has been received apart from receiving the update that the defective product replacement is approved, but will take time. I am just getting harassed by the company as i made a mistake of buying there product. I need the replacement asap. if not possible then please refund my money Rs.30, 000 + Rs.12300/- and as i see the product has been discontinued, they can charge me an extra amount in exchange of other better product, instead of harassing me further.

      model no AU X553M N3540/5AG5/2G serial no EBN0CV[protected] above mention model no of ASUS laptop purchased around on 2nd may 2015 has an issue of hanging just after bootup then i submitted on 18.5.15 at ur service center in lucknow regarding hanging issue.they said hard disk n mother board will b replaced n it will b delieverd after fortnite so after fortnite on 1.6.15 i collected my laptop then on reaching to my office i startup my laptop but same problem of hanging persist but i was astonished to see windows 7 installed instead of windows 8 but i think no hard or mother board has been changed yet kindly resolve this issue of hanging in my laptop as soon as possible

        my asus zenphone 5 (product s/n E6AZCY864544 ) (Rma no- INU9550640) speaker got damaged on 22nd april under warranty. Its been more than a month but is not repaired till now...service center is saying that the parts are not available..i am very unhappy by the service of asus..tthe company is least bothered...please help

            I had problem with my display for zenfone5. All of sudden my display changed to dim and shaking the screen while talking to phone. So i submitted my phone to authorized service center on 15.05.2015 but still i could not get any response from them till now and even contacted toll free number[protected] but they said it will delivered by 28.05.2015

              I brought asus zenphone 5 on last 26th may, 2015. through Amazon.With in 5 days mobile speaker got damaged, phone battery also very poor, if i used phone continue for 30-40 mints.phone use to get hot. I can say this is d no 1 worst phone in d market now.Never Never suggest someone for same phone not even any asus phone. sourav adhikari [protected].

                  Date:- 30/05/2015 To, ASUS Company Sub:- Complaint letter for ASUS Zenfone-5 & Replacement request Sir/Madam, I am Rajesh Pant, I have purchased ASUS Zenfone-5 on 28/11/2014 via Flip kart Service provider. When I purchased ASUS Zenfone-5, I am happy with us before 3-4 months it’s working well functional but after sometime it’s creating many problem like 1. while connecting the charger, charging signal showing but not increases and it will be take 7-8 hrs to 40 -50 % charge. 2. While dial the no and during the conversation suddenly signal was collapses and sometime automatic switch off. Then, I contact with ASUS customer care no he/she suggest to me visit near centre then I went to Regression Service centre, Modi Tower Nehru Place, Its so far my current location but I will take some time and managed accordingly and take a leave in our office and visit service centre. After that he take my cell phone and connecting the charger but at that time charger was working to another phone but he/ she said to me, if you are not satisfied so you submitted your cell and our technical team find the diagnoses on same days when I reached the office he call me and say’s we are changing your mother board due to technical issues and we are ordering your part and when we get the part we will inform you and you collect your cell phone on that day. After 4-5 days he/she call me and informed to collect your phone and next day I will again take a leave and received our cell phone. But sir/madam when I collect the cell phone before 1 weeks its work good but again create major problem and I am afraid for that kind of issues which was generate by this phone. The all issue are same which was describe given above but one problem was increasing this phone will generate a high heat and the temperature was increases very hot and I am not able to take this phone on my pocket because its generate heat and sometime I am also think the phone was blasting. Sir/ madam I am many time contact with customer care and he/she given response to finally go to replacement your product and this is only one way to faith with your company again, otherwise, I have no way to take this phone as a user if the all queries are solve I take this phone but if is it not doing any action. We will take a legal action with ASUS Company because sir my product is also warranty period and as a consumer it’s my right to received satisfaction and well working cell during warranty period. So sir, I am very humble request to you please replace this product and provide same product which was I using. I am very loyal customer in ASUS zenfone but in that time I am facing very uncomfortable problem which was facing continuously. So I request do something.                     I regret to lodge my complaint against your service center established at jammu regarding the most poor service being provided by them. I purchased a ASUS laptop some two years back. There occured slight hardware break due to fall and i hand over the laptop for repair on[protected] at your service center jammu. It is the amtter of great concern that despite the lapse of 1 and 1/2 month time my laptop has not been repaired as yet. I am visiting your center and also calling them every now and then. But only false excuses are being made. I then lodge a complaint at [protected]@asus.com . But till date no action has been initiated. I am suffering alot for last 1 and 1/2 month and my work is being badly affected in the absence of laptop. I am completely fedup with the service and the product of ASUS company and decided not to purchase any ASUS product in future. And the same advice shall be shared with friends and my social circles.

                          Dear Sir/Madam Re : Refer to Complaint No : A[protected] Refer to the above matters, we wish to forward the complaint matters to the respective department. We have purchased 1 unit Asus K30AD-BING-MY00IS(DESKTOP) dated 3th Mar 2015. During its time we have encountered problems in using the refer computer as such we have complained to the Asus centre by calls. The respective Asus technician were attended to our problems on 2th May 2015 with new parts. The technician told us the part still encountered fault. Replacement part will be arranged again. Recently we call the Asuz centre, they told us the replacement will be arrived soon in mid of Jun 2015. The long delay have caused in leaving one set of computer dormant for a least of three months. Please rectify this matters as soon as possible and do not create more difficulties for needed to purchase one more additional computer. Finally we hope you could attend our matter as soon as possible to prevent from delaying.                             Sry to say. But the services provided by you is not up to the mark. I took my cell phone to f 11 services centre in jaipur for network problem. Most of the time they kept my cell phone and said about weeks to be taken by them to repair I was most dissatisfied by Mr suryakant he is the biggest fraud working there. And u guys claim that u serve corning gorilla glass 3. My foot Soon I'm gonna file a case in consumer court.. Against the service center allotted by you the f11 services centre

                              Recently I bought Asus Zenfone 5, but the phone is getting over heated from the very first day. Being precise when the phone is charging, when Wi-Fi is on this phone heats up drastically. Even 2110 mAh battery is not sufficient for the phone. I am very disappointed with Asus.

                                  Hi, I bought a brand new Asus ZenFone 5 in the month of February, 2015. After only 3 months o[censored]se the main speaker is not working. I noticed it first when I saw missed calls and later that even when the phone is on sound mode its not ringing. I played music player and tried everything that make a sound but there is no sound. For the same I already submitted my phone in Compuage Infocom Ltd (Kolkata- 700001) on 21/05/2015. At the time of receiving they told me that it will take 4-5 working days, but today when I called for the status they told me that the speaker will reach in Mumbai in 10 of June & after that also require some additional time to replace the same. I need a solution at the earliest, because I don't have any spare. Looking forward for your action.

                                      Dear Sirs, I am writing to you to complain about the Asus Zenfone 5, I bought from Flipkart the online store on 16th January, 2015. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last 4 years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. The mobile telephone I ordered was the latest smart phone, the Asus Zenfone 5, 16GB My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website as having Corning Gorilla Glass, 2 GB RAM, etc... but within a period of 4 months its screen display is not working properly as its half of display is flooded with lines and no character diplays on it. And the executive at asus care told me that this failure is not included in warranty. along with over heating of this handset, I cant attend a single incoming call. due to this I lost lot of my clients and lost so many money and it affect my goodwill also.I didnt expect this from a reputed company like ASUS. So please help me about this matter or otherwise dont provide warranty with your phones as you doesn't provide the benefits of warranty to your customers. So now I am in a position to complaint this to Indian consumer complaint forum and all other social medias about this. being an emerging company like you affect it very much. so for these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset.                                         I starting having some issues with my asus nexus 7 during the month of august 2014 so i submitted it in one of the sevice centers of asus for which i had to travel to raipur as there were no service centers in bhilai where i live. On reaching there they said that it was out of warranty but according to the bill it wasn't so it took like a month for me to explain the company that according to the bill i submitted it in time then after a lot of explaining they finally agreed that it was infact submitted within warranty then it took around a month ten days for the service center to identify and rectify the problem but then also it was no repaired so i submitted it again. Around this time asus ended their contract with the service center in which i submiitted my tablet. Asus does not own any service center of its own and has other service centers on contract basis. So after some time the service center called and said they can't provide anymore service. Immediately after this i called the costumer care of asus and told them that the service center is denying service to my tablet and they said that the contract between the service center and asus has ended. Then i asked them what should i do next they said to go and get the tablet from the service center first and then they would allot me a new service center. When i got my tablet i saw some damage on the top and on the left side but i went back as i knew that this service center could not do anything now. I am a student and live in bhilai and it is not possible for me to go to raipur every now and then. Then i was given a choice between two service centers in raipur and the costumer care said that i would get my tablet repaired within warranty as i submitted it in the first service center within warranty. Then on the 26th of january i asked them if i can still get my tablet repaired within warranty they said yes and just to send them the RMA number after submitted but due to exams i was not able to. As soon as my exams finished i went to raipur to one of the allotted service center but he said that he would not provide service as it was out of warranty and what things the company said to me did not matter to him i tried to explain him but he did not listen i told him to take the tablet as this was the way to get my RMA number and it was not possible for me to go to raipur now and then just to submit my tablet. After submitting he gave me my RMA number which i immediately send to company to get my product serviced but today they said that i submiited my tablet too late and now it will be considered out of warranty. But what about the damage done by one of their service centers which could not even get repaired and the assurance they gave me telling that i can get service again. Now i am frustrated and i have called them more tha 30 times talked for about 11 hours in total and wrote many emails but still my tablet is not repaired. PLEASE HELP ME FAST YOU ARE THE ONLY HOPE NOW.
