I have booked fast tag on 5th january 2020. I have received mail of card details card on 07 january 2019. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[protected] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.

I ordered fastag for my car on 1 jan 2020 from axis bank gwalior city centre branch with paying rs 400. Till not received yet. Toll free customer care number not working. Very bad service.
No process to chek delivery status

My bank account has deducted for both txn, yet I did not received balance for both.

FASTAG has deducted rs 95 at Krishnagiri L&T toll while i paid cash for two way pass. I kept the FASTAG received new and kept it in my car clove box, but the toll has deducted fastag account using my car number. Hight of madness and cheating.
