I have applied for fastag in axis bank in the second week of december. Still didn't recieve any msg regarding the status of the fastag. Atleast i should have recieved any msg regarding this but they didn't update any status about this regard. Urn no is 58428022. Fastag ac no :[protected]. Kindly update the status and when it will be delivered as soon as possible.

    We are albert medicals regret to inform you that the pos (Swiping machine) was not working for the past one month and after repeatedcomplain they came on month before and serviced and told that signal is not picking up so we must chane the machine to latest model. But it is now more than 3 months they have no steps. Now the machine is not working for the past 0ne weak. So we request you to do the necessary steps to ensure fast service to satisfy customers at your earliest consideration

      I applied for fast tag on 11th december 2019, but even after a month it has not been delivered to me till date. On 24 december rs.85 were wrongly debited from my fast tag account as a toll fees on sivaya toll plaza. I immediately contacted the customer care and reported the matter sr[protected] dated 24.12.2018. Inspite of my repeated requests and reminders (As under) no action has been taken so far. Interaction id.[protected], sr[protected] dated 24/01/2020.

        Yesterday on 24/01/2020 i got a sms that 1699 rupees deducted from my credit card due to ecpp service. Why axis bank ecpp service activated without my permission. It's totally fraud how can bank deduct money and activated any services without customer wish. I need refund the amount immediately in my account. I dont like such kind of services.

          Maine, bahut baar debit card ke liye baat kiyaa hai but, account me kuchh problem ki wajah se customer care helpline se online aaply nahi ho paya.
          Phirr maine branch se contact kiya toh bolte hain aapka online account hai.
          Phirr maine online complaint kari to mujhe bulaya gayaa aur uske baad mujhe kahaa gayaa sir, kisi aur din aaiye aaj bahut kaam hai dusre din koshish karte hain de denge aaj tak nahi mila hai.
          Kindly, arrange debit card for me.

            I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag...

              I have placed online order for fast tag from axis bank on 5th jan 2020. Received order confirmation and fast tag wallet details (Etc customer id[protected].

              But, till now i haven't received the physical fast tag.

              Tried axis bank fast tag customer service, not reachable. Sent email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com with fast tag wallet details. Still there is no response from their end.

              Verified in Axis bank on this issue directly. They have shared the Waybill # to track it with BlueDart Courier service, since its with them due to non-availability during courier delivery time. Spoke to BlueDart & re-scheduled the delivery and received the Physical Fast tag now.

                Ecpp assistance service — i received sms from axis bank tha rs 1699 is deducted on 24/01/19 on axis bank credit card 8644. Without my permission. I dont even know the company and this kind unsolicitated charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the company need to pay my money back and further i will block the credit card..

                    On 21.01.2020 at 11:46:35 and on the same date at 11:46:28 i have never traveled any where but i have received two messages debiting rs 50 and rs 20 on the same date from my fas tag account. The message is not containing my vehicle no mbhczc 63sjb131689 as usually mentioned in the message received after deduction from the tollgate.
                    Therefore kindly go through my complaint and refund the illegally deducted amount from my wallet account of the axis bank fast tag.

                        I was on traveling between 12-jan-2020 and 20-jan-2020. At every toll-plaza the amounts had been debited properly but on dt.15-jan-2020 there was an additional debits for ₹135/- and on dt.23-jan-2020 for ₹210/- are made.
                        When i called customer care to understand on these debit amounts, accepted that these are due to server issue and being rectified. But to get these amounts refund, executive is advising me to email rc copy, my car photographs and debited sms messages screen shots to etc. Management.com.
                        Even if i send the copies and sms screen shots as told by customer care executive, am doubting that there won't be any guarantee of further debiting the amounts from fastag account.
                        Please advise what to do in this situation. I am attaching debited sms screen shots for your reference.

                          I applied for fastag through axis bank and my account got created on 7th jan (Customer id:[protected]. However, i have not received my physical fastag until now, even after 15 days. I raised a service request with axis bank fastag customer service on 15th jan (Sr[protected] that was closed by your backed team without resolving the issue. I also tried reaching out to axis bank nodal desk, but the issue is still unresolved.

                          I am regularly facing issue on toll plazas because government has already made fastag mandatory starting 15th jan.

                              I have recharged my axisfastag using online banking from axisfastag website. The amount was debited from my account but wallet was not recharged. The complaint was raised for this with customer support ‘ axisibrm=[protected]'
                              Its been more than 6 days i have been calling axisfastag customer service to know the status. My wallet has not been recharged yet and even not got any response on my complaint.

                                  My self ajas v. A having a credit card account and also saving account in your bank. Bearing number [protected] it is with great regret iam writing this mail. Because i have very bad experience from your my zone credit card!. When i release some amount rupees 500 from atm i used to credit card instead of debit card. Actually it was mistakly happened that transaction. But in this case the bank had showing a very different perspective. They are behaved me like enemy because i took only 500 rupee's that i need to pay double amount which one i released that means (500+500+90 gst) this is unfair, i had never expected this kind of behaiver. I wonder. When i checked my unbilled transactions that i realized i had been cheated. Actually i already contacted your customer service regarding this issue. They told me that u make a complaint against this. That amount will be reversed!:; anyhow i will close my two accounts if you do not make the appropriate decision in this regard. Moreover and i will never make more than one rupee. You may please consider as a special case. Please look at this matter very seriously. As well as i request you to avoid any additional charges levied from me

                                    Received call from [protected] regarding axis bank credit card payments.
                                    They informed they are calling on behalf of axis bank, i asked for proof or their company name, they are not ready to give the information.
                                    Axis bank credit card department is sharing my personal details, like card numbers and other details to some 3rd party vendors.
                                    Axis bank could have got the permission from customer when opening account,

                                    My complaint is that,
                                    But atleast 3rd party caller must prove that they are calling onbehalf.
                                    We as customer cannot believe 3rd party vendors. They can sell my info like name & number to other companies.
                                    Please look into this issue as all customers face this

                                      I have purchase fastag from axis bank on 27th december 2019 but still i haven't received my fastag.
                                      The issues i faced is as follows-
                                      1. First my saving account is automatically deducted rs 750 on 1st january 2020.
                                      2. I have tried to several times to contact their customer care but their customer care number isn't working or fake.
                                      3. After few days of trying to contact on their customer care i have email to them on etc. [protected]@axisbank.com on 10th january received their reply on 15th january. They provided me a bluedart courier pod number [protected]. When i check this number on bluedart traking it shows record not found. After few days this pod number shows record which is definitely not related to my fastag.
                                      4. After that i have email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com 4 times but they are not replying.
                                      5. Their customer care number isn't working or fake.
                                      I have still not received my fastag till now.
                                      Now i am totally helpless.
                                      This is the most fraudulent behavior done by any organization.
