I have a order in 31st of december 2019 for a axis active band from my axis mobile app but it's still not deliver and there is no way to track the order.
I tried to connect to the customer care on 9th of jan and they said that your issue will be solved in 2 working days. Its 16 today but still i don't have any thing not the band or any information to track it....

Had applied for fast tag on january 10th, 2020. Fast tag has been activated online but i have not yet received physical tag. A notification which i received said within 7 working days it will be dispatched ; it has been 1 week already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch. I got fast tag from axis bank in dec. I dont remember opting for any automatic recharge option.
I havent yet used my fast tag, and on 3-jan-2020, rs 800 were deducted from my axis bank account and amount loaded in my fast tag account.

Tried recharge my axisbank fastag wallet account recharge through their etc. Axisbank.co.in portal. Used the vpa option. Transaction request received on my bank app. Money deducted on transaction confirmation. Butvasixbank portal didn't reflect saying transaction unsuccessful. So wallet not recharged. I applied for fastag for my cars through axis bank online portal on 17 december 2019.
I didnt recieve any fastag sticker till 28th december and then tried to cantact via toll free number to get the tracking id for my fastag stickers.
But, on 28th december they said the stickers will be delayed due to high demand and asked me to raise a request via e mail. I did that and recieved an e mail for the same.

Axis is deducting money from my account and say i have opted for auto debit option which i haven't. This complaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
I had applied for fast tag on 30th dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of application. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

I have ordered Axis bank fast tag, its been almost 20 days i havent received the fast tag and there is no response when i call them on[protected] .

When i approached the bank they are irresponsible and arrogant. They show no interest in resolving the query. The toll free number they give is not connected to any executive.

The fasttags associated with my wallet i'd is showing blacklisted at toll plazas. Eventhough i have sufficient balances in my associated account. Why is this happening after raising several service requests too my problem is not resolved.
