I have received my debit card numbered 4505*******4237. i have my pin, everything. i have been fortunately able to register for paypal, amazon web services and google cloud platform too. however, i am unable to register for the verified by visa. the error says that my email id and phone number aren't available with the branch. but i have netbanking account, and all the details are there with the branch. even the customer care is unable to resolve the problem, and all i got so far is the "procedure" which i didn't want, as i have, i guess, tried the procedure for more than 100 times now.

after that I submitted a written application in bank, Hinjewadi branch
to close the account.
and I submitted all docs like cheque book, ATM card, and they
accept account closing application.
Now in days they are sending sms, my account balance in negative -20509.00 INR.
