Axis Bank — Delay in activating the meal card

Hi,
I am employee in Cognizant Technology Solutions.I have salary account in axis bank holding account number [protected].Last month I applied for meal card in axis bank.I was informed by the RM Mr.Santosh Samantray that it will get activate in 2 to 3 business days once I submit all the required documents and receive the Meal card kit.I got the meal card from axis bank and submitted all the required documents on July 20 2016.Till date meal card is not activated.Daily I am calling to Mr.Vivek who is point of contact for meal card activation.He is not having process knowledge and bluffing the customer.I also mail to nodal officer Mr. Ashok Ramakrishnan few days before but there is no response.Please do the needful for meal card activation at the earliest time.

axis bank debited Rs : 39.35 in my account on 1.08.2016 o[censored]nknow resone .
but still i am nite received the debit amount receion meessage from the bank.

I have never seen this kind of worst service in my life.What to do by writing to [protected]@axisbank.com?Already I wrote to nodal officer but there is no response from him.Still what else required.I am calling to relationship manager continuously and very simply he is asking me to wait.Almost 20 days it is, still how much time to wait.Instead of writing this in reply, it would be great if you can resolve the issue.Any how I send the mail to [protected]@axisbank.com and let me see how effective it is.

I hope no company send the complaint number on receiving the mail.My registered mail id with axis bank is meer.askari@cognizant.com and I send the mail through this mail id.
May I know the update, whether the meal card will be activated or not?

Do u need two days time to check whether you received the mail or not?Already it is more than 20 days.If you take 2 days time to reply, how many days you take for activation?I send the mail to prepaidcards@axisbank.com by my meer.askari@cognizant.com mail id.Kindly check it now and do the needful.
