I had a card with axis bank 10yrs ago, it is an add on card with an credit limit of rs. 11000/. And on of my friend used to purchase some item, he has not paid the amount and i am not aware of it. After some 2 year i happen to know it and tried want insisted to the guy to make payment, but he did not. The card hasn't been settled. I wish to settle the credit card account, so that there is no impact on my cibil with axis. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can help me with this. I visited the branch they said that they can only take payment for credit cards active now, nothing else. Customer care no. Can't respond me properly.
