My credit card dispatched but i still have not received my credit card. My reference number is 17668020 and my application number is c1-[protected]-c1
Lots of time i talked to costomer care officers but not getting proper response. Please support at take some action or at least provide me my credit card information so i can use it for my purpose. Even after approval of 29 days i am not getting any results.

    Even after talking to customer care about salary account and i have updated my employer details in mobile app the balance is deducted for not maintaining balance of 10000. Almost 4000 deducted. Please provide the refund or i think i must close the account. Customer id:[protected]. Deducted on 09/02/2020 and 31/03/2020. Please let me know the what type of account is mine currently.

      The amount of 1699 was spent on my credit card on 5th March without my permission.
      I called to customer care regarding this and my request was registered to cancel this plan with request no 60149805. I was informed that my request will be completed within 10 days.
      Now it's more than 10 days and I don't want that plan and I will not be happy if that amount will get debited from my account.
      Request you to do needful asap before amount gets debited and refund my amount of 1699 on my credit card.

      I got msg that monthly due amount will get debited on 4th April if this issue will get resolved before that it will easy.

      I am still looking for refund as per ur information I didn't get refund till now. I even tried to contact to cpp team thorough mail but of no use. If membership is cancelled on 1st April I should have been refunded and its 28th April and still I didn't get refund. I am trying to resolve this matter from March. Please look into it again and refund the amount.

        credit card settlement payment

        blocked my salary account with lien amount.

        My salary account is with the Axis Bank and since I had 2-3 days delay in credit card, they have frozen my account with lien amount and now my entire salary and other available amount present in that account is blocked.
        I have been trying to call the customer care number multiple times but there is no response from it either.
        And the executive who I spoke to him is very rude and impolite. He doesn't even care what he says or...

            I open axis asap account last year after one year they close my account without informing me. I contact axis they continuosly telling me that your full kyc not completed thats why your account has been closed. They not even send me a single massage to inform me that your account will get close if your full kyc is not complete. I'm not expected this kind of service from axis

              Myself K.Thilakavalli. my account no is. [protected]. I tried to withdraw the amount Rs.1500 from Axis bank ATM machine which is placed opposite KSR College on 29 march 2020. While withdraw the amount the ATM MACHINE has restarted. The amount has not come but the amount debit from my account. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                Waste axis bank no use to save money in this account. What we are working hard for this begger bank you people will deduct our money like thieves if you want money come and beg in front of my house ill give you why do u deduct from our accounts are you unprofessional thieves. Your salaries are based on our money you thieves are stealing our money and transferring it to your account. I have to give a complaint to your bank on nbfcs to rbi to shut down your bank those beggers are better than you axis bank...

                  Axis bank has deducted my rs. 590-/ from my account. My 6 friends was opened same type of salary account with your bank at same time but axis bank deducted this charges from my account only without any intimation to me. Plz return my money as soon as possible. I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. If there is any money limitation of my account please let me know i m ready to credit that much in my account.

                    I got a call for a loan from axis bank. & I was in need so I applied. The girl told me loan interest would be 10.25. I also informed her the loan tenure I need is 2 years. She requested details I submitted.
                    Then she sent someone for paper signature. I completed the formalities. But when I got loan msg, Loan interest is 12.25% and tenure is 5 years. Also I got loan on 30 Jan and my first EMi got deducted on 10th Feb. I hv not received any details or login id to check my loan. Plz escalate this

                      I would like to bring this to your notice that currently i am facing issues with net banking. I am not able to transfer payments through internet banking. Actually when i try to transfer fund, it is showing this message "access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator".
                      Let me know why i am seeing this error.

                          I had a card with axis bank 10yrs ago, it is an add on card with an credit limit of rs. 11000/. And on of my friend used to purchase some item, he has not paid the amount and i am not aware of it. After some 2 year i happen to know it and tried want insisted to the guy to make payment, but he did not. The card hasn't been settled. I wish to settle the credit card account, so that there is no impact on my cibil with axis. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can help me with this. I visited the branch they said that they can only take payment for credit cards active now, nothing else. Customer care no. Can't respond me properly.

                            An axis bank agent approached me for issuing a privilege card as i am eligible for the same. The agent promised that it will be a lifetime free card and there will be no charges for lifetime to the priority customers. I believed and ask to process it. He came to my place for physical verification, took my photos and kyc documents for the same card. The application details were entered into axis bank app through his tab. He entered the details into two tabs and one mobile phone. I asked why three devices required. He replied that one for their reference and two for the bank. As i am in a hurry i didn't notice this.
                            Now, after all these process i received three credit cards on my name.
                            As there is no information among these cards to me i was in a shock.
                            So, i immediately reported to axis bank about the issue and requested to cancel all my credit cards on 21 feb 2020.
                            The customer care promised me that there will not any charges for cancelling these cards as these are issue without my notice.
                            Three reference number 59262332, 59572095 and 59572131 are generated and promised to solve it within 10 working days.
                            So far only one card is cancelled.
                            Among these three one card is vistara signature card. This is mainly used for frequent flyers who will avail vistara filghts. I am not at all interested in such cards. So i am continuously following up this issue from 21 feb 2020 and i just want to close this issue before generating the credit card statement.
                            The axis bank generated a new reference number 59909328 for the same card on 3rd march 2020. I don't know why they regenerated a new reference number. Within 15 days they promised me to close the issue. But still it is not closed and the statement generated for this card.
                            I request axis bank has to look into this issue seriously and close it without any fees and charges as early as possible.

                              credit card limit merge and unauthorized charges

                              Hi my name is sthitipragnya dash. One 16th february 2020 axis bank merged my credit limit to -420000 of all my 4 cards without any intimation given to me at all! I was all through paying the bills on time and was using my credit cards since 2017 all 4 cards are from axis bank. I called up the board line number and the axis bank customer care almost 18 to 20 times, wrote several emails to their support team but i was not responded at all....

                              My vehicle linked axis bank fasttag card is showing blacklisted even though i have sufficient balance in wallet. This is very embarrassing for me as the card is not working properly. Also message delivers after 1 day. This is very poor service. If feel axis bank can't handles the customer services, remove this axis bank in issueing the cards if they don't have the ability to give proper service.

                                Today i got a call from the axis bank about the one assist service, unfortunately, i choose that so they are now deducted 1599 rupees, i said i don't want this right now they are forcefully telling me that just follow their instruction and finally they make the service.
                                So i wanted to revert back the that service. My card number ending with 5529.
                                And my phone number ends with 6397. Currently, i don't need this service.

                                Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                  Please close all your branches for atleast 1 week, so that this disease can be handled easily. Govt is requsting for social distancing in this crucial time which is very necessary to reduce the cases of covid 19. As one of the customer of your bank i also request you to close all your branches for the safety of your customers and staff.
                                  It is my humble request to support our govt and take a step ahead to defeat this disease before it becomes a epidemic.
