Hello,

I have initiated the imps from my axis bank a/c on 12/06/2018 for rs 60, 000/-. But, i didnt get credited to beneficiary and transaction status showing as "suspect". I made call to customer care but no use. On that situation that amount was immediate requirement. I dissatisfied with this tyoe of services from axis bank.

    regarding not printing my passbook 4-5 times.

    Sir/madam, i am new costumer of axis bank at deeg branch in rajasthan. I deposited 10000/rs and opened saving account by manager (Deeg branch) but they have not given passbook for me. I went to branch 4-5 times but manager says that printer is not working properly. I am pragnent from 8months. Passbook is required for apply nomination govt health scheme form. I'm too tired.     I am shocked to see the services that axis bank is offering its customers. After getting a stop payment done at kankurgachi branch, the money got deducted from my account. Its sheer negligence. Today i was told by ms. Arpita sethi (Operations head) that the stop payment was activated on 28th may, after i submitted by request on 25th may.

    Is my money not safe anymore in your bank? Who authorized you to decide whom to pay when. I didn't give you any permission then with whose consent did you deduct the amount when i had clearly mentioned it on the application that i did not avail all three services from kaya and i have requested them for a breakup for 3 treatments. Out of which i had availed only one service. How did you decide to waste my money without checking with me. The payment got deducted on 11th june. Do you want me to maintain 0 balance in your account? As i don't think my money is safe with people like you.

      Hi

      I have seen couole of fraud transactions in my axis bank credit card and i raised a dispute on this.

      Till date i dont see any update from axis bank credit card team.

      I clearly mentioned i dint got even any swipe message nor email for transaction.

      I asked them to provide what product i purchased with that money and they dint answered anything on that.

      I am really felt like axis is cheating customers.

      Totally fraud credit card transactions they are showing and looting customers.

      Amazon refund my Rs1598/-amount on date 03/06/2018 the provided me with the authorized code REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER [protected]-027153 for the transaction.

        I recharged my vodafone no twice of rs 268 and 50 rs recharge to jio no also through axis bank app but both time it was unsuccessful and the amount is deducted from my account .i have contacted many times to your helpline no but it was not helpful to me at all .i visited your shalimar and pitampura branch also but they were also of no use . I want you to return my 536 rs to my account .i want you to solve this matter as soon as possible . Give information regarding this at this no -[protected]

          My account number [protected] has been closed on 30 AUGUST, 2017
          Today it is 11 JUNE, 2018.Almost a year has passed and the bank has not been able to give my balance amount of 26290/-.I HAVE BEEN TO MY HOME BRANCH, Paschim Vihar many a times in this time...
          But according to them they have sent my demand draft to my address but they have no idea where it is...
          neither they have a tracking number...nor are they specific about how much time it will take my demand draft to found.They are being vague about giving me money back...The operational head is not at responsible and keeps speaking rudely when asked about the demand draft...
          Just because i have closed my account they have stolen my money...They are not even responsible enough to give demand drafts properly to the courier services..WHEN ASKED HOW MUCH IT WILL TAKE TO TRACK MY DEMAND DRAFT...
          AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THE OPERATIONAL HEAD IS GIVING THESE ANSWERS...
          Is this the kind of responsible people AXIS BANK is hiring.?
          THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ANYWHERE
          IN CALLS THEY SAY EMAIL US..

            I have an account in Axis Bank and using its ATM Services, On 5th Nov 2017, I used the Axis Debit card in Indus Bank ATM Machine in evening time at Sec 49 Saphire Mall, Gurgaon. My Account was debited with Rs 10000/-, but no money was dispensed from ATM. I had made the FIR and also lodged complain with Bank of Ombudsman. Its been past 7 month but no action taken from either the Bank side nor the police. Moreover i requested for the CCTV footage also so that i could get the clarity that if amount has been deducted than money should also have been dispensed sooner or later but before the transaction timed out but there was no information.
            I humbly request that my money should be refunded and the CCTV footage should please be presented so that i should also get a clarity that which party is in default.
            Bank of Ombudsman closed the issuing claiming that account has been debited so Bank is not at fault.

              Hi,

              I have done a remittance request for 10000 rupees on 24-april-2018 with reference id [protected] from a singapore bank account to my savings account number [protected]. But amount never got credited in to my account. When i check my account status it shows credit frozen. Can you please help in this regard.

                To introduce myself, i’m gururaj revankar from bangalore.

                Yesterday (11-june-2018), i received an sms from axis bank around 11:32 pm on my registered mobile number that the some transaction was done of amount eur 269.00 (Inr 22, 428.45) & eur 176.00 (Inr 14, 674.37) using my axis bank credit card.

                These 2 transactions were done using my axis bank credit card at “db internet” which was not initiated by me nor i’m aware of these transactions. I came to know about these transactions when i checked the sms alerts on my mobile.

                I immediately reported the matter to axis bank and also blocked my card immediately. I never shared my credit card details with anyone.

                I would request you to look in to the matter and enquire about these fraud transaction on priority.

                Hi Gururaj Revankar,

                Even i have faced this issue, can you reach out to me, i need some information here
                It is only happening in this bank so any bank official could be involved and they are generally targeting those acc which are less in use and then they start snipping our money in small amounts so that customers hard come to know. You can search for the same in other banks you will not find such a case. An amount of 25 thousand in one year has been debited from this bank. We should file a complaint in the police for a criminal offense.

                    Axis bank provided me the debit card facility about an year ago, but as i did not have any use of that card, i blocked that card and informed the manager of my branch with an official letter that i do not want any debit card from now, but then also after few months they send me a debit card, which i blocked again, when i came to know that the card they had send is debit card because i had no use of that card. But still the bank is sending msgs on my registered contact no. [protected] with a msg saying amount is due for for debit card.
                    Kindly take action against this problem as soon as possible

                      I open the bank account asap 30 days ago
                      I issue needed debit card
                      But the bank customer care is said plz go the branch
                      So i go to branch but he said u r online customer and plz contact customer care

                      Now 18 day go not proper responce

                      I have paid 4202 in bank But I get message of 4201.. because of this I can’t block the card.. to talk with Custmr care there is very long proses .. very hopeless bank .. Bank should changed there policies can Custmer get satisfaction..

                        Hi,

                        I have a salary account in axis bank, in churchgate branch, mumbai. I want to inform that they were deducted amount in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me on 12/05/2018 rs.885.84. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account.

                          I have salary account in axis bank. 3 days back i went to some restaurant and paid 2976.00 inr. Today suddenly i got sms that 297.00 inr got deducted from my account. I don't know how it is possible when i did not swipe my card there today again. I had tried to call customer support. Lot of options are there. After some hours finally i got the chance to talk to one customer care executive. He told me it got possible at that day i swiped and it is something settlement things. I just wanted to know how my bank can allow them to do that with out my permission. I had tried to explain my concern to that cce guy but when he did not understand my point and i did not understand how it is possible.

                            not able to transfer funds

                            This is to inform you that i am not able to transfer payments through internet banking.

                            Actually when i try to transfer fund, it is showing this message "access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator". I need it urgently.

                            So kindly let me know whom should i contact for this issue or any suggestion what should i do.

                            Am one of the customer. Every time (Nolambur) they do the work lethargically in all issues (Tds/salary/neft transfer). Every month we have to wait for salary after 24hrs oly is thiz a way to treat a customer and for tds if we give them by 4th they will do after 2 days sometimes they will do mistakes in neft transfer also. Discusting and such a worst bank sorry worst branch. They didnt bother about customer urgency and having same explanation i. E site issue network problem.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am an account holder in the axis bank with account no.[protected] aluva branch. I closed my account in mar 2018 with written in the kalamassery branch. While closing its around 21, 380.38 rs was available. They told me that the amount will be paid as dd. After a month i reached out to bank for the same. The account was still not closed and they deducted 100 + 18 = 118 rs for other charges. Till the date i didn't get any dd from the bank. I am not interest in continuing with the axis bank because these kind of deduction was happened earlier also. I found it and complaint many times. After closing the account itself deduction amount from account with out closing the account. I don't know what name should be called for it.

                                As per telephonic discussion miss pretty corporate head office number +[protected] she is suggesting me u can tomorrow after 10 am then i am trying to call also suggest me u can pay actual amount easily points of view then i m paying after discussion only i m paying 26658 rs description mentions below...

                                Reply awaited cases still pending from long period we have been waiting for your reply for quite some time. Sir i personally feel that it's all in your hands and if you can put in some effort, it would be finalised. Sir at least respond for our concern and give us a direction. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
                                Kindly arrange the details of these cases on priority basis and send a suitable reply direct to the complainants under intimation to this office by today.

                                  I have opened a Priority Account with Axis Bank during 2nd half of 2018. After opening the account 2 months later, I have applied for a credit card in Axis. Even after I requested for Privilege card knowing that joining fee is NIL for priority customer, the executive had applied for Buzz credit card without my knowledge and came to know about it after receiving the card. Then I spoke to the executive regarding this. He simply given the answer as he forgot to change it. When I called to customer care and said the same, they said that I need to wait for minimum 6 months for card upgrade. So, I have waited for more than 6 months and then during May, I have upgraded to Privilege card. During the call, I have clearly said to the customer care representative that I am a priority customer, so the joining fee will be NIL or not. He said "YES". After receiving the card, Axis Bank has charged me 1500INR + GST as joining fee in my credit card statement. I was shocked to see that and immediately raised the complaint through Axis Bank website(not over the phone, because customer care representative denied to take the complaint over the phone as website is the only way to raise the complaints). The complaint number initially assigned is: 41386453
                                  The customer support members who replied for this are:
                                  -A Richardson
                                  -Usha Mythreyi Pidaparthy
                                  -Suneet Kumar Kauri
                                  Each of them given different replies and made me waited for about 2 weeks. Finally when I called the customer care, they said that the complaint got declined within 24hrs of raising the complaint mentioning the reason "Customer is not a priority account holder and reversal of joining fee not possible". Once again, I got shocked after listening to that message. I requested to escalate the call. This time I explained the total scenario to the person I spoke with, he checked all the details and confirmed me that I am eligible for reversal of joining fee. Now, he raised another complaint with number: 41762096
                                  Again waited for one week. No update at any point of time. Called again to customer care. He confirmed me that once again my complaint got declined within 24hrs of complaint raised with the reason being same again. I got frustrated totally and couple more escalations done on the call. Finally, floor in-charge person took the case and escalating the case without raising the complaint. Also, he promised me that he would call me after resolving the issue in 3-5 working days. As of now, nothing happened.

                                  My questions are:
                                  1.) Am I a priority account holder or not according to Axis Bank?
                                  2.) Is Joining Fee for Privilege Credit card for Priority customers NIL or not?
                                  3.) What kind of customer care team do the Axis Bank have to respond my mails in that manner even though complaint got declined within 24hrs of the initial period during first time?
                                  4.) Do the complaint department have sufficient access and privileges have to check the customer records for solving an issue?
                                  5.) Do any Nationalized Bank don't take complaints over the phone but only through mail?

                                  Finally, what I feel like the Axis Bank is cheating the customers in this manner and I decided to proceed legally. I am hiring a lawyer for this. I need to know the procedure to complaint in ombudsman too.

                                  To Whomsoever may concern for Axis Bank, I am not going to post another request. You just have to go through my previous complaints already sent to you with the above mentioned reference numbers assigned by Axis Bank. Its like a game for you playing with customers. No one is taking responsibility even though I have clearly explained the entire situation along with the screenshots attached.

                                    What a ### executive Axis has ! I'm totally disappointed ! In my life I have first time applied credit card as per the promised by DME ( Zaid Ansari - Ambawadi Branch, Ahmedabad ( Gujarat ). He has cleared mentioned that I would be pay only 250rs annual but later on the same day I received the message for rupees of 750+750+GST..wow !
