I am ennam vijaya bhasker having credit card no. [protected]. I have requested for registered mobile number change for my credit card on saturday (13/10/18).in response, i have received a confirmation email and sms also on the same day (13/10/18) and the person from customer care told that the change would be effected immediately. But it is not changed still which is confirmed during online pay. During bill pay, the otp has been sent to old number again instead of to updated one ([protected]). Hence, i am not able to make any online purchase please, help me in this regard as early as possible..
