[Resolved] Axis Bank — non receipt of monthly statements | |||
I am not getting monthly e-statements from bank since july 2019. When i write to axis customer care centre, they send me statement with an advise not to respond on that mail. I cannot communicate with anyone in complaint cell of axis to resolve my grievance. My issue has been persisting for almost 6 months. If this bad service from axis bank continues, i have no other choice except to close the bank accounts when i visit india. My customer id:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I always see consolidated charges on my account. Do I need to know what this consolidation charges before u deduct from account . They simply deduct my account
