I have applied for a fastag card on 4th dec and received a message on 10th dec, that the same is dispatched vide bluedart courier. However till date this is not delivered and there is no status update on bluedart website.

The following are my particulars

    I have purchased fasttag online with axis bank on 25-11-19 it's been more then 3 to 4 week yet not received fasttag. And 24*7 customer care provided by axis bank[protected] is useless i call them more then 100 time no one received call then what is use of 24*7 service if you can't received a call i mail them 3 to 4 time didn't get response there also. This is way you provide services to your customer if you can't provide product stop selling it. I request you to send product or refund my money.

      I have applied for fastag almost 15 days before but not yet received. How many more days it will take, if it is taking more weeks, please refund the amount which i paid.

      Why so much delay, i will order through any other source, where they will assurance to get in 2-3 days. But do not understand why bank is delaying so lunch...

      Customer care also not worked, please refund the amount which is paid for fast tag, it is waste of time and money... I don't have time to call customer care, not at all good service.

        This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
        I had applied for fast tag on 27th nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form.
        There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.

          I had applied for fast tag on november 29th, fast tag has been activated online but i have not yet received physical tag. A notification which i received said within 7 working days it will be dispatched ; it has been 2 weeks already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch.             axis bank is not refunding money

            I had made one transaction of amount rs 5029 via gpay on 27th november, 2019 to mi company on mi.com. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank icici has shared the rrn/transaction number, mi's bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to mi company but still they are saying that they have not received the money.

I tried calling the customer care number [protected] multiple times but no response. I'm facing very bad experience with axis bank. Kindly request to look into this.

              I ordered fastag from axis bank website on 28th november. Till date, there has been no information whatsoever regarding as to when it will be delivered. A text message was received that it will be delivered within 7 days. And clearly, it has been more than that. I understand there might be processing delays, however, customers should atleast be intimated or an option should be provided to track progress. Greatly disappointed with the service.

                I had submitted all kyc documents and a fastag has been successfully processed by axis bank on 2nd dec 2019. I received a sms stating that the fastag will be despatched within 7 working days. Subsequently, i received sms giving my wallet id number and links for recharging. I have still not received my fastag and checking in blue dart per axis bank directions also shows that no fastag with my vehicle id has been despatched.

                    I had applied for fast tag in nov 2019 and it was mentioned that tag will be delivered within 7 working days from date of application.                       This is the 4th time i'm writing this complaint. It has been a month and i haven't received my money yet. What's wrong with this bank. They are making a fool out o[censored]s. Sweeping 20000+ rs from an account in the name of account closing.
                      Tried calling the customer care number about this but there's no response. Rs 20498 is debited from my account without any prior notice. They just completely swept my account now it has zero balance. I don't know who to contact about this. I saw many people complaining about the same issue some of them have received a reply but it isn't resolved yet. I hope i get my money back. I'm so frustrated right now. I'm not receiving any response from you. This is my third time submitting a complaint it has been 3 weeks i still haven't received my money back no message frthe om bank either

                        Order placed online with axis bank on 28 november, 2019.
                        Till today 12 the december, no news, no updates on fastag delivery status.
                        Other channel players like paytem are doing great in fastag delivery.
                        Some serious issue with axis bank in managing fastag.
                        Axis bank shouldn't be in granting mode,
                        It is too bad.

                          Fastag was ordered on 10 dec and there is no delivery status for the vehicle details entered on bluedart tracking section.

                          How to check the fastag delivery status.

                          Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

                          Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling...

                          I have ordered fastag for my cars on 30th of november but i haven't received any of them yet. I received the messages on same day of ordering informing that the fastags have been generated. It is mentioned on their website that fastags will be delivered in 7 days. There's no option of tracking whereabouts of fastags neither online nor on their helpline.

                            i had applied for fastag on 18 jan of this month and got a message to delivered with in 7 days but till now no tracking no or any other information regarding fastag.Your helpline no is not working and did not get any response from your side.
                            i have balance of rs-1200 in my fast tag but in toll plaza my fast is not working when i asked by calling customer of axis bank they said its active and balance is available then why amount is not deducting from axis bank fast tag?
                            I have order fast tag on[protected]. I have got SMS for payment and fasttag will be deliver with in 7 days.
                            But when I have call customer support they are telling that we didn't receive your fasttag application with this vehicle number. If they didn't receive application how would i got SMS for payment.

                              forcing life insurance policy for mortgage loan

                              I have applied for the mortgage loan at axis bank, rahatni branch, pune.

                              My loan is sanctioned after 2.5 months followup with axis bank which is highly frustrating that having private bank it takes forever.
                              In addition i have already paid the home insurance policy for the flat around rs 6000/- per year.
                              Now after submitting all the original documents & signed the documents for mortgage...

                              I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on 29 december 2019. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. Fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also never responding.

                              Now about 2 weeks have passed, didn't received fastag. I have several times to them but every time they are asking to wait. Other fastag providers are delivering in 7-8 days, but in axis bank more than 14 days have passed still i am waiting to receive.

                              Kindly help and interfere in this matter.

                                I have ordered for fastag for my car on 2nd December. Today is 11th December and still i have not received anything. I have not received any call or email regarding this delay. There is even no option to track my order.
                                Attaching the fastag order receipt.
                                My vehicle number is WB06A 2181
                                Please let me know what should be my course of action and if i will get my fastag or not.

                                  I applied for fastag... and the related payment was paid in full but till date I M.unable to get the status of the same.. .neither does the customer care team respond nor does the fastag customer support respond... I got the vallet I'd but not the physical delivery of my fast tag..
                                  Have also visited the bank branch but the casual attitude of employees is intolerable...
