fastag delivery status

Fastag was ordered on 10 dec and there is no delivery status for the vehicle details entered on bluedart tracking section.

How to check the fastag delivery status.

Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling...

I have ordered fastag for my cars on 30th of november but i haven't received any of them yet. I received the messages on same day of ordering informing that the fastags have been generated. It is mentioned on their website that fastags will be delivered in 7 days. There's no option of tracking whereabouts of fastags neither online nor on their helpline.

Received all the fastags.
I have ordered total 5 fastags but its showing records for 2 of them only. What about the remaining 3 ?

    I had applied for fast tag on november 28th, fast tag has been activated online but i have not yet received physical tag. A notification which i received said within 7 working days it will be dispatched ; it has been 2 weeks already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch. Kindly look into the issue. Following are the fast tag details

    The bank customer service team has resolved the issue. Even though it was not as per the timeline which bank had mentioned. I request bank to keep the customer informed regarding the specific timeline which would take to fulfill the service requested.

    I had applied for fast tag on December 5th, fast tag has been activated online but i have not yet received physical tag.     i had applied for fastag on 18 jan of this month and got a message to delivered with in 7 days but till now no tracking no or any other information regarding fastag.Your helpline no is not working and did not get any response from your side.
    i have balance of rs-1200 in my fast tag but in toll plaza my fast is not working when i asked by calling customer of axis bank they said its active and balance is available then why amount is not deducting from axis bank fast tag?
    I have order fast tag on[protected]. I have got SMS for payment and fasttag will be deliver with in 7 days.
    But when I have call customer support they are telling that we didn't receive your fasttag application with this vehicle number. If they didn't receive application how would i got SMS for payment.

      forcing life insurance policy for mortgage loan

      I have applied for the mortgage loan at axis bank, rahatni branch, pune.

      My loan is sanctioned after 2.5 months followup with axis bank which is highly frustrating that having private bank it takes forever.
      In addition i have already paid the home insurance policy for the flat around rs 6000/- per year.
      Now after submitting all the original documents & signed the documents for mortgage...

      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on 29 december 2019. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. Fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also never responding.

      Now about 2 weeks have passed, didn't received fastag. I have several times to them but every time they are asking to wait. Other fastag providers are delivering in 7-8 days, but in axis bank more than 14 days have passed still i am waiting to receive.

      Kindly help and interfere in this matter.

        I have ordered for fastag for my car on 2nd December. Today is 11th December and still i have not received anything. I have not received any call or email regarding this delay. There is even no option to track my order.

          I applied for fastag... and the related payment was paid in full but till date I M.unable to get the status of the same.. .neither does the customer care team respond nor does the fastag customer support respond... I got the vallet I'd but not the physical delivery of my fast tag..
          Have also visited the bank branch but the casual attitude of employees is intolerable...

            fast tag applied on 27th november 2019 not received till date

            I have applied for fasttag thro axis bank on 27th november 2019. Wallet number alloted by them but till date the same has not been delivered. With use of fast tag mandatory in toll gate the fast tag is not delivered till date nor any intimation from axis bank made so far for delivery which is troubling me deeply.

            I have recharged the amount of rs 200 to my walletid, but amount didnot credited to my walletid. Really very hell bad service from axis bank.
            Actaully i have created my account in 2017 dec. That time i didnot receieved my fasttag itself. Now i called to customer care then they are telling me to recharge again. If i recharge 200 rs now the amount itself is not credited to my account and i am unable to place the request for TAG reissuance.
            Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have placed order for Axis bank FASTAG on 1 Jan 2020. I received transaction ID as well as URN for my successful transaction of Rs 400. Even after 25 days I have not received any WALLET id or FASTAG. After 25 days I received a mail from bank that my transaction is failed. Very pathetic.

              This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
              I had applied for fast tag on 21st nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

              There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.

                Hi My self Ramu have purchased Fastag from online portal of Axis Bank on Dt. 01.12.19.
                But till today it is not delivered physically. However, wallet ID is created and receiving messages from Axis bank.
                There is no email /tracking information for correspondence regarding Fastag delivery and your helpline numbers continuously unanswerable.
                this is not expected from AXIS bank.

                  I had applied for a fastag at axis bank, tiruvalla, kerala on 25.11.2019 and had been told that i would receive the same within 7 working days. Today is 11th december and have still not received the same though i have received wallet id. I would be travelling next week and with cut off date for fastag as 15th dec, i require it very urgently. Having taken it at axis bank, i am unable to take it at another bank, since my phone number is linked with it.

                  Kindly let me know when i will get my fastag.

                    It's been 32 days since I ordered fastag on Axis bank website, but still not even a single update or SMS received regarding the tag. Please let me know if I will be getting the tag and when. If it is not possible to process my request, kindly refund the amount soon. I will order through some other vendor.

                        I had got a call from axis bank department regarding free credit card and everything was done finally when I received my card they gave me paid one and I cancelled the card and got a request token from axis bank but still not cancelled and they are charging fine on me I will definitely file case on them and report to the reserve Bank of India.

                          I applied for axis fastag on 05/12/2019 and i paid all the charges. I received fastag wallet id but i didn’t receive fastag physically. Estimated time to receive fastag was 7 days. But till date i haven’t received my fastag. Fastag becomes mandatory on 15/12/2019 and today is 11/12/2019 due to which it is a matter of concern. So kindly look into it and make the delivery as soon as possible.

                            This is my 12/13 years account and from yesterday I am getting below error message whenever i am trying to access the Payments menu option. Due to this issue I am not able to do third party fund transfers. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

                              Noone is answering on Customer care number[protected].
                              As per Govt rule from 15th Dec onwards we all have to follow fastag rule.
                              But till date I have not received my physical fastag sticker.
                              I have to start traveling from 13th Onwards, but since I have not received my sticker I am not able to plan. Please resolve it

                                This complaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
                                I had applied for fast tag on 29th nov. 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of application. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

                                There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.
