I have booked fast tag on 30th nov 2019. I just received a text stating it will be dispatched shortly. However, no tracking details provided as yet even after 16 days. Customer service staff at their helpline is good for nothing as they cannot check the tracking number if it's dispatched. They cannot confirm if they will be sending it to the correct address. Why do they even have this helpline when they cannot even answer/resolve but a generic reply to wait.
How can they deduct the amount without processing of the tag. Its been 16 days and as per the rep, i should still wait for it to be received. God knows what pearls are they engraving in it which took this long.

Complaint marked as Resolved No steps were taken by them at all. However, it must be on its way when I lodged the complaint after multiple calls to the helpline to check the status and no one seems to know whats going on. I received it yesterday and you can see their last reply justifying the delay but no info about the status.
Looks like lot of people are experiencing the same. At least they should have the info to be shared with customers.
