unauthorized charge tips/scg/ non mcc

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/12.12.2019... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice...

I have booked fast tag on 27th nov 2019. I have received message of despatch of fastag with in 7 working days. but i have not received any dispatch detail and fastag not received till 16.12.19 18.29 PM .Customer care[protected] trying call more the 100 time but not connected.Very poor service by axis bank fastag service.I am share the problem with axis bank derabassi branch but branch failed to resolved my issue.My personal advice to all don't apply fastad through Axis Fastag.

    I had ordered the axis bank fastag on 6th december. I had got the message that the fastag is dispatced by bluedart on 10th december. Today is 16th december and i am yet to get the fastag.

    As informed i had checked the bluedart tracking and entered the vehicle as reference number but it says no such ref number is available.

    I don't know how to track and when will i get the fastag.

      I have ordered fastag through axis bank website on 7-DEC-19. I got a message saying that you can track your tag through my car no as reference number(KA03MX3978) in bluedart courier . I can't find any tracking details over there(courier website) and also their customer care is pathetic and they are not able to know what is my tracking id ? Any help is appreciated ? I need it urgently

        I received an email for AXIS BANK Fast tag & it shows that Tag shall be delivered within 5 days . i have paid money for fast tag to axis bank ( 400 INR) on 10 th december 2019 but still same has not been delivered to my address .

        Company complaint number [protected] is also not working . if they cannot deliver it within committed time, they should inform customer about the same .

        when contacted on complaint number, no one is responding, Please resolve .

          I had ordered the fast card on 3 December as you can see from the attached image. I have still not received the fastcard.
          I contacted the helpline no [protected] on Friday 13 December 2019 at 12:53 pm. They said they have noted the complaint but no other information about delivery was provided.

          Please look into the matter and update me when will I receive my fast card

              I booked for axis bank fasttag online on dec 5th. It is 16 dec today and there is no information about the delivery. It was mentioned that it will be shipped within 7 days of booking.                 I submitted a Fastag thru Axis Bank on 22/12/2019. Till now i did not receive it.When iam calling for the customer care number provided there is no option for the status.Reading in the forum i checked in the blue dart tracking with reference number as my vehicle number. But no use.
                I don't understand to contact regarding this fastag. If bank doesnot have proper network than why should they issue and how govt had given to them

                    Yet has issued noc but bank has not updated the same in my cibil & hence while generating the score cibil score shows negative in spite of the complete payment.

                    I have received fastag. But no response is being received by calling the toll free number 1800 419 8585.
                    I have a salary account with Axis bank and there are charges which has been deducted unnecessary...and attached screen shot for reference ..

                        I ordered FastTag from Axis Bank for 2 of my cars, it's been 15 days that my card has not been dispatched,
                        Commitment was that they will dispatch in 7 days.
                        There is no tracking number, nothing which i can do.

                        I have still not received the Physical tag for the payment I made on 28th November 2019. I got an email with wallet id and etc customer id, and it was also stated that the tag will be received within 7 working days. But till today I haven't received tag in physical form.

                          I had orderd a fastag online on 30-nov the bank receipt numner is[protected] and received a sms that fasttag will be dispatched soon, however till date i have not received the fastag. Worst service ever from such a bank. None of the customer supp phone is working. No help.

                            I have booked fast tag on 30th nov 2019. I just received a text stating it will be dispatched shortly. However, no tracking details provided as yet even after 16 days. Customer service staff at their helpline is good for nothing as they cannot check the tracking number if it's dispatched. They cannot confirm if they will be sending it to the correct address. Why do they even have this helpline when they cannot even answer/resolve but a generic reply to wait.

                            How can they deduct the amount without processing of the tag. Its been 16 days and as per the rep, i should still wait for it to be received. God knows what pearls are they engraving in it which took this long.

                            No steps were taken by them at all. However, it must be on its way when I lodged the complaint after multiple calls to the helpline to check the status and no one seems to know whats going on. I received it yesterday and you can see their last reply justifying the delay but no info about the status. Looks like lot of people are experiencing the same. At least they should have the info to be shared with customers.

                              I did apply for fastag through axis bank (Unfortunately) on 5th december, 2019 and received a message on 10th mentioning card had dispatched. None of the customer care numbers work anytime. One day i was lucky enough to get connected to ivr system for 20 minutes to speak with customer care executive. What kind of service is this? But everyday i get a message asking to recharge the amount as it has a low balance of 0. Kindly help get my fastag delivered at the earliest as i failed to track it in bluedart website with my vehicle number.

                                  Applied fastag on 22 nd november with rs.200 as the tag fee. No further communication from the bank on when this will be delivered or no tracking facility.

                                  I tried to use my vehicle number to track on the bluedart website which again failed saying no records found. With the deadline for fastag ended yesterday i need fast tag urgently.

                                    I received a call continually last one year from axis bank. They told me about free of cost credit card in offer and i ignored that but finally i am agree because they have say about credit card is not chargeable and free of cost.in april 2019. I got a massage your credit card xxx1805 is already generate and dispatch for your address witch mention in bank account to courier by blue dart with cart number. But they have not collect to me any documents, photos and signature. I have track the dispatch courier in may-2019 then i found my credit card is already received by unknown person. And they have stared the online shopping flipkart from my credit card ending with xxx1805 and suddenly i got two otp massage in my mobile phone. Then call to axis bank branch and customer care for blocking that credit card. I had cancelled my credit card, ending with xxx1805 in may 2019 but again regenerated next credit xxx7557 with due balance rs/-1586. I have not received this credit card yet.

                                    I am requesting you to no required me next any credit card forgive my all due money for my credit card and close my all credit card service because i am not a jobholder and able to paid this outstanding balance rs/-1586

                                    i inform to you i am so frosted to Axis bank credit cart department. am previous five month continuously receive massage in E-mail and Mobile related to my Axis Bank My Zone Card out standing Balance Statement ending XX57. But yet i have not used & received any type of credit card. so i am take finally decision to close own Axis Bank Account and FIR in Police Station of Axis bank Department.
                                    So Requested to you please remove, cancel and Block all detail & information about credit card from Axis Bank.Because i have never apply for any credit card.

                                      I have applied for fastag on 08/12/2019 and paid for the same. Axis bank promised to dispatch it within 7 business days. I received a confirmation message from axis bank on 8/12/2019 as follows-

                                      "fastag is mandatory from 15 dec'19. Fastag for vrn/chassis no [protected]is dispatched via bluedart awb no mh32y1120. Know more http://1kx.in/GST99d"

                                      But i am yet to receive the fastag sticker. The support number given for fastag queries is non-responsive. Neither there is any tracking mechanism nor communication regarding same from axis bank. Response of blue dart tracking system is "invalid awb number". If there is any delay in issue of fastag, the axis bank should communicate it and if it is dispatched, bluedart never takes such a long time to deliver. And the frustrating thing is the blue dart tracking system is not showing the status of probable delivery of the fastag sticker.

                                      Requesting a quick resolution of above issue, please.
