Hi,

This is justin jacob bearing account number: [protected] in axis bank. I have a salary account in axis bank

I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me.
I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account.

I have emailed the team at dp. [protected]@axisbank.com regarding this issue and got no reply from them.

Thankfully they responded to me after I raised my complaint here. Having said that, I wish these banks would be more open to customers as to why we are being charged or whether we will be charged when we use a service. While opening a bank account they will just say to sign here and there and not mention about the charges which will be incurred in the future. I wish something could be done about this.

    I am beant singh, i created an account in axis asap account via online on 23/04/2019. All process are completed and account number and customer id created successfully.

    But, now one message i recieved by bank side;that is rs.1000 debited on 24/04/2019 as account closure proceeds to dd acct. And i confused because account created only one day before. Then why they are charging 1000rs for account closure. Please give solution on this problem..

    I'm having account with Axis Bank, and I'm feeling like I have been ripped off by axis bank as they have deducted total of rs. 12, 000 my hard earn money terming it as consolidated charges. I'm not rich guy and you have no right to do this.

    This is not the first time it has happened with me.

      My mother's account balance is showing rs.-4000/-, she left her job before 2 year back and her company had opened a salary account and not stated any thing that she need to maintain minimum balance on that time.
      As per rbi rules no any bank can take charges from customer of minimum balance requirements. Pl close my account as soon as possible.

      My mother will not pay anything to you and i m very upset that u are changing money from her lpg gas subsidy amount.

          My saving account has been frozen by axis bank without giving intimation.
          After calling customer care for the same and could not got proper reason to freeze account. I have been told that it is been frozen because it is converted to normal account from salary account and need to re kyc at home branch only for it to unfreeze even though
          Nothing is changed as earlier (Address etc.).
          However i have been told 3 years back when i called customer care informing that i am changing my company and this account wont be my salary account further, it is been mentioned that my account would be automatically converted to normal saving account and i just need to maintain 10k min balance. Hence from that i have been maintaining the balance.

          My request to axis bank is that they should inform in advance to customer for such account freezing activity, so that any important
          Transaction should not get halted because of the same.

          Also request to allow me to submit kyc docs to any branch, if it really required, or should accept e aadhar/scanned copy though email for such cases and unfreeze my account asap.

          There are two transactions
          one transaction is ticket booked with waiting list and it is not confirmed so i did not get the refund for the same
          Second one is failed at the payment gateway with Phone-pay and i contacted them, they asked me to contact the bank for the refund.

            Sir mera axis bank mein account hai
            Mene oct 2018 ko account close karne ke liye request kiya tha
            Lekin 2 month tak bank ki tarafse kisi bhi prakar ki koi karwahi nahi hui
            Bank manager ko bataya unhone kaha fir se request kar do account close karne ki mein karwa dunga aap tension mat lo
            5 mahine ho gaye lekin account close nahi hua
            Mein har 2, 4 din bad bank manager se puchta rahta hoon... Lekin bank manager ki taraf se or bank ki taraf se kisi bhi prakar ki koi karwahi nahi ho rahi hai...
            Or har month bank ki tarase 1000 rupay fine lagate rahte hain...
            Jab mene account close ke liye request kiya tha tab zero balance tha abhi mins 6157 rupay ho gaye hain...
            Bank ki galti ki wajah se mein payment kyon karoon...
            Sir request hai account close karne mein help karein...

              My account is credit frozen, even when it has a sufficient balance, They gave the reason is moving Salary to Savings account.
              However, my salary account was converted to savings account 6 years back and suddenly now they are moving it to savings account without any prior notice.
              But why is it necessary to freeze the credit in this case and then charge for insufficient amount (less than 10, 000)?

              Moreover, I went to my nearest AXIS branch (Nandi durga Road UTIB0003079 ), they refused to take the KYC documents to unfreeze the account and when asked for closing the account they refused and said for that you have to first unfreeze the account and provide all the documents to main branch.
              No help from the phone customer care. HOPELESS SERVICE
              On top of everything, they are deducting money because of the low balance i.e. Rs 10, 000.
              WORST BANKing experience

                  I had an salary account. After some period of time my salary account changed to saving account because i left the job but bank didn't notified me.
                  Today is 22/4/2019, 1 month ago axis bank imposed consolidated charges without informing me through any email and sms although rbi has given notification about to inform the customer 1 month before charging the consolidated charges.
                  Now my account balance is -641 although rbi has said not to impose charges when balance touches to 0.
                  Because of careless staff i am still in trouble

                      I called the customer care and they gave me assurance that it would be resolved within 6-7 days.

                        I have an account in axis bank it's a salary account, which was provided my company meanwhile i went to out of state as i don't remember to close the account and this account is linked to lpg scheme, subsidy amount come to this account up to march 2018 no negative balance in my account and they converted my salary account to savings account without intimation and started deductions of not maintaining minimum balance sadly this info comes into my picture when i went to atm to withdraw money but it's showing -2600, my subsidy amount they deducted then i went to nearest branch and o asked to close the account or make it zero balance account they told we will. Not close the bank account, /zero balance account until you pay the negative amount i requested them i don't know about this and i already lost my gas subsidy amount but they refused my request kindly as per rbi no minimum balance maintaining charges on customers.

                              My axis bank credit card fraudulent transaction happens on 08-sep-2018, fraud guy spent rs. 77000 in my credit card and used in phonepe, phonepegold, flipkart, cc avenue. I gave complaint in cyber crime bangalore also but there no use they won't investigate anything. Note: i gave fraud guy phone number to cyber crime but also no use, fraud guy phone number: [protected] and got fraud bank, adhaar details also but cyber crime no use at all.
                              I complaint in axis bank also they gave me 3 months temporary credit limit, after 3 months they removed temporary limit and sent me bill.
                              Now i am not able to pay my bill because currently i don't have job.
                              I called axis customer care and asked them to settlement still i didn't get any response.
                              Now currently my outstanding amount is rs. 88, 000, i can pay only 10% that also i need to take from friends.

                                This is regarding axis loan account lpr[protected]. I received a notification that the cheque against my loan account has bounced. But throughout the year my account had sufficient balance. I went to the local chidambaram axis bank branch to inquire. They redirected me to cuddalore axis branch. From there i was again redirected to pondicherry bank branch. When i reached the final destination, the officials said that the cheque has not bounced and its a technical issue at their end. Since then axis bank employees have been coming to my residence to collect the emi amount & i have been paying them through cheque. Despite all these, i have got a notice to pay rs.960 as bouncing & penal charges. As a customer who regularly clears the emi, i'm deeply frustrated with the bank & the bugs in its system. If someone's to pay penalty, it should be axis bank since i have traveled to three locations to get this sorted but the bank still sends me a notice to pay penalty. Very irresponsible.

                                  This complaint is in regards to axis bank. They have given a credit card xxxx6715 to one of their customer with my pan details. The pan details updated on the mentioned account with axis bank is mine and also the account is been incorrectly reported in my cir.

                                  I raised a dispute with the bank in the month of october, but they do not bother to rectify the mistake neither remove the account number from my cir. This is been reported to both trans union cibil and the crif high mark.

                                  This is an absolute case of fraud and the account is still in active status which has different personal details that does not belong to me.

                                  After raising the complaint in the month of october 2018, they repeatedly giving me different complaints number every time[protected] / 48655904/[protected] with a turn around time to wait for 5 working days. And now we are in april 2019, the account is still reflecting in my cir and also has my pan number in it.

                                  I followed all the procedure to escalate this to get resolved. Banking ombudsman is also aware of this issue since day 1 and the following are their complaint reference numbers. Cts no-[protected]. Maintainable complaint no [protected]. Complaint no - [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]

                                  This issue is still not fixed and because of axis bank there are 11 incorrect accounts reported by multiple banks in my credit report.

                                  Please help me with this as no one wants to take the accountability to get this issue resolved.

                                  Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint. My email id is the same linked with my pan number to trace my personal information.

                                    With reference to above subject, i want to state facts as under,

                                    1. Axisbank credit card sales representative had made numerous calls to me to apply for axis bank credit card. He had collected all the required documents and satisfied himself by personally visiting our residence & office confirming addresses mentioned in documents submitted for application.
                                    2. No signature on application form given by me
                                    3. Provisional application number was not given to me. Neither was i informed about application process & decline policy.
                                    4. On 19.04.19 at 02.51pm i received a sms from axisbank stating “ your credit card application for my zonecredit card with ref #14015564 has been declined. We hope to serve you in future”. Above referred number is inferred from this sms.
                                    5. To understand why the application was declined, i called at axisbank call centre where i had spoken to attendant. He explained me that, a letter stating reasons for rejections will be received by me within 10 days. Till date i haven’t received any correspondence from your bank.

                                    Now, as i am quite disturbed with this,

                                    1. I request you to inform me the reasons for decline in detail and in writing and supporting evidence of the same to the extent possible.
                                    2. Why decline policy are not communicated to us at time of application? Why the same is not available on your website.?
                                    3. What are the procedures followed when a decline takes place and what is the procedure followed to communicate it to applicant?
                                    4.in event of not satisfied with the reasons mentioned by you, whom should i meet to discuss my grievance?

                                    I request you to do the needful and extend your cooperation for above mentioned points.

                                      When you provide me a proper resolutiob still i have not recieved any call and message from max life regarding my complain now finally i have to go consumer court against max life and Axis bank
