Hi sir,

Today i went for bike service in bajaj garve bhavi palya, hosur main road, bangalore.

1. The invoice is not proper. The same service they mentioned couple times and they charged 2198 rs. They are not explaining properly.

2. I have paid through card. Still they mentioned type as cash.

I hope you respond for this complaint.

    poor service at shiva bajaj ghaziabad twice

    I own the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 ABS which I purchased from Shiva Bajaj Ghaziabad itself and I got my bike serviced every time from Shiva Bajaj only since then (2 years). I met with a minor accident and gave my bike for repairing and servicing the very next day i.e. on 2nd of August. I told them about the following problems: 1. Projector Lamp needs to be changed. 2.     I mr. Hanumanth mulagund from haveri con.[protected] is complaing regarding above cited subject. The sales dealership which is in vidyanagar hubli.in karnataka state.
    I was purches my twin disk 150 pulsaron 30/08/2018 within 06 days it had a lot of battery problem and also self problem hence i brought my bike to the service center and i told to service provider named as mr. Ramesh. And he called me after two days and told me that your bike is ready. After that in the next moring (09/08/2018) i tried many time to start my bike in the service center but it couldnt stated. Even many of them tried but it couldn't...! I'm asking you that is that a good servise of your bajaj dealers? And even they did'nt have proper knowledge how behave with coustmers. And my final words is i strongly recomed to all my you tube wathers dont purchese bajaj pulsar bikes in channamma hubballi bajaj showroom.
    So sir plz improve your service well in onwords days. For better marketing in india and out.

      I purchased the bike from shiel autos bhagwan talkies branch. I have an issue regarding the showroom staff. I purchased a bajaj avenger 220 street, 2018 model. The staff did not attend us on the day delivery. I had to go from cabin to cabin for all the documents submission. Moreover the bike was not even cleaned and oiled properly. I had purchased the bike on 22nd may and i have not received the rc papers till date and no support is being provided.

        Dear bajaj team.

        What the hell is happening in your service center and with your mechanic? They guys are gives better service only to their friends or relatives. Taking too much time and the bike stand out side from morning to evening and then at evening they takes bike in service hall, only in 20-30 min service done.
        They only wash the bikes, tights the nuts, change the oil and service done. But the problem now resolved.
        I have given my bike 4 times form january but problem is not resolved.
        They guys need to be train for discipline. Time is very important factor of service.

          I took a bajaj bike from their navi mumbai showroom. Bike's onroad cost after tax and insurance is rs101000. They suggested the bajaj auto finance. But after taking the bike one lady from bajaj finance called me and told that my loan amount is 94000. Actually, i have already paid a 15000 in advance. So an extra rs8000 is charged from me. When i asked the dealer, he is tellig that, it is the bajaj finance took that amount for the processing and other charges. When i called bajajauto finace call center, the guy even don't want to tell me processing fees percentage.
          I was not informed this abnormal charges when i opted this co.

          Now, what should i do?

            I have purchased my new xt 100 from shisa bajaj, harni warasia ring road, vadodara, (Reg. No. Gj06 ln 0497) in the month of april.
            My byke was not working (Current is not coming) and byke was given to same service station on 27/7/2018 to resolve the issue. They take one week to resolve the problem and bike was given to me on 4/8/18 after completion by saying problem is resolved. And within one hour i have face same problem and my bike was stop on the way and i push my bike manual up to my home in the night time.
            On 6/8/18 i again request mr. Akash of service center he answer rudely and tell me he don't have time and manpower to resolve the issue today. And up to evening he didn't pick up my bike.
            During my service also i informed that bike having starting issue, but at that time they suggest me to use chock for starting.
            Request to resolve my issue permanently. So that i don't have to push my bike everyday.

              I buy a new pulsar 150 bike on 27/07/18
              I bike fallen from stand and bike handle was broken and also fuel tank broken
              I just ride 74 km and only 3 day old bike .how handle is broken why this is happening
              While Bajaj says that he is no 1 bike company in India

                Dear all,

                I gave the my bike pulsar 220 for accidental repair in kanchan bajaj ulhasnagar, the parts has been replaced without any intimation and work not done properly and also there is no explaination of labour charges in bill which is provided to me. Your service advisor mr. Amit hazare have to intimate me about extra parts which they are replacing in my vehicle but without any intimation parts has been replaced and also he had not explained me my bill about labour charges.

                Kindly expalin me the per hour labour of your authorised service center which you provide to your authorised service centers, there is no display of your standard labour charges

                After taking delivery of my vehicle there was no fuel in my vehicle but when i submitted my vehicle there was more than 3 liters of fuel then he told me there was no fuel while submitting the vehicle. Then i called my friend for a help and we went to petrol pump for filling petrol and while filling petrol the fuel tank was not fitted properly and my petrol has been wasted of more than 500 rupees.

                This is with the reference of my complaint. Yesterday advisor called me and was arguing with me that why I complaint in Bajaj. Due to improper service and more labour amount charged to me, advisor is not giving any proper feedback. Talking very rudely. Is there any Concern person who can provide me a proper Labour amount sheet recommended from a Branded Company Bajaj. I spoken with the Manager Mr. Girnare but he was unaware of my case. Also he was not answering properly when asked for the Labour charges. He requested for one day period to study the case but after that when I received call today, He explained the labour charges and got an answer that company do not provide any labour charge sheet to Authorised center. We decided on our own basis. But when asked for the solution he was straightly telling that you can do whatever you want but labour will not be deducted. Charges will be same. I do not want any answer from the Dealer I need proper feedback from a Company towards a genuine customer that is this charges are right.

                Sir I purches the v 15 after riding we fell it's seat are so problematical it's creating the pain in our back.

                    Sir/madam : i booked a bajaj platina through klm bajaj show room at ambattur, chennai on 20, july 2018. I payed the full amount as cash. Till today[protected] i didn't get the bike. Each and everytime i have to call and check. This evening i had lengthy conversation with the show room manger, who says the bike will delivered at evening time only. I am fed up with attitude of the show room employees. Very very bad experience.

                      Last month 24 june 2018, i had purchased bajaj ct 100 es model from pushpa bajaj husainganj road lucknow uttar pradesh. Same day of purchasing new bike they haven't provided me service booklet.. Told me sorry we don't have. Next day still i went there to get the same.. They again told me that they don't have.. Now it's almost one month of purchasing new bike i didn't get my registration certificate nd service booklet from showroom... This is type of customer service u bajaj provide to ur customer.. This was my first and last experience... Pushpa bajaj worst experience

                        I was taken loan for two wheeler for the tenure of 24 months between 08/10/2012 to 08/09/2014. L2WAUR01907995 is my loan agreement number. I was paid each and every installment on time. This loan is closed on 08/09/2014 but after the closure you deducted some money every year by my bank account by auto debit service. I contact to bank regarding this but they told me that they are not responsible for that & it happen due to bajaj auto didn't stop auto debit ECS system of my account. So I request to you please stop this auto debit system and refund me amount you deducted by my account from 2014 to 2018 every year.

                        on 26/04/2017 you deducted 99 Rs (Transfer to [protected]) by transaction P[protected]
                        on 25/04/2018 you deducted 117 Rs (Transfer to [protected]) by Transaction P[protected]
                        Detail statement attached with this mail also..

                        before 2017's debit detail I didn't available yet but will provide you whenever you need. So I request please refund me amount you deducted after 2014 against this service.

                          Hi i'm nagesh from haveri district i purchased avenger bike 1 month ago while delivering bike handle lock key is not working properly so i asked showroom people they said that after few days it will be work properly so i took the delivery of bike after 15 days handle lock key is not working properly so i visited showroom they said that handle lock key is not our problem u have to repair it from key makers due to key problem i'm not able to take my bike out this is the worst service i had with ur showroom guys continuously i'm visiting showroom bt they are not responding us please take up this matter as urgency n do the needful.

                            Recently i have given my pulsar 150 dtsi bike to vst bajaj rajajinagar for fork & cone set related issues & they have confirmed due to fork oil getting sound & they have replaced fork oil & con set as well. After replacing within 30 km my bike handle got stuck & again i went same service centre & complained about that. But they are said there is miss match while fixing con set & they replaced con set again. Unfortunately after again i am facing same issue & they told there is bend in fork & they are asked me to come again for service centre, i went & they have done the same & within 60 km again i am facing same issue & middle of somewhere handle got stuck & i have struggled a lot. But again they asked me to come & this time they changed the technician in service centre for rectifying & he replaced t stem, spring some material (They charged rs 3500/- i have bill for everything) after this again problem is repeated & now they are saying chassis need to replace & not responding properly if i log the call also. (Call reference number isr-389226) they have wrong handled my bike & it leads major issue now.
                            This is not the way to handle a genuine customer & felt very bad impression on them.
                            More over i come to know vst bajaj is shutting down in another few days/month & there is no experienced technician.
                            Please respond me immediately & resolve my issue as soon as possible, planned to put this issue in consumer care forum.

                              I am onwer of pulsar as 150.
                              I came at rajkot rajshree bajaj service center 1 month ago for not function of disc brake. They told me that there is no spare parts, so we will inform you when it come. But more than month have been passed, still there is no spare parts and response from them. Now, my front disc brake is not working. How can i ride my bike without brake. And there is no solution too. So, there is so much risk involved in riding in such condition (Completely depended on rear brake which is not so powerful). Please arrange spare parts as soon as possible in rajkot rajshree service center, gondal road, rajkot.

                                I mr. Shelton george lan # l2akol05928010 purchased a bajaj ct100 bike which emi cheque had bounced on july 3rd and since then i've been called and harassed around 8-10 times per day.

                                My worst experience was today when i was called by a rep named chotka lgpa ph #[protected]. He was very very rude and harassed and threatened me, he also repeatedly kept saying that he is sending goons like (Asgar ali) from topsia to my house to drag me out and thrash me.

                                All i need to know, is it legal for these guys to harass and threaten peoole in this manner, do they have the right to abuse customers to this extent? Isn't there any law for this or won't they be charging late penalties for a delayed payment?

                                Though i am closing all future ties with bajaj but need to know if this will stop as i am not the only one facing this but not everyone complains.

                                It is just because of this uncultured and uncivilized representative chotka that i am breaking all relations with bajaj.

                                Somebody please help..

                                  This is venkat sudheer reddy from hyderabad.

                                  Yesterday i gave my bike (Pulsar 160 ns) for 2nd service in sri vinayaka mobikes pvt ltd secunderabad. After the service, i got a lot of problems with my bike.

                                  1. They broke my bikes kickstart lever
                                  2. Indicators not working well
                                  3. The bike is not able to pick up the speed as it used to do earlier
                                  4. Breaks are also not working well
                                  5. I'm not sure whether they change the oil or not but charged 684 rupees

                                  When i spoke about these issues with them they misbehaved with me and blamed me for the issues. Their service is completely irresponsible. They told i had broken the kickstart lever which was jammed when i gave to service and even i showed them.

                                  The bike was very before the service, but now they completely destroyed it.

                                  Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Below are slips of bike service details.

                                  I gave my pulsar220F for Bodyshop at Bhiwandi Salasar Bajaj service center but the behaviour of there Manager is very rude and they asking extra tax of 2.5% if swipe my credit card for payment i request you to take stick action against the service center

                                    As per today i have appointment bajaj service center borivali east my bike no. Mh47U5104 & i have contract for 1 years in that 1 service i get

                                    In appointment today person tell tomorrow delivered bike that's a no way for mumbai busiestsuburb city

                                    Person tell any quiry pls call amit manager borivali east mob.no. [protected] but at morning no attained the call to customer

                                    Please cancel my 1 year service contract and refund me the same

                                      Dear sir i am amrik singh from rajpura distt. Patiala punjab 140401. My bike number is pb 11ce2180. Platina 100. I bought bike mehar auto from rajpura. Sir i did the service of the bike in march 18th 2018. The bike which was bad was not fixed. Please help me! Mileage has also been greatly reduced since the 3rd service. I've been at least 10 times but my bike problems still, but my bike was not well. I'm just bothered! And have done compliant many times but, there is no help available to me there. Bike engine was opened. There is a lot of problems since then. Now there is a problem in problem, like stop mileage, shut off, start up too hard, do not work clutch properly, do not work break lights properly, in the waiting room of the service center, the whole day was kept sitting in the evening and the bike was returned without checking anything, while the people who came in after me had corrected the bike. Asked at the time that there are no spairparts at this time. If there were no parts, then what did it mean to stop the whole day? This has not happened to me a lot like this once. Dirty noise of front light cover, bike breaks leather to much dirty noise, i am shocked by the last few months my platina bike 11000 km done. But mileage nothing... Approximately 45km/l. I am shocked! All problems concerning the manager contact no. [protected]. But not solve. We know you will definitely help us. Please help me. Please help me. I will be grateful.
