Bewakoof Brands — product not received

I had ordered 2 product from bewakoff, i track the status of the shipment from the status the product reached the final courier on 30th october 2019 one of the product was delivered on 2th november and the other product is still now the other product is not yet delivered, i have done the payment with prepaid, i have waited the other product to be delivered till now it was not delivered. If you can solve my problem i will be thankful

Even though I retrun that I was ordering a tshirt, I did not receive a refund and some of his company did not give me any reply and even though I returned the tshirt, I did not get my refund.Please provide me with my Refund Order ID30973260 this my order id for bewakoof.com please help me. and my order stutes cancel i alreday picked my order
