Bewakoof.com — regarding quality issue, return and refund | |||||
I purchased tshirt from bewakoof.com and the print faded after 1st machine wash. I raised a complaint to bewakoof.com but i did not got any satisfactory response. The pickup executive arrived for pickup but denied for pickup. Later i mailed the bewakoof team regarding this and got a revert that pickup will done once again and refund will be initiated in bewakoof wallet. But i don't want refund in bewakoof wallet as i won't be shopping from bewakoof again. I want refund in cash and they are denying for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Wrong address
As this is related to bewkoof, i have ordered something and it was not delivered in time so I cancelled that product and mailed them about my refund and its been more than a week and i haven't received my refund and neither they are replying to my mails now.
