[Resolved] Bewakoof — item not delivered and money is also not refunded | |
I ordered two t - shirts from bewakoof on 16th september2019 and the estimated delivery date was 23re september2019. The items have not been delivered yet and they are also not providing any update regarding this. I have mailed them thrice but they are not replying properly. There is also no option to cancel the orders after the items are shipped. They are not taking any action to solve this issue. I want my money back as soon as possible. They picked up my t-shirt 10 days ago but did not refund my money. Infact, I did not see any updates information about the project. I have placed so many queries through email still not get any reply about that.
