Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl operator portal receiving twice for the same bill

I paid my bill thru paytm for rs 452 for landline phone no.[protected] (A/c no.[protected]). I was on continued rail tour and was keen to pay the bill on time. I therefore paid the same bill again as i did not get receipt from bsnl and it was still showing on paytm. Finding debited two times for the same bill, when contacted, paytm advised me to deal with my operator as it wrongly accepted payments twice vide references 5f1f82f019f611e8b5966dad2530e8e15f1 and c6c1e0b01a0a11e8b5966dad2530e8e1c6c. Therefore, rs.452 needs to be credited back to my paytm wallet, mobile no.[protected] by bsnl.

I had surrender my connection last august 2017
But still refund amount processed.
I had paid all my dues before the connection
even the last ten days amount also paid
So please process deposit refund ASAP
