Dear sir, i am to inform you that today at about 7pm near Adambakkam i lost my Nokia mobile phone with prepaid BSNL SIM number [protected] bought at Tuticorin .

I kindly request you to deactivate the above mobile number immediately.I also request you to issue me a duplicate SIM card.

My land line[protected] is having a typical problem which never gets rectified completely. It is having a cracking sound which is so intense that no voice can be heard at the time of calling.
Every time i get my complain register at 198 the next day the complain is shown as solved without any marked improvement of the problem.

Now the problem of cracking sound is so intense that it has almost become unuseable.
A fast and permanent rectification of the problem is solicated

It is bring to your kind notice that the broadband belong to telephone no. 26602139 at tailors road postal staff quarters (B3) for the last one month. Many complain were lodged online and physically but every day some TTA is coming and checking and going without giving any complains report. The line connection is blinking for while for two minutes and loosing a connection after wards. one of the TTA's suggested that the cable have fault and cable needs replacement till that time he suggest to take a new FTTH connection. It was also said that there was heavy usage in the last month but it is to clarify that last month also we could use only couple of times since the connection was not in order. we have been facing this problem ever since we have taken the connection. There appear to be a serious problem with the line. In this connection you are requested to take up necessary action to rectify the connection and in the case of non rectification kindly close the connection permanently and refund the deposit at the earliest. This issue was personally discussed with the SDE Smt. Vasugi so many times but off no use. Please treat this as urgent.

This is regarding payment issue that i faced for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (Je), (Esrtwhile tta).
My registeration id: 1190438.

While registering, i paid the fee first using sbi net banking, the transaction was successful but the registration was not success.

After logging in again, i was taken to the payment page and i paid the amount through icici bank and the transaction got successful.
But i m not sure what happened to the first transaction, and i have ended up paying twice.

So i request to take necessary action and to refund the extra 1000 that have been deducted

Want bb line working as per plan we complaining this from more then 2 years, there should rebate on every month bill untill line issue are fixed and speed work as per plan, when we not getting the actual plan service no mean of paying monthly rent for kbps speed what we getting and most of time montly bb will be dead for 5 to 10 day's most of the time.

I have provided telephone disconnection for the above numbers in the month of april2016. But so far disconnection is not done but they are debiting phone bills every motnh through ECS. I asked my bankers to stop the auto debit facility.even then it is getting debited. I do not know what to do. Incoming calls barred from december 2015. I requested senior officers cc and bsnl office bihar sharif nalanda bihar about hundred times to start incoming calls but result zero. They are throwing each other. Due to barred incoming calls facing a lot of problems so kindly start incoming calls urgently

I submitted all the proofs required, but yet it is not activated, this is fourth day
being a largest tele networking service this not fair for you even remaining networks activates in hours but u take days and weeks to activate, did i have to do anything to activate therre is no complaint in bsnl portal too, how could we have to reach you, guys if any o[censored] know the solution to resolve this please send it

I mr siju viswam am an ex service man and presently working at dubai. I have a bsnl land line no [protected] with internet borad band connection. For a past few days, my land line got damaged and problem with internet also. My wife went 4-5 time in bsnl sasthamkotta office and registered complaint for the same. But till date no action has been taken. Mostly the internet is using by peoples like me living aborad is to talk with family.In view of the above you are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

This is regarding payment issue that i am facing for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (je), (esrtwhile tta).

My register number is 1073493.
The application fee for this post is rs.[protected] including the service charge).
While registration i paid the fee using my netbanking site and my account was debited with rs.1000+service charge. but still in the site it is showing (attached image) that i have not paid the fee. neither i got the mail from the payment gateway for the fee payment.

I lost my rs 1019 rs.

So i request to take necessary action to accept my fee in the applicant site or suggest me about the refund and should i pay again.

Rs 80/- per two days on 22nd and 24th july 2016 (total rs 160/-) deducted directly from ph no [protected], owned by n. shamughan
Complaint submitted at bsnl office sasthamcotta, but no action taken on it.
You are requested to look into the complaint. contacted with customer care before submitting the complaint, according to them the amount was withdrawn after isd call from this number, but they could not trace and handover the number.
No isd call was made in this phone as their argument. steps may kindly be taken to refund the wrongly withdrawn amount rs 160/-.

I have deposited rs.2000/- in year 2003 for a landline connection but up to till time it is not given to me. On 08.01.2016 i have given a letter with original demand note for returning amount of security then my file is going from kankarbagh to rajendra nagar bsnl office after taken our bank account details for refunding.

to deactivate/cancel my hungama service plan. But there is no response till now. My phone no./service id is "do22741727". Since I did not use the plan, kindly refund the amount already paid by me inadvertently and deactivate my hungama plan immediately.
