Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — issue regarding repairing of telephone and broadband.

I have booked my complaint through bsnl customer service and they provide me complain number [protected] and assured me to repair it in 48 hours but no have came to repair it. After 48 hours i again called them and they put my complaint on escalate mode. But still no has came. It always happen that bsnl employees take at least a week to resolve issue.
I hope they will realize my problem sooner and fix it asap.

My landline no.[protected], i have surrender my landline telephone on01/06/2017, my security deposit not yet received refund so plz.Make my refund on my residence address as given in your bills, noe it has over 12months period, i hope you will send refund without any delay.

Sir, i depodit Rs. 756/- against landline no.[protected]. amount debited in a/c through on line payment, but receipt not received. ( details :- M/portalbsnl. dt.[protected]at :- 10:53:33. its first i also payment on 21/07/2018, but receipt not received. pl. solved my problem.

as above i reported the complain to bsnl, for not received the landline bill payment receipt. pl. solved my problem. thanku

I had submitted my request for disconnection of Landline No.[protected] along with instruments on 06.05.2018. However, my line not yet disconnected, I am still being billed every month and also not received the refund of my security deposit. My complaint is to refund security deposit and bill collected for the month of May, June and July.
