I ordered vegetables & milk during lockdown time Rs 353.13 yesterday evening (05/30/21) with my wife name Rekha Anandh and mobile number [protected]. They provided only two option in delivery address. I thought They must calll we can collect the our order from dM,
liver person. But today I dont know what time they delivered. But i got message "delayed due to operational issue" today(05/31/21) at 6.25 am. I started check with their concern team first two peoples they said sorry and we do refund. Third time i calles to confirm. He said by chat which address you provided we delivered he order messaged you register mobile. After that I went directly to the flat checked wih security he confirmed me no we not collected any delivery from daily Bb like veg& milk.
Provided address from my end is 6316, No NEW VANAVIL FLAT AYYAPAKKAM CHENNAI 600077. but I am staying next to the flat address 6316, TNHB, AYYAPAKKAM CHENNAI- 600077.
I have informed my friend who staying in the same flat to double order received. Je also said no not yet received.
*I was expected they do call my number Not done
* which delivery message we got at 6.25 am ITS ABOUT DELAYED DUE TO OPERATIONAL ISSUE.
* They commiited to refund my amount but fially confirmed me That Not our mistake concern address delivery repeatedly...
*Its hurt us due to this Pandamic situation no basic food items not available. F
We arw in full lockdown.
* I agree they have more demand and hard job to deliver. But like this happen peoples must suffered. Please take proper action on them. I am ready share mesg we received and chat details
