This is my Order ID: DX-MHFO[protected], where the expected time that BB promised to deliver the order is between 3pm - 5pm. But where as getting no response from their back end team regarding the status of delivery.

    Hi,

    My name is Lokesh and my number is [protected].

    I placed an order on big basket to get delivered on the 01st Aug 2021 between 07 pm to 10 pm.

    The time was changed couple of times.

    My wife is pregnant and I am in hospital and my first child who is 6 years of age changed the delivery time unintentionally.

    I called the customer support and no help.

    This is the last time I am ordering from [censored]ing big basket.

    My child is hungary and I have no food

    I accept my fault
    I can pay extra
    But why always no

    Please get my stuff by tmrw my child is starving.

      I had ordered bbroyal brand brown sugar from bbdaily.
      I found its coloured white sugar, felt cheated, when I raised it to bbdaily customer care..first they said we do quality check, you should raise issue in 48 hours, after another follow up they refunded amount without any question.

      I was npt looking for refund but complete check about product quality. I used to order monthly grocery frombbdaily app however now after this incident, I will be stopping to order any grocery from bbdaily.

      It is serious quality issue, I dont think its one packet problem 😕

        We have ordered bb - royal organic brown sugar (5kg pack).We have realized that brown sugar was fake and colored.Hence i had raised a complaint and asked for a original replacement of this fake royal organic brown sugar (5kg pack).but still they had provided same fake product. this is something equals to cheating sorry this is exactly cheating. I had paid such a high amount to buy a quality product and the consumers are kids i dont want to spoil my kids by providing such a adulterated product. this might look funny but you're actually spoiling the health of young india. We want to run complete legal procedure to happen so that the responsible unit (Person/ organization) should be punished.
        As a citizen of india .the company like big basket is also started compromising with the health of citizens including kids and senior citizens. could not let any company to earn profit in the cost of humans life.

          I took bigbasket daily service on 17/07/2021 the person who came to explain the services gave wrong coupon code for subscription and is not picking up the call after that, on complaining the same to bigbasket daily customer care they are UNABLE TO FIND SOLUTION SINCE LAST 3 DAYS. I asked to cancel the subscription and send the money back to the source which I have in wallet they didn't do that and deducted the amount from the wallet balance for the order WHICH I HAVE NOT PLACED. BIGBASKET DAILY is refusing to deliver the products on daily basis and SURLY UNABLE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER ON RAISING THE COMPLAINT

                  Yesterday night i paused milk subscription from 10th July' 2021 to 18th July' 2021 between 7 to 8 pm in evening. Dont remember exact time as there are better things to do. Today when i received milk in the morning then rather than accepting their mistake they are saying because it was done after 10. but i have been telling that i did it early as i sleep early. Their app always has some issues or the other. their milk deliveries are never on time. i shared the screenshot as well to their support team which is showing in my app that from 10 to 18 it is paused. still the team is not ready to accept. i understand they are bound by what app is showing them, but there might be technical glitch. why will the customer lie, that too long time customer who has been ordering since years now. on top of that all their executives are always too lazy to reply. imagine me talking to 4 executives to get this sorted but still no resolution. eventually i had to delete all subscriptions.

                    I placed an order on tuesday which included white eggs. They were delivered on thursday on time safely but today i boiled two of them, they got cracked in the vessel and while having I was feeling like I'm having plastic eggs. Here I'm highlighting the quality of eggs which was worst i ever had.

                      I have placed an Order ID: BNOO[protected]. Order Placed on : Sun 18 Apr 2021, 06:06 pm and Payment was also done through PhonePe and it was successful. We got the delivery today on 21st April at 7AM however the delivery agent is asking for full payment and says the payment is not done. I have checked my Account statement and amount 1804.46 got deducted from my account. The PhonePe app also shows the transaction was successful.

                      Bigbasket mentioned that the refund of 1806 will be initiated and with 7 days. But i have to make payment for the deliverables. So i did another payment on 21st April of 1836. I got confirmation from Big Basket that they have received the amount.

                      I called BigBasket after few days and they confirmed that refund was initiated on 24 April.

                      Now it's 29th June 2021 and I'm still waiting for the refund. I have been following up by Big Basket and Standard Chartered Bank for last 2 months. But as results nothing happened.
                      I have plenty of emails and their acknowledgement as proof. If you can help. That will be really great.

                        While checkout it is asking to fund bbwallet which shows as -4
                        How it has become negative when I ordered once only via Sodexo
                        It is not alowing to order without paying 4 rupees to the bbwallet
                        This is complete fraud

                            Iam a resident of flat no:430  of sls signature apartment located in kadubeesanahalli bangalore -560103. bigbasket instant has been installed in sls signature  apartment from past more than one n half year till date (26/06/2021)
                            I would like to bring your to honourable notice, that bb instant is doing business in sls signature apartment without any permission from any legal association.

                            I have sent repeatedly send emails to the bigbasket team and i havent recieved any response this illegal activity carried out by bigbasket company.

                            Due to this activity, bescom along with police are visiting sls signature apartment frequently.

                            Sls is a residence complex, to carry out commerical activity of bb instant  and bigbasket is utilising the our common area.

                            As iam  owner of one the flat. Kindly provide me information for the following from bigbasket.
                            1. What agreement or contract who have entered for installing bigbasket instant vending machine in our apartment complex?
                            2. Who has given permission for installation?

                            For your kind information, there is no recognized association as per law in sls signature apartment. please kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

                              On 15 june, 21 i had placed order and did its payment through paytm its been a week andi haven’t got money . When I contacted the customer service they told that money would be credited within 7 days and till now it hasn’t happened and they told me the transaction didn’t happen from their side but money debited still .
                              Very poor service and it was not a small amt for groceries it was ₹1035
                              And they are not at all helpful
                              I want my money back 😡😡

                                I ordered 3 kg mangoes on Bigbasket on June 15. I received an order modification mail from Big basket on June 16 morning ~1.30 hours before order delivery. It was mentioned that the mango weight is 3.36kg instead of 3kg and for that, they are charging ~51 Rs for the extra .36 kg which would have been found during the packaging. After receiving the order I was told they updated me that the mangoes are only 2 boxes i.e. 2 kgs, not 3 boxes and I will be refunded accordingly. I received a refund for that 1 box based on the exact 1kg. However, I have the following 2 questions:
                                1. If they do not have a sufficient quantity of the item it should have been known by the time of order packaging itself means when the order modification mail goes to the customer that should highlight this point as well since it's just 1 hour before the delivery.

                                2. I got a refund based on the exact 1 kg while I was charged extra for .36 based on 3.36 kg. Ideally, I should be charged based on 2.xx kg of order and refund also should be in the form of 1.xx kg.

                                So, even the refund amount is quite minimal I believe this is cheating a fellow customer either deliberately as part of a scam or some issue in their processing style. But, crores of customers are cheating in this manner and Big basket should correct that.

                                  Attractive (300/-) high discounts are advertised for use of Deusche Bank debit cards. So you are encouraged to fill basket with 1500/- worth of goods. However on check out the payment fails, but order is accepted, without the discount. This voucher cannot be redeemed later. Thus you are forced to pay full price without the discount. Moreover if you cancel the order then any amount paid is credited to the BigBasket wallet and not to your original mode of payment. Thus you are forced to buy from them again to redeem your own money.

                                      This happened in Hyderabad. I've ordered vegetables, groceries and drinks from bigbasket. I've been delivered the products on 26th May 2021. While consuming Thumbs-up I've observed the mfg. Date as 24th Jan 2021. It is best before 4months and so, expired on 24th May 2021. That means they've deliberately delivered the expired drinks to us.
                                      If they could dare to deliver the expired product which is having the dates printed on it, then it is very easy for them to betray the consumers by delivering the expired products which are no t having dates on it.

                                        I paid via wallet to bigbasket.
                                        Money got debited from my wallet and bank.
                                        The wallet even gave me a cashback for the transaction.
                                        Still, Bigbasket claimed they couldn't capture the transaction.
                                        Enquired with the bank and wallet customer service. They reported that Bigbasket got credited with the same amount.

                                        Send bigbasket screenshot of wallet invoice and bank debit details. They weren't convinced.
