I placed the order on July 8 2022. and the order is to be delivered on July 9 2022. but as of July 11 the order is not delivered but the app show the order is completed and when I tried to complain it they didn't response to the mail or call.....

The delivery agent said I would get the refund amount in my wallet but I did not get it. I am unable to reach the customer service on the big basket app. Please send me the refund....

Multiple payment received for order[protected] and refund promised to reach my bank within 24 hours as intimated by bigbasket vide sms on 2nd july, 22.
The amount is not yet credited to my MASTERCARD account.

I also face payment problems eachtime I buy things from the store unlike in Geomart or amazon where it is quite smooth and hasselfree.

While checkout it is asking to fund bbwallet which shows as -33 rs.
How it has become negative when I ordered once only and paid the said amount completely via UPI.
It is not alowing to order without paying 33 rupees to the bbwallet
This is complete fraud....

In website, they mentioned as on orders over Rs.1299, they will send free products. I placed order of Rs.1392, but not provided any free gifts.

I placed an order: NJMHDO[protected] on 19th June, delivery date shown as next day i.e., 20th. But till 21st not delivered and status updated as Order Complete. I searched for local big basket contact number and called and he said, we have some issues and money will be refunded. I used big basket wallet as my payment method and till today money was not refunded and no further update was provided to me via sms/mail.

When I ordered parwal from bb basket. Its cost was 31 after that I retured that parwals as they were not fresh. After that thry credited only 24 rupees and didn't gave 7 rupees for the reason of variable Weight which wasn't correct. Then I used that money in buying something. After that they debited 11 rupees without any perfect/correct reason. And When I am going to order something it is showing to pay 11 rupees along with the product price....

On 13th June I placed an order of Rs1759 to Jugipara lane, Chinsurah. Order id-NJMKLO[protected]. The delivery date was showing was 16th June. On 16th June the delivery was postponed to 17th june and no luck on that day as well. On 18th June got a call from big basket executive that due to some technical issues they wont be able to process the order so I must go ahead and cancel the order which I did on that day itself. This happened multiple times, many time we got spoiled breads and other food items and today got spoiled eggs.
When we boiled its colour changed to PINK.
When I complain this to Big basket they say will refund the money. What will happen if they refund the money .

I have placed an order on 8th June 2022 and the expected delivery will be on 9th June but it postponed to 10th, 12th, 13th and 14th of June.

Today s 16th June still my order was not Delivered and they have Updated the status as Complete in app.
when i call to customer service they are not giving proper response and simply saying "You will get a call back in 15 minutes" but i didn't get any call till now.

BB Complaint Ticket No:[protected]

Q1. Ordered Mango 2Kg, received in 2 packets ; returned one packet (poor Quality), total amount deducted for 2kg = 192.72/-; but refund is just 88 rs ?? Please correctly refund half price of selling price 96.4 Rs.

Q2 Fruits and Veggies items are always BILLED overweight..
Never recd these as ordered quantity .
Also now sending fruits/veggies in loose bags many...

I had ordered vegetables in big basket on 11June2022 and payment also done.. The amount got deducted from my account also. It was supposed to delivered on 12june morning slot. Till now no body did. I ordered whiskas cat food from big basket 11 jun /2022 they started showing item delivered on their app on 12/2022, 07:04 pm I didn't got the item customer care making excuses like I'm not comfortable with hindi i tried to call customer care but they will not answer and will put you on hold for 1 hour then you'll just give up....
