I made an online transaction to apply for an examo online with upi through billdesk. The payment was unsuccessful but the transaction is processed and the amoung is debited from my account.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    As I can see across various submitted complaints, students are trying to pay their IIM CAT forms through UPI bill desk but the payment is failing even though the amount is getting deducted from their bank account.

    I faced the same issue when I tried to submit my CAT form and tried paying through GPay an amount of Rs. 2000 on 3rd Sep at 12:18AM. The amount was deducted from my bank account but never reached the IIM account due to which my form could not be submitted. I am attaching the receipt as a proof and request you to credit Rs. 2000 back to my account without delay.

    Not yet. Still waiting for a resolution and amount to be credited back. Seems like many people are facing this issue since last many days on CAT website.

    Did you try contacting the bank? I couldn't as it was already after 5p.m.

    Did you receive any response mail from the helpdesk? Even i contacted them through mail but i didn't receive any response mail from their side and neither my application form status is updated.
    Hi everyone, I wrote to the email address [protected]@billdesk.com regarding this and I received a response stating that the payment has been settled with the merchant.
    My application also got submitted successfully. You too can try this. Thankyou :)

                  CAT 2020 Registration fee: 2000
                  Date and time: 2 Sept 2020, 7:26 PM
                  Payment through Google Pay UPI
                  The transaction was successful in Google Pay and the amount debited from my account, but on the CAT website, it is showing transaction unsuccessful.

                  Please revert my money back as soon as possible, so that I can try to register again.

                    I had applied for loan through scb bank which was later cancelled. Got confirmation from scb bank as well for cancellation. But billdesk is still sending "fraudulent loan e-mndate registration" mails to me so i can click on that link to set up auto debit emi's.
                    I have requested billdesk customer support to stop these requests, but seems they are still trying to use my saving bank account to pull money out of my account.
                    I can clearly see that link redirects to payment gateway where my saving bank account & amount is already mentioned. Bill desk stores such data even after the cancellation leaving chances to online fraudulent behaviour.

                      On 31st august, i had made a payment of rs. 39, 651 for my electricity bill, to dhbvn.

                      The amount got deducted immediately, however i was shown a message that my transaction has failed, and my biller has not received the payment.

                      What kind of a service is this? They do not even have a customer care set up.

                            request for a refund : transaction failure and money deducted

                            On 23.06.2020, i filled a online form of ptet2020 and paid rs.500/- from my debit card through billdesk payment gateway.
                            After paying, i paid and got the message "maintenance activity is currently in progress, please try after some time". But meantime my money has already been deducted from my account.

                                I made a payment of rs. 1033.10 through billdesk gateway towards my png bill to igl for rs. 1033.19 on 31 august 2020 at 3:48 pm.

                                My icici account has been debited but the payment has not been credited to igl and it shows an "error".
