I have done payment from SELF Hdfc UPI to Tata Sky Hdfc UPI account they said they haven't received the payment where my bank confirms payment is given to them.

This is so horrible experience with the first day of Tata Sky.
I took new connection and after installation of DTH, I paid through quick recharge and when I approached customer care executive they said payment is not yet done.
Looking at the UPI transaction it says clearly paid to “tatasky.[protected]@hdfcbank”.
And the payment has been received by Tata Sky Com.

Now the customer care executive says it will take 3 days to activate the account.
Else make payment again. I seriously don’t understand why the customer is being harassed like this if they have to provide connection they will call multiple time to take new connection.
I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

I recharge my account using my jio app using upi through reliancejioinfocomm [protected]@hdfcbank and money is deducted but recharge is not done.my ref.No[protected]

I'm recharging Tata sky DTH but worngly payment to Tata sky com(billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) this address so I am very very sorry. Please sir help me and refund my money this transaction two time wrongly pay you.

I recharged my Tata Sky id at RS 300 through net banking but still I didn't get any confirmation message from Tata sky so please refund my money or recharge my Tata Sky id

i made a tata sky rechrage my google pay account through billdesk hdfc bank amount of 210 rupees,
but amount debited but not reflect in my dth recharge portal. i attached the screen shot image
please rectify the issue and return my amount.
same day i have 2 issues in same portal

Maine tata sky box ko recharge kiya mera registered no.[protected] hai. Lekin payment ho gyi lekin mere tata sky box mein paise show nhi kr rhi hai..Plz solve my problem..
