This is to bring your kind attention that i was recently applying for gramin dak sevak on indian post. I have already made the payment of rs.100 from my paytm payments bank debit card bearing no-[protected]. Now there was a problem that the money was deducted from my account but the transaction became unsuccessful.

I would be very grateful to you if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest.

    Timing 11.54 a.m
    .Attached is the screenshot for the same
    However the amout of rs- 10230/- has been deduted but its not credited to my insurance accout.
    Request you to refund the respective amount as soon as possible.

        The amount 10, 230 has been deducted from my account and paytm status is showing transaction successfully but my policy has still not been renewed

          Hello,

          I have tried contacting BillDesk customer care multiple times, but I still haven't received any reply.

          On 27th of February, I tried to pay for Spotify Premium using UPI. I got the request, and the transaction was successful. But the subscription wasn't activated, and I got a payment failed error. I did it once again hoping that the previous amount would be credited back, but I received another payment failed error. I had to use another payment method to get it to activate.

          It has been 15 days, and I still haven't received back the money, nor have I gotten any response from their team. I have attached screenshots below. I request them to credit the money back to my account.

          Total amount: Rs.66 + Rs.66= Rs.132.

            I have done payment from SELF Hdfc UPI to Tata Sky Hdfc UPI account they said they haven't received the payment where my bank confirms payment is given to them.

            This is so horrible experience with the first day of Tata Sky.
            I took new connection and after installation of DTH, I paid through quick recharge and when I approached customer care executive they said payment is not yet done.
            Looking at the UPI transaction it says clearly paid to “tatasky.[protected]@hdfcbank”.
            And the payment has been received by Tata Sky Com.

            Now the customer care executive says it will take 3 days to activate the account.
            Else make payment again. I seriously don’t understand why the customer is being harassed like this if they have to provide connection they will call multiple time to take new connection.
            I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

                I recently made a recharge for airtel prepaid using google pay, on 10 march 2019 around 6:40 pm. Amount was deducted from my account but till now amount has not been recharged from my mobile service provider.

                          I had processed payment rupees 8798.62 from my icici netbanking account dated today towards payment of my lic policy number[protected].

                          The amount 8798.62 has been debited from my account but transaction status showing fatal error.

                            Hello bill desk team,

                            I want to raise a concern regarding the amount of rs 34983.56 paid via bill desk on 2nd mar'19 at 16:41 pm to clear rbl bank credit card bill.

                            Though the amount is debited from icici bank saving account but transaction showing an error and it was not credited to rbl bank credit card.

                            Could you please check about this as it is already confirmed from icici bank and they told me that transaction is succesful at their end

                            On the other hand, i am also in touch with rbl bank to check the same.

                            Kindly take the issue on priority and do the needful.

                                    I had the paid the payment through google pay, at the time money already deducted from my bank account but not received by mgvcl. Many time i had complaint against bharat bill pay regarding refund but still refund not received.
