Billdesk — transaction failure need refund Dear, Sir, mam, I subham mallick done a transaction with debit card visa, of canara bank I have done a transaction on 07 may 2019 of rupee 2000. For the purpose of bbmp tax payment (Aplication number r[protected]) but transaction was failed and rupees 2000 have been debited from my account. My trrack id (Qcnd[protected]]). Bill desk would not provide me the money. Has i see it is one type of scam. I have attached the email of respond from bill desk. Please sir look into this matter. I had made the payment of Rs.58750.00 to my hdfc credit through Bill desk on dated 4/5/2019 and the amount is deducted from bank .But is not reflecting in my hdfc credit account.Please check and update us
