While booking in Air India from Chennai to Delhi and return in AI 539 and AI 429 on 15th and 18th Feb 2017, two attempts failed but amount debited from my Indian bank account no[protected] in POS ID UTIS2124 dated 31.01.2017 for Rs.7, 546/- and Rs.12, 125/-, which was made through BillDesk Gateway. But no ticket was generated as Air India on verification over phone I was intimated that no booking has been made and was advised to book the ticket which was complied by me and was successful in the third attempt. But the amount in failed attempts has not been reversed till 10.02.2017.

    Yesterday on 09/02/2017 in morning I transferred fund Rs.5000.00 on line from my savings bank account (SBI) to motilal oswal securities. but during the process transaction failed shown on your page and incompleted. Amount was not transferred to motilal oswal and amount debited from my account.
    Transaction reference no. is HSBI[protected]IGAATOSYGO.
    Amount is still not credited in my bank account. So i request you to refund Rs.5000.00 as early as possible.

        Urgent request for help!

        I pay my bills via bill desk/ netbanking.

        However, this time, something went wrong and even though my bank account was debited, I didn't get any SMS (or email) from WBSEDCL. (West Bengal electricity board)

        WBSEDCL website showing that BILL NOT PAID.

        Transaction details - IPAY/ESHP/BD/[protected]/HIDB[protected]_WB

        WBSEDCL website is also not showing any receipt.

        Pls help! Urgent! Look forward to your immediate response.

          Through SBI net banking I made a payment of Rs.86, 998/- on 27.01.2017 and I got a message that the payment is success. Transaction ref. no.IB36080179.
          On verifying my card statement I could see the payment has not reached SBI cards even after a week.
          My account has been debited with the above amount. Two other payments made to SBI cards on 30.01.2017 through SBI net banking have been paid successfully to them. SBI net banking payments are done through Billdesk.
          As the amount involved is substantial, please arrange to pay SBI cards immediately or refund the amount my account.
          Urgent action please. Pl advise me the development to my e mail:

The money was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order did not get complete.                         I was making payment to Pizzhut using PAYTM wallet. Payment was made halfway, it got processed via BILLDESKnut but before it reaches to PIZZAHUT transaction failed.
                        BILLDESKnut Orde #HPT[protected]

                        Now, when i raise the issue to Paytm, they are saying that "transaction against the order id: HPT[protected] is still showing successful and there is no refund initiated yet. We would suggest you to get in touch with BILLDESKnut against the same concern and get the consent email of initiating the refund against the order id: HPT[protected]."

                                  We had paid our electricity bills and the division code has been changed and we have doped a mail to transfer the amount to the respective division and still it not done.
                                  We have raised this issue and never got solution's.

                                        I made an online payment of rs.6220 (Excluding service charges) on 11th january, 2017 using sbi net banking to pay college fees on the website mentioned below. I didn't get any receipt as the page continued to show (Your transaction is being processed). I assumed that the payment had failed and i made the same payment, this time with my sbi debit card but this time too, the same thing happened. Later i realized that the money has been deducted twice (Rs.12, 539 in total) but when contacted, the college authority told me that they received no payment.                                         BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have paid my sbi credit card bill dated 09.01.2017 through sbi net banking and ammount of Rs. 6891.00 has been debited from my sbi bank account but the transaction was failed. Is the money credited to my sbi account.
