Today on 09/02/2017 i transferred Rs.5000 from my savings bank account (SBI) into Motilal Oswal Securities in the morning. Unfortunately during the process fund transfer failed shown on BillDesk page.Amount debited from my account but fund is not transferred to Motilal Oswal Securities.Transaction reference no. is HSBI[protected]IGAATOSYGO. Amount debited is Rs.5000.00
Still I have not refunded in my Bank Account.

    Urgent request for help!

    I pay my bills via bill desk/ netbanking.

    However, this time, something went wrong and even though my bank account was debited, I didn't get any SMS (or email) from WBSEDCL. (West Bengal electricity board)

    WBSEDCL website showing that BILL NOT PAID.

    Transaction details - IPAY/ESHP/BD/[protected]/HIDB[protected]_WB

    WBSEDCL website is also not showing any receipt.

    Pls help! Urgent! Look forward to your immediate response.

      Through SBI net banking I made a payment of Rs.86, 998/- on 27.01.2017 and I got a message that the payment is success. Transaction ref. no.IB36080179.
      On verifying my card statement I could see the payment has not reached SBI cards even after a week.
      My account has been debited with the above amount. Two other payments made to SBI cards on 30.01.2017 through SBI net banking have been paid successfully to them. SBI net banking payments are done through Billdesk.
      As the amount involved is substantial, please arrange to pay SBI cards immediately or refund the amount my account.
      Urgent action please. Pl advise me the development to my e mail:

                On 27th January i had ordered a lcd screen replacement for samsung galaxy core i8262 at Ebay.in and I made the payment through Paytm. The money was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order did not get complete. I was again redirected to Ebay payment page I had contacted Paytm regarding this and they said the transaction is showing successful from their side to BILLDESK.However the order did not get confirmed from Ebay's side.                     I was making payment to Pizzhut using PAYTM wallet. Payment was made halfway, it got processed via BILLDESKnut but before it reaches to PIZZAHUT transaction failed.

                    Now, when i raise the issue to Paytm, they are saying that "transaction against the order id: HPT[protected] is still showing successful and there is no refund initiated yet. We would suggest you to get in touch with BILLDESKnut against the same concern and get the consent email of initiating the refund against the order id: HPT[protected]."

                    Please help in here.

                              We had paid our electricity bills and the division code has been changed and we have doped a mail to transfer the amount to the respective division and still it not done.
                              We have raised this issue and never got solution's.
                              Can any one help in solving the problem or else suggest me for the further action.
                              I have spoke to one of the billing in charge by name Hethashi and i have not got any response from their end.

                                    I made an online payment of rs.6220 (Excluding service charges) on 11th january, 2017 using sbi net banking to pay college fees on the website mentioned below. I didn't get any receipt as the page continued to show (Your transaction is being processed).                                         On 12 Jan I paid my landline bsnl bill (Rs 1893) and recharge the bsnl prepaid no [protected] (Rs 446) the amount had debited from my account but I have not received recharge massage and land line bill status still showing dues. I paid using bsnl app.
                                        Pls clarify

                                        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        we have paid the electricity bills and the division has been changed and i spoke to one Ms. Heteshi and madam had promised she will do the needful but still now i have not got any updates and the contact numbers are not correct. So please kindly if anyone can help me to clear my bills or else if you can refund the amount.
