I have paid mobile bill through state bank buddy to idea amounting to rs 155/- vide tid no [protected] on 06/09/2016 against mobile phone no. [protected] but no reflection has yet been made from payee.

Another payment also through state bank buddy made for rs 171/- on 25/08/2016 vide tid no [protected] to idea wrongly against phone no [protected] instead of [protected]. Pl help

    My last date for credit card payment is on 5th September. I made my payment through bill desk on 1st September. It's not yet credited to my account(4 th September). Will I be charged for delay in credit card payment if it is not shown in my credit card account . It's very wrong if I charged for delay in my payment of credit card payment. Please explain.

      I was buying one new car policy from Bharti Axa general Insurance, while payment was made from my United Bank of India account through Net Banking, no receipt was generated and the amount was deducted from my account. in the next time while I pay again that transaction was successful and receipt generated. In many occation amount was deducted from account but transaction is not success ful, the amount automatically refunded within 5 days. But till date this payment not refunded, please refund it

              I have made 8 payments of 400 rs each totalling 3200 to tatasky for recharge on 13aug 2016 through mvisa of my sbi account and the money has been debitted from my bank account but i don't got any tatasky account recharge till now neither the amount is been reflected back to my bank account. I have made a complaint in tatasky for that but nothing hapenned till now, they have asked me for my bank statement which i have provided them but still they are not refunding my amount, the transaction reference/ cheque no is[protected].
              BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have tried to recharge my Tatasky account (RMN [protected]) through BHIM UPA app and as my Bank has informed "Rs 200 has been sent from your Corporation Bank account (xx9033) to undefined (billdeskpg.[protected]@icici) using BHIM. Refer txn history for further details".

              Samehere even i recharged through googple pay but the amount 389 rs was not shown anywhere and its still not been recharged and i want my cash to be refunded and if you want i can give you the payment details too
              I booked a tata sky for a new connection and didn't get any message regarding booking. I did a payment of Rs 1762 for HD connection. After 15 to 20 mins I got a call from Tata Sky that we are sending our man to your house for connection. we waited for a call for around 2 hours Again we call in customer care mobile number. And he says that with this number there is no registration. This is the main thing to think about if the number was not registered how they could contact us. After 2, 3 mins again one call comes this time lady speaks and she says Pinki Vanniyer you need a new connection. If the mobile number is not registered then how she knows the name. Then my cousin sister talks to her and she says that mam again we have registered with my name and number, the previous one is cancelled by your side which was registered with my father’s name and number. And this time we have done online transactions. My cousin sister tells her that mam we have given 85xxxxxxxx number for registration but we paid online with this number 95xxxxxxxx, then she says with this number [protected] we got payment. And she tells that with this number already connection is there since 2019. I clear her that only payment has been done with this number but we have filled in a form this number 85xxxxxxx. she checks and tells, there is no registration but I want to ask if there is no registration and how could you take the name for a new connection. there some of them are making intentionally a mess and creating such confusion. I have a transaction receipt. and I talked to the bank for my confirmation. They said the transaction has been done successfully. Now they are saying payment didn't reach to us when I asked for a refund.

                    I have made a payment to cesc on 22.08.16 from icici bank a/c through billdesk gateway against my cesc bill cust. id - [protected]. the bill amt. of rs.810.00 has been debited from my bank acct. on 22.08.16, (ref.-bil/[protected]/cesc bill rajib 74/cesc), but i did not received any payment confirmation from cesc or bill desk. my due date of payment to cesc was 23.08.16. kindly confirm whether payment is successful or not. if it is not successful then pls. refund the money in my acct. so that i can make the payment to cesc again today.

                        Usually monthly bills of bsnl paid by me online banking of icici bank by choosing payee bill desk on august 21, 2016 after pay instruction to bank though i received transaction alert as i quote "you have made an online payment of inr 795.0 with id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc from your account xxxxxxxx1363 on aug, 21, 2016 at 11:23 hours in case you have not made this transaction please call our customer care" unquote. Since i had made payment hence the following mail. I have sent mail to bill desk customer care also on same day regarding non receipt of payment and i did not get any reply from them. Hence consumer complaint through your forum.

                        I have made on line bill payment by icici bank of inr 795 id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc xxxxxxxx1363 on august 21, 2016 at 11:23 hours. But i have not received payment receipt either from bsnl or from you.
                        Please look into this matter and resolve the issue.

                          Sir i paid my pnb credit card payment with bill desk. A amount of rs15000 is debited from my obc bank account but i did not get bill desk receipt. The payment is made on 18 aug 2016. My mobile is [protected]. Email is [protected]@gmail.com. Please complete my transaction and send me receipt on my email. I also send one mail on your email but did not get any response yet. This first time it happened as my using bill desk for payment for the past three years. Please resolve my payment issue asap.                           I wanted to invest online for DSPBR MF by using Net Banking. Even after about 10 attempts I am getting the same transaction error.

                            Yesterday through bsnl portal with merchant gateway of billdesk i through netbanking of idbi carried out a recharge of 37 to extend the validity of my bsnl no. [protected].

                            The balance was quickly deducted but the billdesk showed error.

                            I have since written to billdesk but they have it seems turned a deaf year.

                            Either please reverse the payment or top up my phone for which the time is running out.
