My credit card was dispatched and was out for delivery. I didn't not get any message or call from blue dart's end and the courier was held at the center as the address is incomplete. I see that the address is correct. I tried to contact their customer support and it is not connecting although I have balance in my phone . I found some number on just dial and rang them. That person started asking me to Google pay him 3rs as the landmark was not updated and sent me a document where I had to mention my UPI pin.This is a horrible service I have ever experienced. It literally took hours from my day just to find a solution for this. I'm still unable to call the customer care. I don't understand why the call should be charged. Why can't it be toll free? And why is that nobody from blue dart even bothers enough to call the customer to check the address??

I have received a message from my bank saying that i courier has been dispatched for the shipment and the expected date was 26/nov/2019. I didn't receive any call or in person to the given address and now i am checking the status of my courier and its showing as c'nee shifted from the given address. Please assist and resend to the same/given address.

It is really disgusting with the blue dart service. Status showing as delivered then as consignee not available at the address. Whereas the courier delivery person has never came to my given address nor he tried to contact me even once to figure out the location. They are also like india post government works.

We were supposed to have a delivery by blue dart yesterday, 25th november and this was messaged to us. Our reference number is [protected].

We waited at home the whole time and did not receive any calls or communication with regards to our product. It has been wrongfully reported by the delivery person as ‘consignee unavailable’ despite us waiting for the delivery guy the whole time. I believe the delivery person did not even try to do the delivery and has wrongly updated the status to cover his own back.

Kindly take the necessary action and deliver my product as a matter o[censored]rgency.

I was waiting for my shipment to be delivered as quick as possible but instead of delivering, they said, "c'nee shifted from the given address".. My waybill number is-[protected].. I want my shipment to be delivered as soon as possible to my registered address...

Last two days I am booking courier but no one is coming for pickup and its urgent for delivery. I am unable to take permission for same things for several times. Request you to arrange pickup as soon as possible.

The service centre here does not pick up the phone. After continuous calls, they once picked up the phone. The representative was not aware that the shipment has alrdy arrived at the destination on sunday. I still haven't recieved the product by now.
The representative give false promises about the product getting delivered and then dont pick up phone

My order was supposed to be delivered on 23 nov. Today i got a text saying it will be delivered today. As it is a bank document, my office address is the delivery address, and no signs of delivery yet.
Tried calling your customer care number ‭[protected]‬ but looks like it is not in use.
Called the bank and they said the delivery executive will call me. However, i cannot wait in office all day long.
Expected better service from blue dart. Hoping for a quick resolution.

I got sms of receiving my consignment on 23rd nov 2019, i waited at home whole day expecting my shipment since it was an important.

Not received any update till night 10pm, hence i tried to track the delivery using awb number, there i found a shocking status "delivery cancelled due to unavailability of consignee"
Neither they called me on my contact number nor they reached my postal address...!!!

I had got message that i will get my courier on friday (22nd november) but still i did not get my courier on sunday (24th nov). That parcel was so important to me that i needed it to produce to my office on monday (25th nov).
When i tracked online, remark was: address is untraceable
I am using the same address since 28 yrs for receiving my certificates, appointment letter, pan card aadhar card etc... I am surprised by reading that remark in this technological era where google maps can help to find address. And in my address only if you type first word it shows the location. If bluedart cannot deliver then it should shut down it's courier services.
This is very serious matter.

The courier was containing confidential information and delivery took place without even calling the recipient. How they can compromise with such sensitive issue they don't even give the no. My credit card was dispatched by the ICICI bank but not delivered to me. This happened second time. It shows cosignee shifted. But I have not got even a single call from blue dart and my address is also not changed.

Team is of sc/st candidates or non matric one.
Why not any one is concerned on such rubbish delivery system?
One year before and today same methodology follwed by blue dart.
Every one must oppose such delivery system.
I was waiting for important document but they will show false information again and again.

My urgent courier is with Blue Dart but delivery person not visited my address and submit a remark consignee not available yesterday the team member submit a remark place is lock but I was available there from early morning to night know one person is visited there, I am regularly reschedule this consignment but they are not delivered the same . I think this team habit is submit fake commitment . Totally worst service from blue dart.

I request you to all member's please do not use Blue Dart service this is totally fake.

Dear sir,
A domestic used fridge was booked through blue dart haridwar vide no. [protected] on 14th nov. 2019 to greater noida (West) pin-201009 to the c/nor mr. Tarun rohilla, gaur city-2. 16th avenue, flat no. 20080, tower – k, greater noida west - 201009, and delivery schedule was shown 18.11.2019.
To my utter surprise it is still lying with noida office till today and inspite of constant follow up with mr. Rawat of haridwar branch and incharge noida branch, the delivery could not be materialized.
This is the real picture of world famed blue dart, what to say of small courier companies. The things have gone to worst and such type of dealing is never expected from blue dart
Company.
Please look into it and advise to impose suitable fine for the delayed delivery in lieu of harassment of the customer.
An early response is desired please.

Courier boy is not called me, but they have updated the status as 'Need Department Name/Extention Number', what this means. If you can't provide service then close the business and don't play games with customers.
