Status Shows : Address not found
This address is police verified and the same as in passport not sure how team is not able to locate.
We have not received any phone call or message regarding the parcel.

This is very urgent parcel please contact and deliver this.

    This is with regard to AWB# [protected], I would like to register a complaint please, regarding a couple of issues with this one delivery.

    The delivery person called me about this yesterday (10 Nov) pretty late and requested if he can bring it the next day (today), due to the fact that his vehicle’s tyre had a puncture. I readily accepted and said it was quite ok. However, the reason entered in the system (about which I received an SMS) was that I was not available to take delivery. This is not true and the real reason that product was not delivered to me on time, is not recorded, whereas a false, untrue reason is being recorded. Not sure how many places and how many times this is happening. Wanted to bring this to your attention.

    The second issue is that this person is not very polite and always refuses any Electronic Modes of payment, saying only option available to “us” (meaning Bluedart) is cash. I find this hard to believe. A delivery company as big as Bluedart has the only option to take Cash? I don’t believe so.

    When I stated that I can only pay by electronic means the guy immediately says “so I will cancel?”. This person is pretty lackadaisical with Customer Service. For one delivery, this was twice that he has created problems. Then, when I asked him about Google Pay or any other option, then, he says PayTM is ok. Then, subsequently, I saw him use the Bluedart App and send us a OTP (request for payment), which was subsequently completed successfully.

    Why is the person saying that the only option available for “us” (Bluedart) is Cash, when the Bluedart App provided to him by your company, clearly has an option for at-least one or more Electronic way to accept payment?

    Also, when I said a complaint/concern will be raised about all these issues, the delivery person nonchalantly says, “no problem”.

    Looks like this person is taking his job for granted and is forgetting the fact that he is bound to provide professional service on behalf of his employer (Bluedart) and if he does not do so, then, the affected parties are Lenskart and me (the end customer). Ultimately, this affects Bluedart’s image (as this is not one isolated small incident for sure, given this person’s bad attitude).

    Please look into this matter. Your delivery persons are the points of contact with the general public and this person in particular is lying brazenly (at-least on two occasions for this one delivery), quoting Bluedart name. This brings a very bad reputation in the public’s mind about your company. I was almost going to register a complaint with Lenskart (the company who sent the product I bought, through Bluedart)…the complaint would have been against Bluedart…all because of a lackadaisical, not courteous, untruthful and unprofessional behavior of one of your Delivery persons.

    Although, this might look like one isolated incident, surely, this is happening on a continuous basis every day, thereby causing aspersions to the Bluedart brand name. Hope you take some corrective actions soon in this regard and hope that the next time there is a delivery through Bluedart, the option of making an Electronic Payment is acceptable as a first option, without having to go through unpleasant interactions with your very unprofessional delivery person.

    Received a call from their Customer Service person at their local (Maraimalai Nagar) branch. After a good discussion, he profusely apologized and promised to ensure that customers will be made aware of payments through electronic means and also that he will coach and instruct his delivery person to behave in a more courteous and professional manner henceforth. Thank you Bluedart for your prompt response and action, in this matter!!!

      Hello, my credit card from axis bank was dispatched through your courier, your delivery agents are calling for me to deliver the card. But i am currently not living at the same address, i recently changed my address to another city. I requested the delivery agents to deliver the item in my relatives house. But they are not delivered that. Yesterday i got a message that they successfully delivered my credit card to me. But i did not received it. I am trying to reach them since yesterday evening. No one is responding. If they are delivered the item then to whom did they delivered the item.

        I'm from Dhar (MP), Pin Code - 454001. I've booked tickets for an event tomorrow from PayTm Insider and they mailed me that your tickets will be delivered to you by the Blue Dart Express.

        Today, when I checked the status of my package on Blue Dart, it is showing that the consignment is delivered to someone named 'Prashant' in "Indore".

        When the shipping address is clearly mentioned of "Dhar", how can they mark it as delivered after delivering the consignment in Indore?

        I'm extremely disappointed with the services of Blue Dart Express. I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible.

          I live in magarpatta city, hadapsar, pune. I have opted for a cash on delivery from hopscotch worth rs.1442. The delivery was attempted by blue dart employee suraj kamble. I gave him rs.2542 as i did not have a exact change. He too did not have change. So he asked me transfer the money through google pay. I paid through google pay. After which he left without giving back my money. I tried contacting him but his answers are irresponsible. Please help me to get back my money.

            Hi,

            There is a hdfc credit card to be delivered by bluedart to me. But the address mentioned in the order was my old address. So i would like to change the delivery address to my work address to resolve the issue.

              Morning 8.40 am i received a message stating that your shipment is out for delivery and again evening i was received a another message stating that your shipment is undelivered due to address related issues but no one was contacted me, with out contact me how can they update like this comment.                 My axis bank replacement cc was sent via [protected] bluedart which was expected to be delivered at 08.11 to my office address, these guys shows out of delivery in the night @20.03 hrs & then says unlocatable address. Called number of times to customer care & they assured that delivery will be done but till date its not delivered. I have also requested them if they dont provice service in this area they don't make wrong remark just make note that "service not available in this area" so that sender should send consignment via alternative courier.

                  Your delivery boys do not turn back if asked to come by 4pm. Next day again they come on some odd time even though they know we are available after 4pm. This way they just update delivery attempted premises closed. Are you guys really serious not to deliver things.                     Please share status of my card. I just received the message that blue dart couldn't deleiver the consignment. There was no intimation on call whatsoever. I was at the deleivery address whole day but no intimation . Kindly deleiver my credit card . Worst service. Upon tracking courier it said consignee has movzed.                           Was supposed to be delivered on the 8th but then it said out for delivery at 9th. I waited all day and called customer care about 5 times and then they lied to me each time saying id get a call back. At around 21:15 pm they marked it as "fake booking/ fake address" without ever contacting me or to my consent. Sent emails as well but no response. It also doesn't help this stupid courier doesn't provide phone numbers of the delivery agent or the warehouse. Now i'm not even sure when or if i'll even get my delivery which i've been eagerly waiting and wasted a couple of days because of it.

                                I have not received my debit card and cheque book the date of delivery of both is on[protected]. My waybill number for the order through bluedart is [protected]. I received message as the ordered will be delivered on 8th, but the day has been completing and i didnt received any call or message, number of the bluedart services is also not working, then how a customer is able to know the details. It is the bad courier services. Please raise my complaint and help me to receive my couirer as soon as possible. As is it debit card i am worrying about manipulations, so i raised this complaint.

                                  Icici pru pension document 48443644 was dispatched from the mumbai office on october 2019 via blue dart airway bill number [protected].

                                  On blue dart website tracking, it says it is delivered on october 10, 2019. But we have not received any document or even any call from blue dart.

As per online status documents delivered on 04.11.2019 received by Ratna Haldar, But receipent not received the documents, I have clearly mention delivery address (Good Luck Cycle Cp Pvt. Ltd, 9/12 Lal Bazar Street, Mercantile Building, Ground Floor Kolkata-700001 With Contact person name (Mr. Nitin Gupta & Mobile Number ([protected]). . So why they handover the documents to other person. I have lodged a compliant against the same in Bluedart customer care on 05.11.2019. Now till date I have not received a postive response from Blue dart. Everytime Blue dart Customer Care executive saying investigation is going on. Investigation team will contact you shortly, Till time No revert, No phone cal nothing happpend in my case. so please do the needful and return my documents asap.
