I had got message that i will get my courier on friday (22nd november) but still i did not get my courier on sunday (24th nov). That parcel was so important to me that i needed it to produce to my office on monday (25th nov).
When i tracked online, remark was: address is untraceable
I am using the same address since 28 yrs for receiving my certificates, appointment letter, pan card aadhar card etc... I am surprised by reading that remark in this technological era where google maps can help to find address. And in my address only if you type first word it shows the location. If bluedart cannot deliver then it should shut down it's courier services.
This is very serious matter.

The worst courier service i have ever seen the diliver guy dilivered my bank account courier to someone else without even calling for once. The courier was containing confidential information and delivery took place without even calling the recipient. How they can compromise with such sensitive issue they don't even give the no. I requested for my moto e5 repair so moto care servify assigned bludart courier to pick up my phone on 21 nov 19 so as per stats blue dart person should come on 22 nov for pickup but he could not able to come and put status that package not ready but package was ready and he informed me that he will come today (23 nov 19) but today also not came when i called him he told he was not on duty he is in mumbai can't collect today also so now noone came to pickup still my order pending with your courier service so what's going on this. My credit card was dispatched by the ICICI bank but not delivered to me. This happened second time. It shows cosignee shifted. But I have not got even a single call from blue dart and my address is also not changed.

My courier delivery time it's on20-11-19. Meri courier abhi tak delivery nahi hui hai. Aur sham ko updates kar diye incomplete address wrong address. Kam se kam koi ph too karke address confirm kar sakta hai. Iss se phele bhi meri ek courier ayee thi jab bhi yehi drama kiya tha address incomplete ka aaj bhi yehi kiya apki services agra mein sahi nahi hai. Blue dart malviya nagar jaipur is totally a fake team where they show consignee not available without viksit address.
Team is of sc/st candidates or non matric one.
Why not any one is concerned on such rubbish delivery system?
One year before and today same methodology follwed by blue dart.
Every one must oppose such delivery system.
I was waiting for important document but they will show false information again and again.

My urgent courier is with Blue Dart but delivery person not visited my address and submit a remark consignee not available yesterday the team member submit a remark place is lock but I was available there from early morning to night know one person is visited there, I am regularly reschedule this consignment but they are not delivered the same . I think this team habit is submit fake commitment . Totally worst service from blue dart.

I request you to all member's please do not use Blue Dart service this is totally fake.

Dear sir,
A domestic used fridge was booked through blue dart haridwar vide no. [protected] on 14th nov. 2019 to greater noida (West) pin-201009 to the c/nor mr. Tarun rohilla, gaur city-2. 16th avenue, flat no. 20080, tower – k, greater noida west - 201009, and delivery schedule was shown 18.11.2019.
To my utter surprise it is still lying with noida office till today and inspite of constant follow up with mr. Rawat of haridwar branch and incharge noida branch, the delivery could not be materialized.
This is the real picture of world famed blue dart, what to say of small courier companies. The things have gone to worst and such type of dealing is never expected from blue dart
Company.
Please look into it and advise to impose suitable fine for the delayed delivery in lieu of harassment of the customer.
An early response is desired please.

Courier boy is not called me, but they have updated the status as 'Need Department Name/Extention Number', what this means. If you can't provide service then close the business and don't play games with customers.

There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment which suppose to receive my parents passport from US embassy and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however my father went and collected his passport by the time mothers passport returned back to us embassy Chennai .Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable. We lodged a complaint to blue dart head mentioned in their website but no response so far.

Way bill no-[protected] was to be delivered on 16/11/2019 via bluedart. But not delivered till 20/11/2019. Upon numerous call to customer care yields only stock reply that it will be delivered by 20.00hrs today. Daily in the website it is showing that shipment out for delivery. Oneday wrongly updated as no consignee found on that adress. Is this the policy of bluedart? When i will receive my consignment. No complaint redressal system except one customer care no. Whom and where to complain. Pl. Help me.

A consignment was sent by me from lucknow for banglore on 2nd november 2019 and the same was expected to be delivered on november 4, 2019.
In this connection, i wish to bring to your notice that the same has not yet been delivered and despite repeated telephonic conversation with your customer service agent but nothing has been done so far to ensure the delivery of the consignment. This is really pathetic and unacceptable from blue dart which is well known for its prompt delivery.
I, therefore request you to please look into the matter and ensure the consignment is delivered

My courier came from british council and that was too important hope you guys understand the needs of that document. I have mentioned proper address they delivery man not bother to follow that address if they follow that address they will come down exact location. My delivery time on 14 november from that day till now i am calling to customer service they always tell me on the way on the way which way there are. They said i m mobile not reachable how come i am calling them. I am getting other calls.

I had shipped framed painting from Pune to Nadiad, Gujrath last month. Though the shipment was marked delicate, it was not handled properly and the wooden frame got broken from all 4 corners.

Waybill No [protected] dated 05 Nov 2019 shipment directed on new Airway Bill No [protected] has been delivered to some individual named Sayali. I am Bhanudas Tukaram Patil and I got SMS regarding this shipment from Axis Bank. Please clarify to whom this shipment was actually meant for.

How can my address be wrong if all the other items i ordered from all other website gets delivered and you have a problem delivering it.
Also last time there was a same problem i had collected it from your service, do you want your customer to collect the parcel every time. The least you can do is call me if you have an address issue. Shipment hasn't been delivered while I have received one message and one automated call about "delivery attempted but not possible due to premises closed" which is completely false as I have been at my home at those times. Customer service is extremely unhelpful with no idea about what's happening. What can I do to get my delivery?? I have called the customer service multiple times but all they tell me is that the shipment is out for delivery. The tracking website gets updated later. This is such poor service.
