Dear sir my name dharminder singh and am apply uk visa by vfs global delhi my application send vfs thru blue dart courier to my mailing address but am trying to search online with gwf numbers but results are nothing found vfs global courier to blue dart date on 20/11/2019 but not receive that coriour kindly send me dispatch details or awd numbers after that am track easily blue dart site my application numbers are bellow you can check it...

There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment which suppose to receive my parents passport from US embassy and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however my father went and collected his passport by the time mothers passport returned back to us embassy Chennai .Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable. We lodged a complaint to blue dart head mentioned in their website but no response so far.

      Way bill no-[protected] was to be delivered on 16/11/2019 via bluedart. But not delivered till 20/11/2019. Upon numerous call to customer care yields only stock reply that it will be delivered by 20.00hrs today. Daily in the website it is showing that shipment out for delivery. Oneday wrongly updated as no consignee found on that adress. Is this the policy of bluedart? When i will receive my consignment. No complaint redressal system except one customer care no. Whom and where to complain. Pl. Help me.

        A consignment was sent by me from lucknow for banglore on 2nd november 2019 and the same was expected to be delivered on november 4, 2019.
        In this connection, i wish to bring to your notice that the same has not yet been delivered and despite repeated telephonic conversation with your customer service agent but nothing has been done so far to ensure the delivery of the consignment. This is really pathetic and unacceptable from blue dart which is well known for its prompt delivery.
        I, therefore request you to please look into the matter and ensure the consignment is delivered

          My courier came from british council and that was too important hope you guys understand the needs of that document. I have mentioned proper address they delivery man not bother to follow that address if they follow that address they will come down exact location. My delivery time on 14 november from that day till now i am calling to customer service they always tell me on the way on the way which way there are. They said i m mobile not reachable how come i am calling them. I am getting other calls.

              How can my address be wrong if all the other items i ordered from all other website gets delivered and you have a problem delivering it.
              Also last time there was a same problem i had collected it from your service, do you want your customer to collect the parcel every time. The least you can do is call me if you have an address issue. The address is kids kingdom school, sai nagar lane no 10, near salve garden, kondhwa bk road pune 411048.

                wrong phone number but address is correct

Blue dart is so unprofessional they wrongly update the status of my parcel as "no such consignee at given address" which totally wrong me and my family is living at current address from last 12 years but no one came to my home. When contacted they arrange the delivery for same again and again i can see same status it been 5 days i am follwing with them still i didnt get my card delivered. When i talked to their supervisor...

                Shipment hasn't been delivered while I have received one message and one automated call about "delivery attempted but not possible due to premises closed" which is completely false as I have been at my home at those times. Customer service is extremely unhelpful with no idea about what's happening. What can I do to get my delivery?? I have called the customer service multiple times but all they tell me is that the shipment is out for delivery. The tracking website gets updated later. This is such poor service.

                  A apply a credit card from hdfc bank..and they send me the card through Blue dart one month ago...but Blue dart company not delivered me the card...when i track it decline from 25 October 2019 to till date.when i asked their costomer care they could not solved my problem... please take a action this company.

                                I have given my complete address along with land mark on bank account as per driving license. Its just beside main road. Everything i order online comes to this address. But blue dart delivery boy didn't deliver my hdfc cheque book and mentioned the reason as... Consignee's address is unlocatable. What kind of service it is. Will take one leave from my office just to receive the percel?? Atleast they should give a call.

They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Please take action immediately. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life. Its my central govt accommodation, all time my family available at the given location, then why should bluedart updated wrong information??

                                    From last 2 days i am getting same error like customer address is incorrect however thia is fake comments given my field person bcz this is main city and every days i called in customer care and they having only one word sir sorry make sure i will be recv your parcel next days but again i am getting same error next days and when i requested to transfer my call to senior but they are nit ready to take my escalation call this is pathetic service by blue dart i never recommend any one if we recv this kind of 3rd class service from blue dart
