Mi shipped my package with blue dart its tracking number is [protected] which was scheduled to be delivered on 26/10/2019 a day before diwali now today is 28/10/2019 and i didn't get my packaged today.in late evening today one lady called and gave excuse and told me it will be further delayed. I just want to thanks blue dart for making my diwali worst

        I had booked a diwali purchase from little muffet which uses this worst courier company for service. Little muffet is a good company but this courier company is one of the worst i have seen. My shipment which is supposed to reach me on 23rd october or at the latest by 24th october has not yet reached me. The best part is i’m seeing that it’s reached my hometown salem tamilnadu from the 23rd september and the lazy buffoons haven’t delivered yet and i’m seeing unreasonable excuses in the track page. Is it a joke running the company. Hire active people instead lazy people and liars. Totally pissed off with ur deliveries... Never will i go in search o[censored]r courier and send my parcels anytime in future n will definitely not recommend ur ll to any friends... Worst service possible. Atleast i[censored]r staffs lie pl don’t give lame excuses on ur track page we are not fools

          I'm very much disappointed with bluedart delivery service. My waybil no is [protected]. From 23.10.19 to till 26.10.19 i have received few sms that "out for delivery" but i didn't received yet.
          When i track my article showing me it was on bhawanipore kolkata.
          My question is that how many days it will take to delivered me when the distence is just few k. M?

          Lastly i was called them on 26.10.19 3 times they excuse me due to heavy rain they could not deliver (It was not happened exactly) and they promised me to delivere on 26.10.19 by 6 pm. But it was also fake commitments.
          I attached some sms given bellow:

          That was also a fake story.
          Pleas tack a necessary action against bluedart.

            My flipkart order was to be delivered to me through bluedart courier service having awb no [protected] which was expected on 26.10.2019 but i got a message on my number that the order was cancelled by me but i didn't cancelled my order. Also on the bluedart website it is showing wrong status of fake address but the address is surely correct to the full of my knowledge. So please look into this matter as soon as possible as this type of irresponsible behavior is just not acceptable. I didn't got my parcel and on the other hand now it is showing that you have cancelled it. What rubbish is all this.

            No body came for dilevery and it shows consignee out of station not satisfied with the courier service
            I orderd a prodct through mi store while checking for the status for the product it is showing intransit with the network and so please take actions to get my package within tomorrow or i need to change my address of the product to be deliverd

              Dear sir,

              My awb no is [protected] and my name is sk amin quader.
              As blue dart sent message on 19th october 2019 to deliver my shipment as per bank given address. But from 19th to 26th october they are just trying to deliver, in between the time i called them everyday to know about the delivery status because its so long time i had wait.
              As i get to know the department name/extension no is missing so i told them the same every time to i called.

              Now blue dart is not responding me any more and my card is on their hand. If it happens likely should i have to file a fir against blue dart why they are not delivering my shipment as my address is valid and also verified by bank.
              Blue dart is just harassing me.
              Guide me asap.

              The consignment has not been delivered even after 7 days. Tracking site says "address unlocated". This is absolutely wrong as consignments have been delivered earlier.
              No attempt to contact has been made.
              Very unprofessional and poor service.

                  I am akashdeep, i am waiting for my shipment from last 3 days. And you given the time to me 26/10/2019. But my shipment not delivered today. And second thing your delivery boy updated wrong status online as per your tracking status your delivery boy has not try to deliver my shipment but i am at home. This is fully wrong yesterday i was full day at home. What is this. It's effect your company goodwill. You are india's no one courier delivery company. But you are not i thing. Please give me resolution of this.

He was arrogant and refused to give me the information about next delivery attempt. He hung up the call twice and this kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable.

But still i did not received my delivery and surprising issue is there is no customer care number for this company. My amb numbers are following below and there is no proper response from the blue dart express company. Courier is related to my education issue. There is lot of pressure from my university.

                          I ordered few products online and still i didn't receive courier from bluedart. I received call only once and i was unable to answer. Later i didn't receive any call from courier office. When we visited bluedart office directly they told they will be delivering but still i didn't receive any call regarding delivery. I want this issue to be taken care and deliver the courier asap. This is really a worst service.

                                  My credit card from kotak bank was sent to this quorier office, from this office 3 agents called me for delivery, frst day I was asked to send the delivery boy to my home address but they arrived at my office address and then they told that they will visit my home address by next day, they called only once at evening but I was unable to attend the call after few minutes I called the same number but they didn't respond, again today also the same case happend, now they have put status as no consignee in the address.. Very worst experience on bluedart..

                                    I am totally fed up with this service. I have paid Rs 36, 000 and I have not received the ordered product I have the proofs for package opening and the time of receiving I have asked the delivery person to check before paying the money. But he was strictly notified that after the payment only the product will be able to open.

                                    Hello Team, (Awb - 59661883632) This is Fayaz here and I was struggled from last 3 weeks because of received fake product from sender delivered by blue dart but on the same day I have raised a complaint in blue dart stating that I was cornered by a sender from Mumbai, I spoke with Ms Kumari she was phenomenon and did her level best. She helped a lot, regular follow- up on this complaint even she replied to me very genuinely and finally she resolved my issue and from sender (Bigfoot) finally I have received the refund amount Rs.36.000/- only, so much happy for your valuable service and support and it's been delayed to appreciate you guys if I left anyone to mention their names who supported me I apologize. Note : Hereafter I will be more conscious and I request you, people, to ignore this kind on cheating senders please don't allow them in future check and sort it out because am a tech guy so I found on spot itself I have received a fake product initiated a complaint & I got my amount back but other customers will definitely affect.                                         I have ordered on 22nd of october from there people, and order had to get deliver on 24th, which is today. They are linked with Blue Dart.

                                        I am trying Blue Dart CUSTOMER CARE since morning, nobody is responding. They mentioned that my HDFC office is not traceable, ###, i have mentioned my addres, my landline number, my mobile number, and nobody called me from blue Dart side.
