I had ordered a product from my glamm. At the time stated above the bell started ringing continuously. We went out and told the delivery boy that it takes time to reach the gate and he should not keep ringing the bell. He refused to hand over my product and instead drove away saying that he will return the order and kar lo jo karna hai. On checking my track order i found he had entered, the consignee refused to accept.
He insisted that a message had been sent. The message came at 7:59 p. M.
My order should be delivered asap. The delivery boy should be taught to be polite.

My order was out for delivery from blue dart gaur city office which is just around 7 km from my home and no one contacted me for delivery and in the evening status was updated that prohibited area - entry restricted for delivery. I have received many courier at this address but don’t know what has happened with bluedart this time. Pathetic service. This a birthday gift that was mean to be delivered today

I ordered xiaomi mi 4 smart band on 20 october 2019 from digitalgadgets page on instagram and i received mi4 band some china company smart band... On 22 of october so i request uh to take this product back and give me xiaomi company mi 4 smart band for which i had paid... I'm sending uh the pic of this fake product... Plzz revert back asap... Delivery executive is unable to find my address. He called me so i left work and came back home. He is still unable to find my address. He is extremely rude and i'll mannered. My location is not hard to find, people have been delivering goods without a problem. Yesterday delivery was attempted but no one called me, just got an updated status that can not find landmark. Sir, a debit card has come from our bank. The courier boy is saying that 100 will have to be given for delivery
The bank was told not to pay any money
The courier boy is saying the debit card will be exchanged,

Every time our check book debit card money will be exchanged, we will not get a debit card.

My shipment is delivered to wrong person (Someone praveen i don't know him) the delivery boy not even call me, i received the msg from bluedart saying shipment will be delivered today i was waiting for delivery boy's call but then i received the delivered msg on my phone saying shipment is delivered to praveen i don't even know who is praveen how could they simply deliver the product to anyone and the delivery boy number also not there in that msg to contact him. Can you please send it to me and please call me before you delivery.

I am trying to get my courier but my courier is showing landmark needed. Delivery person is not called me atleast one time. They should call me then i can suggest him to deliver my courier to my address.

I have requested to return my product purchased from amazon on 14th oct till then the fake messages by blue dart team i received to pick-up the product but no one showed up for 7 times they fooled me and this way they are forcing me to deliver the product to your shapar-veraval office which is 23 km away from my location now who is going to pay me this shipping expense and hassle with wasting lots of time, it is your company's responsibility to come and pick-up and give proper schedule time if not possible then say no why to send false pick-up schedule and waste customer's precious time, this way company is spoiling it's image.

My bank account details send via blue cart. I didn't received, its imp documents. I got an wab no on my registered mobile no.

I’m drishti from rudrapur my awb no. Is [protected]. I didn’t recieved my order as it was coming on 20th october but it is showing deliverey failed becauseof prohibited area entry restriced for! What does that mean! Your courier agent didn’t even call me or something! I need my parcel aa soon as possible! M trying to contact blue dart they are not even responding! My order is from nykaa! Nd nykaa asked me me to about the contact number nd expected deliverey date! I did that too!

I received a call from bludart delivery person ([protected]) on 19th october. He asked me to collect the order from the delivery centre. He denied doorstep delivery. He threatened me that he will return my order. His behavior was rude.

All other couriers like ekart, delhivery... Are providing a doorstep delivery to this address. Another blue dart delivery person delivered order to this address two weeks ago and provided a doorstep delivery (Awb no [protected])
But this delivery person ([protected]) is making the issue.
I faced same issue with the same delivery person last week. (Awb no [protected]). He denied doorstep delivery. Finally, i forced to collect the order from the nearest center which is around 20 km away from here. After that, i raised a complaint to both mi.com and bluedart. I requested mi.com to avoid bluedart in future order to this pincode and use the service of ekart logistics or delhivery.
For the current issue, i contacted blue dart several times. But they don't replay and not trying to solve the issue.

It is showing me that restricted area prohabited for delivery, kindly deliver my card, i was getting messages from 19th oct and still did not get my card on time, i can not even call there is no clue from where will i get my card, it's a request kindly deliver my card on my address. There no other option for me to call you, tracking status is also not showing anything to me, please deliver my card to me.

Hi, i'm supposed to get my credit card delivered by 20th of oct but i don't know for some reason i don't get it, i haven't received a call at least, the tracking is saying undelivered shipment held at location. On the 1st two days it is showing prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery (I don't understand what that meant). I request you to please look into this and get it delivered asap.

I was suppose to receive my courier through bluedart by 18 october but its delayed and giving message that c'nee shifted from current address. I tried calling the person delivering but calls are unanswered and ignored. Kindly help, resolve and deliver my courier asap.

I was supposed to receive a courier on 17 october 2019. But every day when i try to reach the customer support they are saying it will be delivered today.
The same repeated for 3 days including today. I had to cancel all my plans just waiting for the delivery. Everyday they will say it will be delivered today.
I have the call recordings also. I still didn't receive the courier. When i went to courier office they are saying it will be delivered today and i even asked are they sure it will be delivered and they said sure it will be delivered. But same thing again. Its not delivered. They are not even considering to deliver. I have all the call recordings i can submit them if needed.

Product arrived on my city on 16th oct but they didn't delivery it to me rather make my address wrong but address is correct
They don't contact me... When i call them why i don't get my product their making silly excuses
I've check their chandarsekharpur depot in google maps & many people are suffering like this they didn't contact them & make their order stay for 10day & then cancel it

On 17th october 2019 i had booked casio smartphone link accurate time system watch through the popped up add in facebook and later when i have received the parcel i have got local watches. It's my humble request to return back my amount and take back your parcel.
