I'd a courier sent on 28 september 2019. It shows as delivered on 29 september 2019 in my name, but was never delivered. Blue dart awb# [protected] not received.
Also, bluedart has not provided a normal customer service number for addressing such issues, but a premium number, which means if i have an issue or complaint and need to call, blue dart will make money through all such calls regarding the complaint.
Unfortunately for them and me, my current plan doesn't allow me to call them. Hope they take this delivery problem seriously.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
