I m riddhi vasara... I have ordered fossil watch set and i got bad quality some fake fastrake watch and now i don't want this... I want to return this and want my refund. Plz let me know the procedure of return policy and do needful. As i got very unsatisfactory product.
I don't want this product and want my refund anyhow.. Ow no one will go for this type of product again.

The watches i ordered is completely different from which i got so how can i return my order and get my money back. It is completely unbearable to get a horrible product like this some how or the other i want mymoney back with this week. Provide me with all the details to return my product and get the money back. That is really worst product i ordered fossil watch but got some local kind of watch and i have paid 1500 to it i want my money back

Reason : i had ordered fossil women watch combo set worth 1500 but the product i have received is really worst. It's not even worth of 50rs. Fake website giving local products and cheating customers.

Kindly take this complaint on priority and report them so that other customers will not be cheated.

Hi i've received a order by blue dart all the watches are fake and and worth 100 and they charged me 1499, even the pictures shown in the ad were diffrent, please stop his payment and let him suffer. Even the adress he gaved is fake and spammed many other people i had a word with the person whose adresses they have mentioned in it he told that many of the people hace ordered the same thing and are calling him for the fake name they have registered.. Please help us from this spam bluedart or give me the number of seller so that i can launch a fir.

Delivery boy not delivering the parcel and update false status in blue dart tracking. Details given by delivery agent: prohibited area - entry restricted for delivery.
Date of false report: 14-feb and 15feb 2019.

Incident: delivery boy called once and i was not able to pickup as i was driving. When i called back the number within 30mins:
1st attempt: no picked my call.
2nd attempt: disconnected while it was ringing.
3rd attempt: number not reachable.

Called blue dart number: [protected] (Twice) one guy picked up phone and bluntly said wrong number on 15feb2019. I also called yesterday, 14feb2019, one lady said it will be delivered today.

Please resolved this asap or else let me know if i have to raise complaint with https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

Also guide me if there's any other place where i can raise this concern.

My order awb no. Is [protected]. I ordered this item in floweraura on 7/2/2019. The expected delivery date was11/2/2019, but it not yet delivered. Eventhough we trying to contact customer care, there was no reply from them. We are ready to accept that courier but they not at all contacting us about delivery. I ordered some stuff from mi, but gave wrong flat number as i have just shifted my pg, all other part of address were correct but it was updated that no such consignee, i didn't even receive a call or text or notification or any form of information that they are coming or to receive delivery, i was only two flat away

I have already lodged my complaint on 13/2/2019 about unauthorised delivery to one rajkumar at priya apartments madhuranagar hyderabad {way bill no.[protected] } and the consignment being study material i am eagerly awaiting the response relating to this rajkumar cell no (Who purported to have takenwi delivery) to enquire further. Withhim. Inspite of 48 hours you failed to respond which does not augur well with your reputation built by you over decades. Immediately respond.

They said they tried reaching out, but the delivery guy just gave a missed call. And when i called back, he was either disconnecting or not picking up. They require the land mark which is rga tech park. I need the parcel asap.

The parcel is going undelivered from 2 days. And it is urgently needed.

We have already made the payment for the delivery for the passport along with visa application fee. We opted the delivery through bluedart to our home location in kozhikode (PIN-673028).

After visa stamping, the passports were delivered to our home. However during the delivery i have been asked to pay rs.500 as delivery service.

The above delivery charges were never documented. Why additional delivery service charges were made?

My daughter is to receive study material despatched by icfai institute relating to 4th semester module category and the delivery address was given priya apartments madhuranagar hyderabad 500 038 (Flat no, 202) and the said consignment was understood by us to have been booked under way bill no.[protected]Original way bill no.[protected]) and the said consignment was stated to be delivered on 30/01/2019 to one rajkumar at 2.08 pm under referance no.074-[protected]. Since the said consignment was not handed over at flat no.202 till date of writing this mail we desire to know immediately the cell no, of this rajkumar who said to have received this consignment. Since this most important immediately seek your reply.

I have made 2 online purchases on monday. And both sites have dispatched their orders through bluedart. But still i am not able to track the order with the airway bill number which they gave me. The bluedart website says both the tracking numbers are not found. And also i didn't receive any sms update from bluedart on the order in my mobile number too. Please resolve this issue faster. As it is an emergency delivery.
