My bill no awb [protected] was no delivered saying address not found. They had not contact me regarding the shipment. Now i want to collect it from their office but because of sunday office is closed. How to get this consignment. It is very important for me. Please help urgently. Give me delivery boys no in beed bypass aurangabad maharashtra.

    Our employee has made courier from verna, industrial estate, goa with way bill no. : [protected], we made speed courier service (Domestic priority-most urgent basis) on 11-01-19 in such away the document should reach on 12-01-19 by 12pm.

    We received documents but the documents are in cut condition... The documents contained in it are rs.1000/- bond and legal papers-10.

    Mr. Pavan kumar holding mobile no.: [protected] came from blue dart on the same day within 10 minutes of receiving the document and said that the mistake happened in goa branch only and explained the same to his manager.

    We requested him to arrange another bond till the end of the day.

    Later he replied us that his manager will speak to us and tried to leave.

    But when is here, we gave acall to his yousofguda, hyderabad branch incharge mr. Shiva prasad, holding mobile no.: [protected], he said that he can't do anything that the process should be made from goa and it takes few days to complete the process.

    The courier service even without contacting updated the status as ''C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address' and no progress from them from 4days after this status

        Everyone
        This is muneesh mishra, my parcel number is-[protected].
        I would like to bring attention in your mind that how your delivery person talk and insist costumer to come on his desire place to receive delevery,
        Your staff pavan who called me about my parcel so on same time i told him my registered address and how to reach on my registered address. But he was ready to listen, what i was telling him. After all this
        He was very upset when he called me i dont know why???
        He started saying that if i want to take my parcel i need to come 20 km far from my registered address from where (Mr pavan delivery staff, his contact number-[protected]) he called me and he told that i am not bought by anyone if i want to take that parcel i need to come or take parcel from hardoi. This is mentioned by mr pavan delivery staff. Please let me know the response.

          I am really pissed off due to very bad service from bluedart. My delivery was supposed to be delivered on friday and since i wasn't available at my premises on friday, i requested the delivery person to deliver the parcel on saturday to my home address to which he politely agreed.

          But on saturday, i never received my parcel or not a call from the delivery person for which i waited until 1 pm and then i tried calling the delivery person but he wasn't picking my call. On checking the status online, it says the "delivery attempted-premises closed" and it was updated at 10:25 am. I am shocked to see this as i was at my home and no one from bluedart visited around that time. Post that when i tried calling[protected], it wasn't connecting me to an agent and the call was getting dropped saying they are experiencing a technical issue and post trying for 1 hour i was able to get an agent to talk about this to which i received a very rude and not willing to help answer. I have recorded the call with the agent and i do have the proof to show that i was at home around that time at our building cctv footage and no member of bluedart reached or knocked my door during that time.

          So, if you are not delivering my parcel before sunday midnight, i would have to go to consumer forum to report this case.

          After registering the complain, I received my Credit card at 5:45 PM on 12th Jan. But I still didn't receive any written explanation from Bluedart mentioning the reason for updating the status as "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" today morning at 10:25 AM. Also, when called to the customer care over the phone, the representative argued and denied that parcel can't be delivered today.

            Tracking number is [protected], it has reached jamnagar 4daya earlier. And they say it's wrong pin, i called up customer care thrice and they keep updating my number for a call every now and then. My simple question is why can't they give a call. Horrible customer service.. Now my call is not getting connected to customer care. When i asked them to transfer to super visor... It got disconnected... Horrible. Get this transferred to ins valsura.

              My courier with tracking id [protected] is out for delivery from last 4 days but i have not received it till date. My courier was arrived on jan 10 in gurgaon.

              There is mention in status wrong pin, will impact delivered. My pin code is -122002. I want received this courier on my office address. I am mentioned here plot no-3011, basement sector-46 gurgaon.

              I request that my courier be delivered immediately and avoid any further delays

                Blue dart delivery boy are so irresponsible that for my credit card delivery he was call me 4 days back and told that he was coming within 1 hour but after 1 hour when i called him where he is while he s argumenting with me and do use bad languages several times i called him but always i think that he is a drunker. I don't receive my card as of now.

                  I got a fake timex watch in spite of ordering a bluetooth a1 smart watch vide awb# [protected] through bluedart courier cost rs.1999/-. Surprisingly opening the package in front of the courier guy, he denied refund or cancellation. I need to immediately stop the payment to the seller but it was also denied. I think the seller and the courier jointly cheating innocent people. A police complaint will be raised against both parties if not resolved.

                    I am from srinagar jammu &kashmir. The blue dart here in srinagar is the worst courier copmany i have ever seen. What they do is terrible. They keep parcels there n didnot call the customer nor they bother to deliver the parcel. My parcel is there from three days but they are not picking up the call. Nor they call me. Can u tell me what will i do. Because i am not in srinagar and i need my parcel urgently. They always do this to every customer. Please take strong action against them. And please deliver my parcel.

                        After written full address of receiver delivery guy deliver to the wrong place and later it misplaced, even my friend contact customer care for solving the issue but they take too much time courier send is in 20 nov 18 and showed deliver to 22nd nov .                             I ordered a phone through mi store and my expected delivery was on 29th of dec 2018 and i recieved an sms throught blue dark about the delivery of my order on the said date yet i havent recieved my order as i have been calling them since then but they show no response...

                                It is shocking that the professional courier service provide is giving wrong and misleading information about consignee that he is shifted. though, no one has approached. No one is picking phone on customer care number.

Returned undelivered: credit card - upgrade for acct xx7007 sent via blue dart courier, awb [protected] returned due to door closed. Pls call customer care... But i was not received any call by blue dart then i talking regarding to icici customer care then they told me your credit card send by blue dart... Why are reporting wrong? If you not need customers then please don't accept this.. Other companies waiting for work... Please solve my problems as soon as possible.

                                    Very Worst behaviour of delivery boy regard customer.sence less argument continous while taking. I am realy disappointed while receiving my docs. In entired period of my life.

Today is 8th of jan., 2019, but the tracking details which the bluedart website is showing, is last updated on 30th of dec., 2018. I tried calling the customer care centre of blue dart, but the call is getting disconnected abruptly. For the last 8 days, i have no information about my product. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.

                                      My waybill no. SW10432 status is showing that consignee unavailable which was to be delivered today i.e., 04.01.2019, how it can be possible as if I was present whole day at that address and your delivery person also called me. Kindly look into on priority basis and delivery courier to me by tomorrow.

                                        I am lourdu bosco. I had gone to greams road service center to get my bike serviced. The person who attended me was mr. Bruno joseph he said it will take two days because there is a block in the carbonator but till i left the bike i didn't find any fault. From the time the bike came to me i can smell petrol so when i took it back they are saying the connector to the fuel tank coniter is broken. It i left the bike for service nothing happened my bike was ok i had left it for general service only. I'm having a doubt if that has been exchanged by the mechanic during the service. I'm not happy with the service person and the way in which my bike has been serviced. If you don't look into the matter i'll take this issue to the next level. My bike number is tn05bp4993.
