I got courier from usa, university i20, courier person didn't contact me. From morning i tried to call him but he is not responding. After 6hrs he called me back and said some other location (Which is so far to my home). I told home to deliver at my home he said i won't, i[censored] want the product just come and take and he threating me and abusing me filthy language. His name is sai and he is working in tirupati blue dart, pls take necessary action on him.

I have not received my currier and ur executive not calling me that time he is submitted my address is change without any reason and I'm still leaving my address he is not confirmed and I told my query to customer care but they told me ur icic bank is told him my address is change but I didn't change my address in icici bank...

My way bill number is [protected]. My courier is supposed to be delivered on 20th dec but the delivery person has not attempted to call me and he left from the delivery address without delivering the courier. I am calling support people and they are giving false commitment that it will be delivered today and this is happening everyday. Always they are giving false commitment that it will be delivered today. My courier is urgent and need it to be delivered today.

I have lost my debit card of standard chartered bank. I raised the complaint and they issued me a new card. Bank dispatched it on 15th dec. And it supposed to deliver within 4 working days. But still i haven't received it. My way bill no is [protected], the status shows that there is no landmark in my address. I own credit card of same bank and have same correspondence address, i recieve credit card bill regularly. So what kind of service is been provided by "blue dart". This is my 2nd worst experience with bluedart. Your customer care service is worst, i can't even contact local bluedart service provider. I written on your website several times about the issue but no one answered... Bluedart service is the worstest one...

There's a person name jagraj or something else, he is not telling his name properly, he uses slang words while calling customer for the delivery of curriour, my curiour was from dinhata 736135 to kuchaman city (Narayan pura).
Bt the delivery boy at kuchaman was using bad language & not using proper language for he delivery, i request u take a steict action regarding this camplain.

I am waiting my parcel from last 8 days but no response from blue dart & i have not received any kind of call from blue dart company or any delivery boy. I was visited blue dart office on 21/dec/2018 at 03.30 pm for receiving the my courier but reception person told me this courier is delivered only & only at your address & he satisfied me next day courier will delivered at your address. But next day no one delivered my courier and i again visit blue dart office, shopping center, amritsar on 22/dec/2018 at 06.30 pm & i received same word. My corier is still awaited!

Your services is not satisfactory at all. Ejr service center kolkata newalipore usually dnt try to find the location even they don't call me to find my place and simply return the important goods.. They did not even bother to pick my phone after calling several time...
In this updated age if a currier service fails to locate a simple address where all other currier services has find that...
Its very unfortunate.

[protected]. This is tracking number. My item is Bhadrak Tihidi office . 15th December was time to deliver this but till I didn't get. Everyday I am calling to BLUEDART office and deli telling tomorrow tomorrow will give. But not giving. It's very urgent document from bank. It's too bed in BLUEDART. I had given request many times to your office. Kindly deliver my item.

I (C. A vishal jain) have booked a document for indore mgm medical college on 19.12.2018 which was supposed to be delivered last by 21.12.2018 as the same was affirmed and confirmed by the bluedart representative booking the document.
On 22.12.2018 when i contacted the kolkata main office they said they will check and give me a call in sometime.
I am still waiting foe the status of my document for which they charged rs 400 which is minimum as per their standards. Atleast give minimum service to the customers.

My consignment was supposed to be delivered by 21st december 2018. I tracked my consignment and it shows that landmark needed, address not locatable. Although i haven't received any call from the delivery guy. Why don't they revert me back? Kindly please help me. It's a very important document.
Note: this consignment was sent by vfs global banglore.

Worst service providing in udaipur (Rajasthan) office. Their behavior is too rude. My bank send me new card. They mention full address with big landmark. But office delivery person mention landmark needed incomplete adress thrice. And when i go there nd ask about my shipment they are telling me too much parcels are pending (Aaj h to aaya h shipment kr denge delivery apne kon se bank ko paise deke mangwaga h ye aur taklif h to bank walo ko bolo wo hme kahenge tb h complaint note hogi ab to 4 din bad milega parcel waise b 7 din tk nhi milta h to complaint hoti h. Hmra to yhi system h) now see how there behavior is. I paid bank all service charges how can he azked me i paid money to bank for this card courier they recieved there money from bank. I give you 0 ratings. Never ever send any parcel through bluedart.

Hai i am gowtham from erode. I had an problem on blue dart. November 20 i had given my mobile to amazon so they assign blue dart courier. Blue dart courier man has pick my mobile on nov 20 and then they were lost my mobile. Blue dart not updated any message to me. They were not responding clearly. So please help me. My track number is [protected]. One month finish but they not responding

I had a shipment to be recieved today from the british council and i had got a message on my mobile number that i had registered for the same regarding the shipment tracking.

After a few hours i get another message that the product has been delivered successfully to some other person. The message i received was
"your british council order with blue dart awb# [protected] was delivered at 1345 on 22-dec-18 to sonu"

As per track record the courier boy was twice attempted to deliver and submitted wrong statement that the permisses was closed to blue dart
While my wife, she is house wife and remain all the time in the house.

Even your customer care executive miss rashmi have not given the contact no of your concern hub to contact your executive.

I have not ordered any through blue dart. But I received a message today morning saying that your order will be dispatched on 22nd dec 2018.
Way bill no mentioned in the message was - [protected].
When I tried to track the shipment online, I didnt find exactly what was getting shipped.
Please consider my grievance.

As per blueadart record the courier airway bill [protected] was delivered to vaishnavi photo and received by mr. Vishal. Let me clear this fact that the vaishnavi photo is in 33 block trolok puri, delhi 110091 but my sister pan delivery address as per your record and pan card form is 27 block trilok puri, delhi 110091.

Please confirm how your person delivered my package to a different address.

I also visited the vaishnavi photo which is in 33 block today and did inquiry about the same. The person available there confirm that there was a guy working with bluedart courier put his courier packages at their shop frequently, now he was terminated by your company due to this misconduct. I also confirmed that the name mentioned in signature i. E. Vishal (The receiver) is the brother of shop owner of vaishnavi photo.

But now my concern is if an employee of a reputed company i. E. Bluedart, did any mistake so why should i suffer the consequences. There was government document (Pan card of my sister kahkasha parveen - enppp8177p) is there. Now we are suffered by the mistake of your company. Neither your team tried to reach us nor we are getting any information from your team that the package was delivered by your team at a wrong address. If there is any misuse happened of the pan card who is taking responsibility.

Kindly confirm how i get back the document of my sister and please do the needful in this matter as this is very serious issue.

Hi, I was supposed to receive courier on 19th Dec. When I checked the status, found address not traceable, need landmark. I have called customer care & provide them landmark. I was waiting for courier guy, but neither they came not the called me.

Again, I checked the status today morning & found the status, out for delivery. I was waiting whole day, but no any came not they call me.

For your information, my address is easily reachable whether i received all types of courier.

I am sorry to say, but your service is very poor.

Hi,
I've contacted blue dart several times. My CC courier was scheduled to be delivered today. All I get is No Department/Extension Number.
My address is valid and registered with the bank.
Blue Dart is just falsely saying that we tried to connect with you but in reality nobody ever called or showed up.

Neither do they allow me to pick it up.
Please tell me how will I get my courier if they can't deliver it nor can they let me pick up.

I see many people have this issue with blue dart.
And their customer service executives are very ignorant as well as arrogant.

This product wat no satification soo plz pick up the dilevery to me refund the amount 750rs back i didnt know how to use it so im returing back to bluedark express this order i recived in two days back know i returing the order to glowjobs so plz come immdiately to pick up tis order from me same time 750 rs will refund it i issue the company refund.
