    Hi i send my documents, aadhar card bcz need for travelling form jalandhar to kolkatta by train, on date[protected] train is 7.10pm blue dart said you will received, on 26 no but, they did not deliver on date, then when i called they said you will, get your parcel on tomorrow in first half, i was waiting 2 o'clock they called and said we r i next door we r coming, but til 6 pm i did not received my parcel, i claim my train ticket fare to blue dart, for three delay i failed my train today date is[protected]

      Dear sir last friday (21st dec2018) i got a call from blue dart courier from manipal office i have some courier at that time i was in bangalore i told buy wednesday or thursday (26th or 27 th dec 2018) wil come to office and collect they said ok will collect from manipal office, while i went just now today (Thursday) they told not possible search we have so many couriers, sender not send the tracking number to me and also your people speaking like we went there for beg some thing. Please look into this and get my courier and that also its important document form kotak securities please look into this and let me get the courier

        Got call from your delivery boy. That you have to come down at road from complex to collect your parcel.
        When I told that you have to deliver at my door. He denied to deliver and returned my parcel.

            Reference to the above AWD, we would like to inform you that we have advised to our supplier M/s Elmex to dispatch the materials by Bluedart as these materials are very urgent requirement. And M/s Elemex book this consignment to dispatch by air. Still 5 days left but Bluedart is not able to deliver the materials.
            This consignment was booked after confirmation from Bluedart person to deliver the materials by 23rd Dec'18.
            It's very worth service by Bluedart. Also the customer care no is not contactable. This materials is laying at Bhopal from 23rd Dec'18. And Bhopal Blue dart person is not picking the calls & so many time it's not connecting.
            Please take immediate action to deliver the materials with in 12 hours.

                Are you really interested in delivering the pack?
                Your delivery boy is not even confirming the address, they update as needed landmark. I work at hgs which is located at pai layout tinfactory which is at the main road only.
                To be frank i have never experienced like this sort of serviceexpected my package to be delivered by tomorrow between 9.30am to 8pm.

                Set the expectations to the delivery guys that there are paid for the service what they do.

                I had ordered an MI phone from the MI store. In which the address was wrong with me. And i had said in blue dart that my order was cancelled after the shift.And did not even call me on behalf of blue dart.And my order was delivered to the wrong address.

                  I got courier from usa, university i20, courier person didn't contact me. From morning i tried to call him but he is not responding. After 6hrs he called me back and said some other location (Which is so far to my home). I told home to deliver at my home he said i won't, i[censored] want the product just come and take and he threating me and abusing me filthy language.                       My way bill number is [protected]. My courier is supposed to be delivered on 20th dec but the delivery person has not attempted to call me and he left from the delivery address without delivering the courier. I am calling support people and they are giving false commitment that it will be delivered today and this is happening everyday. Always they are giving false commitment that it will be delivered today. My courier is urgent and need it to be delivered today.

                        I have lost my debit card of standard chartered bank. I raised the complaint and they issued me a new card. Bank dispatched it on 15th dec. And it supposed to deliver within 4 working days. But still i haven't received it. My way bill no is [protected], the status shows that there is no landmark in my address. I own credit card of same bank and have same correspondence address, i recieve credit card bill regularly. So what kind of service is been provided by "blue dart". This is my 2nd worst experience with bluedart. Your customer care service is worst, i can't even contact local bluedart service provider. I written on your website several times about the issue but no one answered... Bluedart service is the worstest one...

                          There's a person name jagraj or something else, he is not telling his name properly, he uses slang words while calling customer for the delivery of curriour, my curiour was from dinhata 736135 to kuchaman city (Narayan pura).
                          Bt the delivery boy at kuchaman was using bad language & not using proper language for he delivery, i request u take a steict action regarding this camplain.

                            I am waiting my parcel from last 8 days but no response from blue dart & i have not received any kind of call from blue dart company or any delivery boy. I was visited blue dart office on 21/dec/2018 at 03.30 pm for receiving the my courier but reception person told me this courier is delivered only & only at your address & he satisfied me next day courier will delivered at your address. But next day no one delivered my courier and i again visit blue dart office, shopping center, amritsar on 22/dec/2018 at 06.30 pm & i received same word. My corier is still awaited!

                              Your services is not satisfactory at all. Ejr service center kolkata newalipore usually dnt try to find the location even they don't call me to find my place and simply return the important goods.. They did not even bother to pick my phone after calling several time...
                              In this updated age if a currier service fails to locate a simple address where all other currier services has find that...
                              Its very unfortunate.

                                    I (C. A vishal jain) have booked a document for indore mgm medical college on 19.12.2018 which was supposed to be delivered last by 21.12.2018 as the same was affirmed and confirmed by the bluedart representative booking the document.
                                    On 22.12.2018 when i contacted the kolkata main office they said they will check and give me a call in sometime.
                                    I am still waiting foe the status of my document for which they charged rs 400 which is minimum as per their standards. Atleast give minimum service to the customers.
                                    One of the worst experience of logistics in my career.

                                      My consignment was supposed to be delivered by 21st december 2018. I tracked my consignment and it shows that landmark needed, address not locatable. Although i haven't received any call from the delivery guy. Why don't they revert me back? Kindly please help me. It's a very important document.

                                        Worst service providing in udaipur (Rajasthan) office. Their behavior is too rude. My bank send me new card. They mention full address with big landmark. But office delivery person mention landmark needed incomplete adress thrice. And when i go there nd ask about my shipment they are telling me too much parcels are pending (Aaj h to aaya h shipment kr denge delivery apne kon se bank ko paise deke mangwaga h ye aur taklif h to bank walo ko bolo wo hme kahenge tb h complaint note hogi ab to 4 din bad milega parcel waise b 7 din tk nhi milta h to complaint hoti h. Hmra to yhi system h) now see how there behavior is. I paid bank all service charges how can he azked me i paid money to bank for this card courier they recieved there money from bank. I give you 0 ratings. Never ever send any parcel through bluedart.
