Every time whenever my documents arrive through this courier always they kept it 3 to 4 days in their office or return it.
This time again my waybill no [protected] has recived on tirupur office at morning 10.00.. I went there office @ 11 o clock.. They told they will call me.. But no reply.. Today morning went to there office. They told our office staff will deliver it today.. But till now no body delivered my documents.
Please take necessary action and reattempt delivery for the same asap.

Hoping for an early action from your side and take action against these executives who simply dont wish to work.

      Hi team,
      My bluedart courier would received by 5th jan 2019. One executive called on 5th jan 2019 and told that, he will come by evening but he didn't came and simply mentioned as "area unlocatable/ landmark needed", but i given the proper address only. Then in bluedart website it is mentioned as courier will be delivered today[protected] but it is not received. No one called from courier office today and simply mentioned the status as "restricted area".
      Kindly deliver my courier by tmrw.

        I have applied credit card from sbi bank but first time your agency has return this card origin and than i have update full land mark in sbi bank credit card comunication address and sbi again redispatched this card on 04th jan 2019
        But today again your

          I would advise all who would be reading this complaint to not to use blue dart for couriering any items. They hardly respond to customers and trying to talk to blue dart agents is almost next to impossible.

          My wife waited the whole day for a consignment to be delivered but the delivery agent deliberately did not deliver the item despite he being just 300 meters from the place of delivery. A status was put up by blue dart that consignee not available at address. They indulge in hassling the customer and is very difficult to get in touch with them.

          This company has been doing this for all consignments to our address but today's behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It shows that reputed names are the worst when it comes to business

          I am waiting for this product from last 2days, when I am tracking the status is shown like the product is out for delivery but I didn't get any call from courier party till now. I[censored] r unable to deliver my product just intimate me u r order is cancelled, i[censored] cancel my order than I make a fresh order otherwise deliver my order as soon as possible.

            Waybill no. [protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 31-dec-18 is still not delivered to me. The tracking status showing "c'nee shifted from current address". I'm still staying at the same given address and i haven't received any call for the delivery from your side for any kind of confirmation.
            Kindly deliver it as soon as possible.

                I was sending courier on 20 nov to Kerala there tracking shows it delivered but not in the address which i have written but some other address and when my friend calling for search and return to original receiver than their customer care don't reply a suitable answer and keep saying we are looking into matter and respond you shortly this conversation going on for last 2 months . Now i am sure that my parcel is misplaced and they even don't want to repay .

                      The shipment ([protected]) was not delivered to me with a reason that the address was incorrect but the address is absolutely correct and moreover they didn't even gave a call to me or tried to contact me. I even triedcalling the person Vinay Uprati but every time he just hung up my call i tried calling 10 times and even went to the nearest blue dart office but to no awail. It is very bad for such a reputable firm to underdeliver of what it has promised. Please look into it as soon as possible and resolve this issue.

                          I placed an order on 16/12/2018 via vistaprint and the expected delivery date was 31 december 2018, and i received a msg regarding the delivery that it could not be done because of some address issue. The order is delayed and i still havn't received it. And the main thing is that i didn't receive any call or msg from the delivery boy on the expected delivery date. And this is not the first time. They are always giving excuse of address issue.. Please look into this matter asap.

                            Its been 7 days and i havent received my parcel. It is simple written that premises is closed in the status but i didnt received any call and they are updating same status every time. Worst service. On top of that whenever i call customer care it says network busy.
                            I am fed up calling from past 4 days. How ckme you can write premises closed without even calling.

                                I was suppose to receive my new debit card from hdfc bank. The consignment was dispatched on 29th dec 2018 and no calls yet by the delivery guy and i receive this message "waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days".

                                I mean they did not inform me about the delivery and without contacting me how can they say address related issues in a city like chennai... Just imagine the service in rural areas... Pathetic

                                  I have received consignee's address unlocatable status. No one called me and when i am calkling no one is picking phone. This is such a poor services. No rules and regulation. Just doing lazy and poor work. Giving bad service. It was some document i required urgently. But your service is ruthless.                                         As per the rbi guidelines for the chip based debit card, my debit card from icici bank was shipped through [protected] and the agent not even attempted the delivery and simply sms'ed unable to deliver the shipment. Please take necessary action and reattempt delivery for the same asap.
