I placed an order on 16/12/2018 via vistaprint and the expected delivery date was 31 december 2018, and i received a msg regarding the delivery that it could not be done because of some address issue. The order is delayed and i still havn't received it. And the main thing is that i didn't receive any call or msg from the delivery boy on the expected delivery date. And this is not the first time. They are always giving excuse of address issue.. Please look into this matter asap.

Its been 7 days and i havent received my parcel. It is simple written that premises is closed in the status but i didnt received any call and they are updating same status every time. Worst service. On top of that whenever i call customer care it says network busy.
I am fed up calling from past 4 days. How ckme you can write premises closed without even calling.

I was suppose to receive my new debit card from hdfc bank. The consignment was dispatched on 29th dec 2018 and no calls yet by the delivery guy and i receive this message "waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days".

I mean they did not inform me about the delivery and without contacting me how can they say address related issues in a city like chennai... Just imagine the service in rural areas... Pathetic

Blue dart says it's delivered on 29, in my name Vishnu, but not delivered to me.
Mattress not delivered
Picked on 22 from Bareilly to Kochi.
Very unprofessional.

I have received consignee's address unlocatable status. No one called me and when i am calkling no one is picking phone. This is such a poor services. No rules and regulation. Just doing lazy and poor work. Giving bad service. It was some document i required urgently. But your service is ruthless. Every time whenever my documents arrive through this courier always they kept it 3 to 4 days in their office or return it.
This time again my document of policy bond arrived their office on 31/12/18 and two days gone but no delivery. Today's on tracking they submitted premises closed which is wrong statement. It may be checked on their tracking site also. My docket awb number is-[protected]

My documents came from hyderabad but your deilvery boy without door nock he go. Last three days he do this. Yesterday i already call your toll free no & told
Free no give him telephone no but today also he come without calling & without nokc the door he go away. How is your service? Without nock how can we know some one is outside. Also when i mention my mobile no than how can he come without any information. I also say that i pick the documents with id proof but they told me that we cannot give the documents. Its very urgent. As per the rbi guidelines for the chip based debit card, my debit card from icici bank was shipped through [protected] and the agent not even attempted the delivery and simply sms'ed unable to deliver the shipment. Please take necessary action and reattempt delivery for the same asap.

Hoping for an early action from your side and take action against these executives who simply dont wish to work.

My courier was to be delivered on 31st dec 2018.
At 6:32 pm, i received an update that "consingee not available" which is completely wrong as i myself was available at home for full day.
This is really unethical practice being followed by bluedart.
I did not receive a call from a delivery person whether i am there at home or not.. How can he update such wrong status. This is really pathetic approach by bluedart. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of service.

Please help me to get my courier delivered tomorrow.
Also, please take some action against such unethical practice being followed by bluedart.

My credit card was dispatched from chennai hdfc bank ltd on 27/12/2018
Ans it reached gurgaon transit (Dlf cyber city) on 28/12/2018. Then same day out of delivery i. E 28/1/2018. I did not get courier that day. The status changed to "need department name/extention number" and then nexr day i. E 29/12/2018 i could not pickup phone of delivery boy. Then now status changed "undelivered shipment held at location" at 31/12/2018 (Monday)

Please resolve this issue and give my couriers at my address.

My bluedart courier was to be delivered today (31/12/2018) at my address.

I have been tracking the same online.
At 1:00 pm courier status is updated online as "consignee not available", which is completely wrong and unethical. Nobody has come to deliver at the address, as i, myself is present at the same address. I didn't get any call regarding delivery of this courier.
At 1:55 pm, i get an sms stating "you weren't available", which is ridiculous.
Its second time, it has happened.
Please get my courier delivered.
Also, please check why this dishonest practice has been followed by bluedart, due to which customers like us are being given pathetic service.

Sir, i ordered two sarees from ajio.com on 24/12/2018 and they have intimated me that the order will be delivered by bluedart. Waybill no.[protected]. Till now, the bluedart people neither contacted me nor delivered my order. Till now, i have contacted bluedart and ajio.com several times, but they keep on telling lies that consignee is not available, consignee refused to accept the order etc. I have been wasting my time all these days waiting for the order. I am not able to understand their intentions. And this is the second time it is happening. Earlier, i have ordered the same product on 13/12/2018, but it was not delivered. So, i had to order it again.

There i got to know that my credit card have been given to some one else from your blue dart office hand to hand without any proper details or verification. This is really worst service. I didn't expect this type of service from such a huge organisation. Please take strict action against this and let me also know about the future process. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I contacted several times in your useless customer support and not getting my item.

What's going on? When i checked using waybill no "undelivered shipment held at location" and getting this message.

Is this your stupid system to handle customers. How many days need to wait for may parcel?

My office is located in main road and landmark of our area.

Worst customer support ever... I'm waited around 10 days to receive my parcel. Everyday getting my message "delivery attempt failed". When i check their useless customer support and told me, it will be deliver with in day.

I was suppose to get my courier on 24 dec. But now 29 dec and not getting my parcel.

My bank has issued debit card from chennai, i was supposed to get it by 22 dec 2018, on continuous contact, i cannot reach courier guy, third class service. Whatever your service may be i dont care, i want liable person to contact me for my courier.
Courier guy is fraudulent, not responding, not receiving the cal after 1 conversation. Asking for cal back and not receiving the call, jamnagar bluedart courier guy should be removed from job for irresponsible and highly misbehaved and rude response.
