My courier was to be delivered on 31st dec 2018.
At 6:32 pm, i received an update that "consingee not available" which is completely wrong as i myself was available at home for full day.
This is really unethical practice being followed by bluedart.
I did not receive a call from a delivery person whether i am there at home or not.. How can he update such wrong status. This is really pathetic approach by bluedart. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of service.

Please help me to get my courier delivered tomorrow.
Also, please take some action against such unethical practice being followed by bluedart.

My credit card was dispatched from chennai hdfc bank ltd on 27/12/2018
Ans it reached gurgaon transit (Dlf cyber city) on 28/12/2018. Then same day out of delivery i. E 28/1/2018. I did not get courier that day. The status changed to "need department name/extention number" and then nexr day i. E 29/12/2018 i could not pickup phone of delivery boy. Then now status changed "undelivered shipment held at location" at 31/12/2018 (Monday)

Please resolve this issue and give my couriers at my address.

My bluedart courier was to be delivered today (31/12/2018) at my address.

I have been tracking the same online.
At 1:00 pm courier status is updated online as "consignee not available", which is completely wrong and unethical. Nobody has come to deliver at the address, as i, myself is present at the same address. I didn't get any call regarding delivery of this courier.
At 1:55 pm, i get an sms stating "you weren't available", which is ridiculous.
Its second time, it has happened.
Please get my courier delivered.
Also, please check why this dishonest practice has been followed by bluedart, due to which customers like us are being given pathetic service.

I'm purchase a product from "mi store" on 18th dec'18 and they are send me all necessary details of my order and courier i'e the biggest courier company "blue dart express" and my waybill no. Is [protected]. After receiving the data i track my waybill no. And find delivery date is 29th dec'18 but till the time i don't get my parcel and no body contact me from your side. And very unfortunate to me as per provide address and phone no (In your website) of the local office are wrong.

Sir, i ordered two sarees from ajio.com on 24/12/2018 and they have intimated me that the order will be delivered by bluedart. Waybill no.[protected]. Till now, the bluedart people neither contacted me nor delivered my order. Till now, i have contacted bluedart and ajio.com several times, but they keep on telling lies that consignee is not available, consignee refused to accept the order etc. I have been wasting my time all these days waiting for the order. I am not able to understand their intentions. And this is the second time it is happening. Earlier, i have ordered the same product on 13/12/2018, but it was not delivered. So, i had to order it again.

They don't attempt delivery but they say that they have attempted no one is there. Bluedart please change dealer. They have2 rating online and you are still continue with them.

Today evening i got a message that my credit card have been delivered to amish via awb #[protected]. So i arrived at your office at sector 25 gidc gandhinagar. There i got to know that my credit card have been given to some one else from your blue dart office hand to hand without any proper details or verification. This is really worst service. I didn't expect this type of service from such a huge organisation. Please take strict action against this and let me also know about the future process. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I contacted several times in your useless customer support and not getting my item.

What's going on? When i checked using waybill no "undelivered shipment held at location" and getting this message.

Is this your stupid system to handle customers. How many days need to wait for may parcel?

My office is located in main road and landmark of our area.

Worst customer support ever... I'm waited around 10 days to receive my parcel. Everyday getting my message "delivery attempt failed". When i check their useless customer support and told me, it will be deliver with in day.

I was suppose to get my courier on 24 dec. But now 29 dec and not getting my parcel.

Please do not use this stupid delivery system and also their customer support treating like a dog.

My bank has issued debit card from chennai, i was supposed to get it by 22 dec 2018, on continuous contact, i cannot reach courier guy, third class service. Whatever your service may be i dont care, i want liable person to contact me for my courier.
Courier guy is fraudulent, not responding, not receiving the cal after 1 conversation. Asking for cal back and not receiving the call, jamnagar bluedart courier guy should be removed from job for irresponsible and highly misbehaved and rude response.

Hi i send my documents, aadhar card bcz need for travelling form jalandhar to kolkatta by train, on date[protected] train is 7.10pm blue dart said you will received, on 26 no but, they did not deliver on date, then when i called they said you will, get your parcel on tomorrow in first half, i was waiting 2 o'clock they called and said we r i next door we r coming, but til 6 pm i did not received my parcel, i claim my train ticket fare to blue dart, for three delay i failed my train today date is[protected]

Got call from your delivery boy. That you have to come down at road from complex to collect your parcel.

Reference to the above AWD, we would like to inform you that we have advised to our supplier M/s Elmex to dispatch the materials by Bluedart as these materials are very urgent requirement. And M/s Elemex book this consignment to dispatch by air. Still 5 days left but Bluedart is not able to deliver the materials.
This consignment was booked after confirmation from Bluedart person to deliver the materials by 23rd Dec'18.
It's very worth service by Bluedart. Also the customer care no is not contactable. This materials is laying at Bhopal from 23rd Dec'18. And Bhopal Blue dart person is not picking the calls & so many time it's not connecting.
Please take immediate action to deliver the materials with in 12 hours.

Are you really interested in delivering the pack?
Your delivery boy is not even confirming the address, they update as needed landmark. I work at hgs which is located at pai layout tinfactory which is at the main road only.
To be frank i have never experienced like this sort of serviceexpected my package to be delivered by tomorrow between 9.30am to 8pm.

Set the expectations to the delivery guys that there are paid for the service what they do.

I had ordered an MI phone from the MI store. In which the address was wrong with me. And i had said in blue dart that my order was cancelled after the shift.And did not even call me on behalf of blue dart.And my order was delivered to the wrong address.
