I haven't received my courier from bluedart even 5 days after they had shown the status as shipment out for delivery. Shipment out for delivery was updated on 6th dec 2018 and today is 11 dec 2018 and i'm still awaiting the courier. I have received no phone calls from bluedart regarding this till now. Meanwhile status became need department name/extension number and now it is undelivered shipment held at location. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please do the needful

Hi team,

On 24th nov i got call from blue dart delivery boy regarding my debit card delivery. Unfortunately i was not in town so i request him to deliver it to me on other day or on coming saturday. As they want to deliver the parcel on home or permanent address only. They no call from bluedart for reschedule the delivery.
Again on 6th dec i called on blue dart customer care number that time the person who responded...

My credit card tracking status way bill no [protected] that was show delivery to bikaner but i was not able to get my icici credit card no and the courier boy was not able to contact me my mobile no [protected]. Please share the details of courier boy so that the card was not delivered to unauthorised person the

This regarding non-delivering of my ICICI bank credit card at the Udaipur ICICI branch, sector-11, Gitanjali Manson, Udaipur, 313001.
Blue Dart Parcel containing my credit card having AWB No-[protected] supposed to deliver at the above mentioned ICICI branch.
As per the Blue dart tracking status of parcel has been delivered at the mentioned branch on 3rd-Dec-18, when i enquiry at concerned branch they have not yet received till now, even i have called blue dart customer care representative for confirmation but still no one has responded.

hence requesting to confirm once again my above mentioned shipment.

My Way Bill No is [protected].

I couriered from Pune to Kota on 30th November 2018 and till date my parcel is not delivered. I am not getting any response from the Customer Care and neither they are telling me if my parcel is lost. Because on daily basis it says Out for Delivery and not delivered at the end of the day. Those documents are really urgent for me. It also has a DD inside it which was supposed to be sent for my Visa Purposes. Please return it back to me. I will use some other logistics but please its my request please return it to me.

The way bill no is [protected]. This packet contains confidential and important documents from kotak bank sent thru blue dart courier. Bank got the message that the packet has been delivered and the bank staff continued to follow up. But i have not received the basic details of the way bill no as part of sms or mail hence could not track from blue dart. I have to follow with the bank to get the way number. After getting the number, called customer service and one ms. Kumari answered from chennai. Per her, no communication would be sent to customer by blue dart if there is any problem from blue dart side (Very surprising process).in this case the problem is from blue dart side (Bandwidth issues in the location) and hence no communication was sent from blue dart and also the packet was held up in the location for past 5 days. When asked why is it so, she did not feel sorry about it, instead argued with me that this is the procedure of blue dart and questioned me on what i expect her to do now. Pathetic service and arrogant and pathetic response. When asked her to connect me to her manager, she said she operates out of chennai and the location of delivery is in hyderabad and refused to connect stating that i should explain her what is required. Finally i have to disconnect the phone as the call was unproductive (I stated this to her and also told her that i will lodge a compliant). I would strongly feel that the executives of blue dart to be trained well on communication etiquettes before putting them on the job. I am deeply concerned as she had no clue what is the status and no clue what and how to talk to a customer.

It delivery to nearest hub on (Minjur) 07.12.2018 till date i don't receive the item. Delivery people are don't come. They are sitting somewhere update to undelivered on at location. Bluedart dhl is always don't care about customer. They are not provide customer care also

Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,

I had made a complaint to bluedart regarding a bluedart order having waybill no [protected]. According to the status of this waybill no, the product has been delivered to me, in person, in kanpur on 1 dec at 1834 hours.in actual, i was not present in kanpur until 3 dec morning. I came to kanpur on 3 dec morning. Also, i had not got any call from bluedart delivery person. Definitely, the product has not been delivered to me. I already made a complaint to bluedart regarding this. But, no action has been taken till now. I request you to please see the case and make the product delivery to me otherwise take a suitable action in this case.

Was out of the house and I told him that it will take 30mins to reach home. After reaching when I Cal him, he tells me to come to some point to pick the point. Which is so far from my place. I told him to come whenever he is free. Now here comes his attitude - he yells me saying that "wait there, when I came you we're not there" - in telugu he said and adding to it..he used his worst laungage..many bads words where I cannot even type. I was surprised..and re-checked if this is really the delivery boy from Bluedart. Then I told him to come to my place. He says he will deliver it whenever he wants. I got pissed off and told him to keep it with him. This is the very first time in my 30years I got this kind of arrogant.. attitude..such a low class delivery boy ever that too from Bluedart. Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home or my office and no any call for me. Wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed. Kindly request you to please resend my doc. If any problem call me. Sir i was about to receive a shipment from last 4 days. Daily i got a response in morning that shipment is on the way but at the end of day i got a message that wrong pin code will impact delivery. I contacted several time they told me that the response is system generated. Even i contacted local city head office in Indore but haven't respond satisfactorily and today also parcel is out for delivery for whole day and still it is not delivered.I troubled a lot both by your services and your staff as they behave very rudely. This is happens second times. You can see my delivery status from my way bill. I have not seen this kind of worst services ever.
Your office staff have told me to take leave to receive shipment for a day or come from 15km to receive shipment if you want to receive shipment when i asked about receiving shipment.

Global engineering services sindhu sharma, cheque book and debit card did not deliver at my address. I track blue dart status show delivered at 5:00 pm date 08.12.2018. But delivery boy did not call me and delivered at my address b18 defence encleave chhapraula gautam buddh nagar u. P.
I try many time bluedart customer care but they have not received my call.

I have not received my parcel and it is kept held at Beltola COD, guwahati for last one week showing consignee address incomplete although full address is already given. Moreover not a single call has been made to the registered mobile no. in this regard.

My pakage refeno [protected] it was to deliver yesterday i have been waiting till 7 pm in my office as registred address. The delivery agent did not even tried to call me on my registered no [protected] and updated status as unlocatable address landmark needed inspite of all details.

That parcel was very important for me, that's why the sender had send me through bluedart courier.
I have been waiting last 3 months for that parcel. Still i am not able to get this.
When i m trying to to contact the customer care of bluedart, they said me everything is all right but we can't help you reagding this matter ([protected]).
And your another customer care didn't pick up my phone till now alao ([protected]). And also mail ([protected]@bluedart.com, [protected]@bluedart.com)
Where my parcel was returned to the sender again and again.

I want that parcel immediately given address within 2 days otherwise i will file a case against your bluedart courier company.
