I have trying to call service number[protected], from last many days not a single times getting connect all the disconnection the call,

Also i have tried to send mail to service "[protected]@bluedart.com"
But mail also unable to delivered,
Please let me know where user can reach / contact???

I request you to deliver my parcel on saturday, as we all are working people week days no one will be there to collect the parcel.

I have not received following
[protected] of 11/12/18 and [protected] of 11/12/18.
These were items dispatched by hdfc bank as part of their rewards redemption programme. The items are signoraware matt bottle qty 01 and signoraware dir glass lunch box qty 01.

I received message that the items were delivered but no it hasn’t been delivered. It’s a wrong input given by your executive.

My product bearing waybill no: [protected] reached the destination silchar as on standard date but till today it was not delivered to my address. No information or message regarding the product received. Its delivery date was 13/12/2018. Several time intimation was given but no positive response yet received. Product was ordered from the amazon. Complain regarding the product was done several times to them also. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and intimate me regarding the next standard delivery date.

Sir i am mohit semwal from dehradun and i am order nokia n3110 mobile phone on 9.12.18 and i have received this product on 15.12.18 at 2.00 pm but i still open this product i am shocked because this product are very poor quality because i understood that is real nokia mobile but thi is fake product and prize is so high so please sir help me for return this product and refund me my money..

Hi, my courier from hdfc is not delivered to me and track status is incorrect consignee address is updated.. I have given correct address but the blue dart is not delivered and simply updating status wrongly.. Even they didn't call me after reaching my address i am totally disappointed with blue dart courier and unsatisfied with this service totally waste. My question is why the didn't call me.

Sir i have order the n3110 mobile phone on 9.12.18 and i will received it on 15.12.18 at around 2pm but than i checked this item i will shocked because this mobile is very poor and worst quality and i dont like this product so please return this order and refund me. Because i am a student and and belong to poor familyy so please sir return this order and refund mee.

I was promised delivery on saturday for airway bill # [protected]. I had gone down to the parking when the courier returned.

I had specifically asked the courier company to give me a call when coming he should give me a call on mobile at [protected].

Please look into this as he has not even left his mobile # with the security to coordinate. His name is dinesh.

My important product not delivered without any information and returned from icici bank vide above no. With a proper address with postal pin code. What's the reason for not delevery? My other products already been delivered in same address by blue dard. Confirm please, who is the responsible for this delay.

Well i wasn't at home when the delivery guy came so he told. E he can deliver it the next day but he didn't come the next day and then i went to the website and it said "undelivered shipment held at location" so i don't really know what that means and that kinda sucks because i needed the product by the end of the week and the end of the week is tomorrow so yeah

I've ordered a gift for my friend for her birthday from fossil. They shipped it through bluedart with awb# [protected]. I've been tracking the shipment since yesterday and it showed that delivery will be done on 13th dec 2018. Accordingly i planned the surprise for her. I kept tracking the shipment whole day but there was no delivery received, neither any call from the delivery guy until 6 pm. Instead, i see on the tracker that i'm not available (Consignee not available). I tried calling customer care and there was no response to my call 4 times. Today, my call was answered and an arrogant lady answered it. She told me sorry and asked me to post whatever i want to post on social media as complaint or compliment. She told me the call is not being recorded too. She was very rude and i had to hang up the call without any resolution. Then i received a miss call now from the bluedart tolichowki office and i called then back. They are now asking me to come and pick up the parcel from their office after 5pm today. Is this something you call customer service? Is this is what you call customers satisfaction? Why shall i collect the shipment from your office when i'm paying for delivery to my home? Now, i request you to get it delivered to me today. This has been a very embarrassing and rude experience for me. I'm not going to collect anything from bluedart office. The delivery guy has lied and the customer care was rude.

Never book a delivery from blue dart.

My concern is regarding card delivery. Is this valid reason if anyone not pic up mobile call? Please explain. Whenever i book a slot of for different time and date.
After all when i speak to customer care he spoke rudely with me and told me that we do not care you can do anything. Is this proper way of talking to clients?

I m nt getting product first of all. Ur couriier boy was called me and say
Sorry but ur cuorier boy was nt giving product. On 11dec he was called me and said that sir i was give u product tommorow but for my performance i was click here to delivered product. I said that 'ok'. And tommorow to 13 dec he has not call me now. This very disappointing for me to write and follow you continuously this is ur boy who chit me on his performance he click it there but nt giving product so inform me. I dont have this guy mob no and blue dart of sanaswadi 412208 is very bakwas system. Plz give me immediately product otherwise give me money thats all

Customer care number is always frustating. No customer executive picks the call. Even regional office people dont attend the call. They cut the phone.

The consigment was sent by air and its very important. Still such response. Whats the use if consignment dont reach us on time by air. It was sent on 13th dec and delivery is showing 17th dec.

Customer care executive are unreachable. Very poor service. Kindly resolve.

I received my parcel on 13 dec 2018, my tracking i'd for the smart wrist watch which i have ordered is [protected]. The watch which was ad retired is completely different from the watch which was delivered. I have bought the watch for inr 2100. So i am not satisfied with the product, hence i want to return the product amd expect a refund of my money as early as possible.

My courier has been un delivered stating the premises is closed. But the person is available throughout the day. Its really painful to see people giving wrong information and un delivering the courier. There's no contact number for the branch to connect with. Even the person who comes for delivery should have connected over the phone. No calls either. This is very unprofessional.

Hdfc bank send a debit card through bluedart to my office address.. But bluedart attingal office not ready to deliver the item into my office adress because of my address area is out of service area. But in bluedart location finder my pincode (695144) is in service area. Why you accept the item if my pincode is not in your service area and update your location finder if it is out of service area. Please deliver my shipment as soon as possible

My american express card supposed to be delivered on 8 dec 2018 and your courier guy is not delivering to my mentioned location even after informing him about my timing, and also even after calling him 100 times he is not responding, it's really pathetic service that i have seen from such courier service company. Please look into it and i log out from the office around 3pm and same has been communicated to courier guy.

I ordered type c otg and cable on paytm. Delivers through blue dart courier service and expected delivery was 27 nov 2018. I paid total cost when purchased but they didn't delivered my order but they send me invoice that shows item was delivered. Then i e-mail complaint to blue dart, they didn't reply. So i ask help for paytm but it didn't work. My paytm order no [protected] and blue dart awb [protected].
I think blue dart courier boy take my order for himself. So please help me

Blue dart servise is good but in andhra pradesh currier people they dont know english. Even hindi also dont know.
How i will communicate with these people... Please give bussiness franchise to person, who knows english... Because in andhra so many people from other state.
Atlist one english person should be there in department for better understanding of the customer need. Communication is must important in your field. Other no buddy will entertain your service. Thanks vinay minj

My debit card from hdfc bank supposed to reach my home long back through the bluedart couriers however due to incorrect pin (504001) it was reached in different location in telangana state. When bluedart courier called me and asked about the address i told her to reach the correct address and pin should be 500089 then she has told 4 days back that she is sending that courier to the correct address but when i checked the status it's showing as consignee not available.
Please look into the above issue and solve asap.
