Dear sir/madam,

I had made a complaint to bluedart regarding a bluedart order having waybill no [protected]. According to the status of this waybill no, the product has been delivered to me, in person, in kanpur on 1 dec at 1834 hours.in actual, i was not present in kanpur until 3 dec morning. I came to kanpur on 3 dec morning. Also, i had not got any call from bluedart delivery person. Definitely, the product has not been delivered to me. I already made a complaint to bluedart regarding this. But, no action has been taken till now. I request you to please see the case and make the product delivery to me otherwise take a suitable action in this case.

Was out of the house and I told him that it will take 30mins to reach home. After reaching when I Cal him, he tells me to come to some point to pick the point. Which is so far from my place. I told him to come whenever he is free. Now here comes his attitude - he yells me saying that "wait there, when I came you we're not there" - in telugu he said and adding to it..he used his worst laungage..many bads words where I cannot even type. I was surprised..and re-checked if this is really the delivery boy from Bluedart. Then I told him to come to my place. He says he will deliver it whenever he wants. I got pissed off and told him to keep it with him. This is the very first time in my 30years I got this kind of arrogant.. attitude..such a low class delivery boy ever that too from Bluedart. Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home or my office and no any call for me. Wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed. Kindly request you to please resend my doc. If any problem call me. You can delever my office address also on monday and my office address is norm software solution company, flat no 1-2-68t070, siddamsetty complex, above kenara bank atm, 2nd floor, park lane, opp chenoy trade center, secunderabad, telangana, 500003.

Sir i was about to receive a shipment from last 4 days. Daily i got a response in morning that shipment is on the way but at the end of day i got a message that wrong pin code will impact delivery. I contacted several time they told me that the response is system generated. Even i contacted local city head office in Indore but haven't respond satisfactorily and today also parcel is out for delivery for whole day and still it is not delivered.I troubled a lot both by your services and your staff as they behave very rudely. This is happens second times. You can see my delivery status from my way bill. I have not seen this kind of worst services ever.
Your office staff have told me to take leave to receive shipment for a day or come from 15km to receive shipment if you want to receive shipment when i asked about receiving shipment.

Global engineering services sindhu sharma, cheque book and debit card did not deliver at my address. I track blue dart status show delivered at 5:00 pm date 08.12.2018. But delivery boy did not call me and delivered at my address b18 defence encleave chhapraula gautam buddh nagar u. P.
I try many time bluedart customer care but they have not received my call.

Please provide delivery boy no.

I have not received my parcel and it is kept held at Beltola COD, guwahati for last one week showing consignee address incomplete although full address is already given. Moreover not a single call has been made to the registered mobile no. in this regard.

Requesting early resolving of the matter

My pakage refeno [protected] it was to deliver yesterday i have been waiting till 7 pm in my office as registred address. The delivery agent did not even tried to call me on my registered no [protected] and updated status as unlocatable address landmark needed inspite of all details.

Awb:[protected]-this was second time the card was not dispatched on time. I am waiting for courier boy call on 7dec2018. Without call how i can assume that he was coming for deliver or not. My office address is correct and all vendors coming to this address. Let me know what i can do?

That parcel was very important for me, that's why the sender had send me through bluedart courier.
I have been waiting last 3 months for that parcel. Still i am not able to get this.
When i m trying to to contact the customer care of bluedart, they said me everything is all right but we can't help you reagding this matter ([protected]).
And your another customer care didn't pick up my phone till now alao ([protected]). And also mail ([protected]@bluedart.com, [protected]@bluedart.com)
Where my parcel was returned to the sender again and again.

I want that parcel immediately given address within 2 days otherwise i will file a case against your bluedart courier company.

No delivery attempt made and same repetitive status for 2 different consignment in 2 months . last month waybill number was [protected] and this months [protected] . Both were not delivered on 1st attempt stating location not found but then delivered after calling customer care. Its a hassle for receivers where false status is given and we have to follow up . My current shipment is still not received containing important document which was supposed to be delivered on 4th December but not still received till 6th December .

My self shivanand prasad. My bank account address is state bank of india, birpur. My account is saving account. My crefit card was not delivered to me. My address is also correct. My mobile no is up to date. I also contect sbi credit card customer care, but not respond to my any question. So, i was complain to u. So, pls kindly return my credit card again.

As per tracking its showing delivered on 5th of dec 18.19pm its a fake update.
Pls show the acknowledgement if its delivered

Hi team,

I am writing the mail with reference to waybill number : [protected] and the delivery boy called me and confirmed that he is coming yesterday and did not turn up, today he called in the morning and told he is coming and did not turn up again i called today afternoon and he told he is reaching in some time but never turned up.

When i try to call him he never responds on the calls and this the worst service we are receiving from the blue-dart team and this is not acceptable at all.

My parcel with awb no - [protected] contained 6 bags which had to be transported from bangalore to haryana.

I have received a wrong bag and i urgently need my bag which contains my important stuff which i have to carry to us next week.

Please help me out asap. I have been a loyal consumer of dhl services since decades and never found the glitch earlier.

Delivery is not attempted. Not a single phone call is made to my number.

Can you tell me what is the challenge in calling to my number???

Just fake update is updated by blue dart in the portal saying premises closed.
I live in a apartment and it is open 24/7 for your kind information.

These kind of fake updates to be taken to consumer court!

I expected that i will get a call from bluedart, but the delivery he didn't even called me and he just gave the courier to some other person in my previous company in bangalore and presently i am working in hyderabad. Bluedart never communicated me prior of the delivery of my hdfc welcome kit. No sms on reference no either to track.
I work for an mnc.
Hdfc had sent the package to my home address and bluedart person comes during weekdays without prior notification, expects me to be at home and gives me excuses to provide proper address for my own package which hdfc had sent.
He had a vehicle and on requesting him to come to my office address, which is just 500m away from home, he denied and tells me to collect package next day without giving any other info.
I'd to spend for an auto and meet the delivery boy according to his location.
On reaching there, he wasn't available for nearly 15mins.
